I believe I fall into the category of a ‘Hard Gainer’. It takes me an age to put on size despite training damn hard 4-5 times a week. I also have to eat constantly to avoid burning muscle but also do so whilst avoiding gaining fat.
My body fat tends to sit around 12% which I know isn’t too bad at 34 but I also know that last push to get below 10% is the hardest part. So this program is hopefully well worth a shot to get me into the single digit club whilst still gaining lean muscle.
Come on gents, let’s see what you’ve got up your sleeves, I’m ready.
I have been teaching group fitness (most formats) for 32 years and it is my PASSION! I am turning 50 in a couple of weeks and for the first time ever I can see my own belly fat creepage over the past year. Although 10 pounds overweight, it is 10 pounds too much and I know if I don’t do something about it NOW it shall takes it’s unnatural course until I dreadingly end up as the saying goes ‘looking like my mother’. Although I am crazy about her and she is beautiful inside and out, diabetes has taken its toll and she and my 3 siblings are horribly unhealthy and morbidly obese. I prioritize my health and I KNOW your research and experience has proven time and time again that this sound science works but I would LOVE to learn how to apply it to my lifestyle. Wise choices lead to a healthy AND happier life and I think your program can do that for me and everybody who I in turn can pass it along too. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to feel better and to share your knowledge. Gratefully yours, Nan
I love the articles! I read everything I can get my hands on. I am 47 and will be 48 on Thanksgiving Day! I am a 4 yr breast cancer survivor! I have struggled getting 40-50 pounds off. I workout everyday (usually in the pool). I have 6 wonderful children. I’ve been married to a great man for 26+ years. My husband lost 75lbs 3 yrs ago and has kept it off. I keep trying to jump start ….. something but always seem to fall short. I know eating is a big part of why I am not losing. But I have to get my head in the right place and hopefully the rest will follow. I want to be fit, and healthy. If buying exercise; equipment, books, DVD’s, etc, I would be in the best shape ever. Unfortunately you have to do the work to get the results. I know what works, I know how it works. Putting it all together is the hard part. It would be great to be skinny and fit in the clothes in my closet.
Everything happens for a reason. I will take it one day at a time, and one bite at a time!
I am 36 years old and after 10 years of lifting i am finally comfortable with my body. now i want to take it to the next level. and having all the details already worked out for me would be just awesome.
Ready, willing and able :-)

My belly is too big and I can’t see my nob. I really want to lose weight so I could actually look down and see my winkle.
Man, and I bet it’d look much bigger than it does right now.
Man… It might look enormous! I need this program, it’s justified. I need to see my Hampton as soon as possible. And if it looks great, you can take the credit.
I am in my mid-50’s and don’t want to go down the same medical road as my mom and dad – I want to be healthy the right way and to also be a good example for all 4 of my kids and my 2 grand kids. I don’t have time in my daily schedule to spend hours at the gym nor do I have the money for the gym membership. Learning how to prepare and eat the right foods and exercises to do at home to be the most efficient would be much appreciated by our entire family. Thank you for the opportunity to at least enter-I receive your emails and look at your website daily, just don’t have the extra funds right now to splurge on the system.
After finally finding out why the pounds were packing on these last few years despite my best efforts at exercise and “healthy” eating (celiac disease and hypothyroidism), the weight is finally starting to come off but very slowly. I would love to find out how to burn fat 24 hours a day to get myself back to a healthy state faster. I want to say that even though I’m in my 40s, I am in the best shape of my life.
I have begun to take steps to healthier lifestyle by consuming organic foods and exercising. I believe the 24/7 Fat Loss System will provide me a road map to achieve my goal of leading a healthier lifestyle.

Dear Craig and Joel,
I stumbled on craig’s tt website a couple of years ago when i was desperate to lose some “baby” weight. since 18, I had always been 5’2″,and 125lbs. I thought that was just where I would always be. After implementing the exercises from tt, I was able to get down to 117! I am still working on it, my goal is 113…and with 3 kids, I need an easy eating plan, and exercise that can fit efficiently into my busy schedule! In addition, my husband is on the brink of turning 40 in January, and has finally made the decision that he wants to get his health under control. He is just starting out, and I have been teaching him what I already have learned, but I really want to see him succeed. He is losing his business, and it is having an effect on his self esteem. Please help us!
I used to be a HS football and wrestling coach. During which time I was in fair shape and a student of conditioning. Needless to say I went over to the dark side and lost my conditioning and gained way to much weight.
Now I am an old guy (62) that needs help loosing weight. Last May (2011) I had a had a mild heart attack and had to have a stint put in a 99% blocked artery. First thing the Dr. said when he came in after the operation was that I needed to loose 50Lbs.
Well the first 25Lbs were not to bad. However I really need help with my motivation and record keeping. I have hit a wall. I like the blend of nutrition and conditioning that you are promoting. I would love to have that weight off and be off my meds by May 2012. The meds alone are costing me $100 per month co-pay. I’m sure if I get in shape and loose the weight the Dr. would take me off the meds.
CAN YOU HELP ME?
I’m 51 years old and have recently lost about 13 pounds in the last few months that I’ve been slowly gaining over the past 10 or so years. I love how I feel and despirately want to keep the weight off. I believe in your system and want to continue to keep my metabolism high and burning fat. I do aerobic exercise regularly but it’s not transforming my body shape. I believe in the interval system and want to experience it! Thank you!
I’m a soon 45 year old male. I move a lot. I’m competing in ballroom dancing, and refereeing soccer and floorball. In addition I’m exercising f.ex. with indoor cycling and lifting weights. The problem is, that though I have lost quite a lot of fat, it’s from everywhere else than my belly, so I’m now a skinny fat guy. I need some help to loose the belly fat and start to develop some muscle, which seems to be very difficult for me. I would need something positive in my life, when everything seems to be getting wrong with me which can, starting with divorce and constant headache for last 10 years. Please help me!
I am in the Navy Reserve and must maintain good physical fitness and maintain the standards for body composition. I have been attending “boot camp” style fitness classes at a local gym four nights a week for over a year now. I cannot seem to get my weight any lower than 190 with 22% body fat. I watch what and how much I eat carefully. I seem to have hit a plateau and need something new to break through it. Time and genetics seem to make it more difficult every year, but I am committed to reaching my goal of 10% BMI or less. I’m in it for the long run and not afraid to sweat. I’m 56 now but I’m still able to outdo many of the folks that are much younger than me at the physical readiness tests given twice a year.
I think it’s awesome that you guys are doing this. When I first heard about your 24/7 program, I was skeptical. I have been trying different programs over the last several years and have not been able to lose very much weight. What little I did lose, I have managed to keep off. After getting some information on your 24/7 program I immediately implemented the MRT and VIIT. Well, what do you know, all of a sudden I lost 3 pounds in a week!! I need to lose another 30 pounds to get to my target weight. I’m 46 years old and there is a family history of diabetes and heart disease, with early onset starting in the mid to late 40’s. I refuse to go down that road. So, I NEED your program!
I need to loose 80 pounds to win a bet. Looser gets kicked in the manhood, and so I’m desperate to loose the extra weight.
For me, because I am a diabetic, it is extremely important to lose the weight and then be able to keep it off. Listening to you guys along with John Romanello has helped me lose 24 pounds already while packing on some muscle. My blood glucose when I started was 350 and my triglycerides were 1625 (that is not a typo). I got winded going up a flight of steps. Now, I am running 3 miles 3 times a week and hitting the gym 3 times a week.
So, it is a question of life for me. One I am already commited to. So, help me get there!
I want this for my sister who is 50 years old and is suffering from severe depression due to her health. About 2 years ago the doctors found a problem with her C5. The medications to relieve the pain have caused her to go from 130 to 255 pounds in a year.
The side effects from the weight gain have caused serious respiratory problems and sleep apnea. The doctors have told her that losing weight (at least 75 pounds) would relieve most of the respiratory problems and would eliminate the sleep apnea.
Even with great health insurance her medications are costing almost $1,500/month so any discretionary spending is a struggle.
She has tried dieting and it just hasn’t worked and that has only increased her depression. I think her approach is all wrong. I think your program offers her a path to success.
It is breaking my heart to see an intelligent, successful and vibrant woman just give up on life. She needs a program such as yours to help her. If she saw some positive results i believe it would have a huge impact on her depression and allow her to see a light at the end of the tunnel.
Four years ago I lost 25 pounds using a nutrition program and a personal trainer. This was GREAT until I accepted a promotion at work and now travel 3 days a week. I have gained most of the weight back and just can’t seem to get rid of it. I have a busy schedule on the “road” and need a program that doesn’t require hours of exercise every day or regular meetings with a personal trainer. This program looks like it can give me everything I need to get the results I want in a condensed amount of time and all while on the road. I can’t wait to get started!
Medication wrecked my metabolism. Medication is gone but the fat isn’t. Help me please!
I am pushing 50 soon and want to stay healthy and active. I enjoy riding my bike lots but realize that exercise alone will not change my body shape (mostly pear shaped).
I have rode a bicycle for over 3 years, entered in 3 100 mile races each year and have yet to lose any kind of weight to speak of. I have not been gaining any weight but I know I have to bite the bullet and try some nutritional changes. I need all the help I can get.
Thanks!
I always joke about my 40 year diet! No kidding – I really have been on some kind of “plan” for at least that long. It started out being 10-15 that I would lose and regain – did that over and over; then, of course it became 20-25 pounds. I could get back down to the 10 pound range and maintain that for a while, and you guessed it, back up I would go. So, I would try a different plan and a few times did get to where I wanted to be – like for about 5 minutes. So, a struggle with weight has just been part of my life! It would be so good to finally get down and STAY there. I have 3 sweet grandchildren that I want to keep up with (as well as just do some fun things with adults). I want to feel trim instead of that uncomfortable gut/big belly in the way. I need a program that really does work and maintains my seemingly uncooperative body. From what I have been reading, I would like to find out if you have the answer!! If this would work for me – it would truly work for anyone – and I would vouch for that wholeheartedly. (my sister is in the same boat with me)
I don’t only need this program but my entire family does. My husband was diagnosed with Lupus Nephritis two years ago and has had to undergo chemotherapy and numerous medications. He has the nephritis somewhat under control but now is fighting the lupus attacking his joints. He has gained, lost and gained weight due to steroids and the arthritic pain. He spent last weekend in the hospital from dehydration due to the diuretics he is on. He needs to loose weight and strengthen his body. We have recently gone Gluten Free in hopes it will help the lupus and we need a good fitness and eating plan for a lifetime. I also am struggling with my weight. I am 46 years old and have tried everything to loose. I used to be able to drop it no problem but now I can’t do anything that seems to work. I will say that in the past week I have stopped walking/running an hour a day on the treadmill, five days a week without results, and started doing the weight circuit and lifting heavy weights as you all suggest and have lost 3 lbs already. I have purchased Turbulence Training yesterday and have started reading it. I/We need a complete program. We need you! I have 50 lbs to loose and my husband has 65 lbs to loose. Help!
My mother got really sick … She was fighting … heart disease, diabetes, her kidneys were failing and her liver was failing.. She was having trouble walking.. her circulation was bad. She had arthiritus…and she was deaf in one ear. But everyday she would wake up and tell me how much she loved me.. and how I made a difference in her life. Then in late 2008 she had an operation and it did not go well and she began to bleed internally.. and she spent months in the hospital. She was getting better and fighting with everything in her heart….and the doctors overdosed her on pain medication. I told them one Friday .. but it was too late.. and my mother died soon after.
I carry the guilt and shame… I should have pulled her out of the hospital when she was getting better….
After she died I began to eat and eat.. because I felt so empty and sad. I would cry and cry…..Now I had no one.. to help me thru this. No close family and no husband….I did not want to hear from anyone. I did not want to be without my mother.
And then about a year ago.. things started to turn around for me. I started to work again.. and I started working on my dreams.. slowly… and try to put my life back together.
And then all of a sudden about 3 months ago…I started wanting… to live. I started having that zest for life.. that I had when my mother was alive.
I wanted to accomplish my dreams.. but felt my body would not come with me. So I started walking at 10 pm and I stopped eating.. it was like magic.
I lost 26 lbs and began eating fish and vegetables.
I deserve this package.. because I want to live again. I want to reclaim my beauty…and make my mother proud of me.
