I am motivated and determined to taking it off and keeping it off for my golden years. I’m interested in starting my fitness model career very soon. Right now I’m 5’10” at 192lbs with 10% body fat and I’m looking for something that will push me to my very peak of performance. You come highly recommended by many of my friends that are into fitness and I’m interested in finding out what more you have to offer.

I’ve worked on getting rid of excess weight for months. Work schedule and all the travelling I do has kept me from going to the gym. I’ve tried to use the knowledge I have retained from the personal training I had but have achieved no results. I need a program that I can follow on my own. I’m train hard but Without direction. The 24/7 fat loss program is the key to my success.

I’ve always been skinny. Weight was never an issue for me — at least until I married and had 6 kids and gained 50 pounds. I’m older now, and I just can’t take the weight off. I’ve tried everything. I’ve counted calories, I’ve counted points, I’ve done the low-carb diets — you name it, I’ve done it — without success. Now my kids are teenagers, 5 of them girls, and none of them have a weight problem. Even my husband is 6 feet tall and 150 pounds. I’m the only fatty in the family. It’s embarrassing.

I work at the local hospital. We had a healthy measures screening a few months ago. I failed. My blood sugar is too high, so is my cholesterol, not to mention my BMI. That was scary. I guess I had never realized the impact my weight has on my health. I want to change this. I want to be healthy again. I want to be able to run and hike trails and take exercise dance classes with my kids while they are still living at home, and not be out of breath or unable to do it.

I’ve heard a little bit about your program — about how it is not just a weight loss program, but a different way of thinking about food, and how certain combinations can work for you or against you, and how you can even get rid of the fat. This gives me hope.

I want to be skinny again, but this time for me. I want to show my kids that anything is possible if you put your mind to it and want it bad enough, you can make it happen. I want to feel good about myself. I don’t want my kids to be embarrassed by their fat mom when we bump into their friends at the mall. I want my husband to be proud of his skinny “new” wife. I want to make changes for the better in the eating and exercise habits of my family, and I very much want to get rid of this high blood sugar and cholesterol problem I’ve acquired. I just don’t know how to do it.

I know your program includes these things. It is not some fad program, but an overall lifestyle change that I would very much love to learn. I would love to see the skinny, fit lady I used to feel like on the inside become a reality again.

Well I have always loved training at the gym and doing sports. I did have my occasional slacking here ans there, however since I lately discovered high intensity interval training my life changed completely. I lost weight I had given up on losing and really defined some critical parts of my body. I am doing a program I bought online last April however I do have to say that your program is intriguing me a lot. Also I’m kind of bored of following thw same routines, and since you sent your last e-mail about adding, burpees, faux jump and jumping jacks, it really boosted my workout.
Now I have the last4kg to get rid of, I’ve been with this weight since July, I definetly need your program for those last stubborn 4kg.

I’ve been a relatively fit person for most of my life. However, I recently started a new job about 3 months ago, and since then, I’ve put on 17 pounds. I’m shocked! Regrettably, most of it seems to be visceral fat, and it scares the hell out of me. Furthermore, the weight gain is affecting my energy levels, and my family has taken notice. I want to be a good role model for them, but I still haven’t found the right combination. I’ve experimented with different types of diets, but I’ve never been able to settle on one particular diet. I am committed to improving and maintaining my physical and mental health. To do this I need a plan that can become my lifestyle. Trying to lose fat and ‘stay healthy’ has a time cost for me that I can ill-afford. First, a little about myself: I am only 15 years of age, but unfortunately, I am already terribly overweight. My belly is especially huge and it’s extremely embarrassing. Not only when I look in front of the mirror, but I feel like I have to suck my gut in everytime I am in public. Girls never give me a second look, heck they don’t even give me a first look. What’s even worse is that all of my friends are extremely athletic with the washboard abs, broad shoulders, ripped arms, and in short just straight out jacked. They’ve tried to help me out and take me through some 2-3 hour workout in the gym. But to no avail, the only thing that happened was feeling SORE and miserable for days after. I almost gave up, thinking that I was just destined to be a fat loser. I could never get any stronger in ANY of my lifts(ex. 100lbs bench for MONTHS with no gains at all), I feel like crap all the time, and very tired and sleepy day after day. Seeing the lack of results, despite the hard work i’ve put in, made me feel depressed, which in turn makes me overeat ALOT, to make myself feel better. But a few minutes after overdoing it, I regret it and realize it’s only taking me even further away from my goals. I’ve dropped tons of money on the “new scientifically proven” supplements, and fancy ab gizmos, but the only thing getting lighter was my wallet. However, over the past couple days i’ve been following along with your emails and information. And surprisingly enough i’m already starting to see positive changes, by using some of your unique ideas, such as carb syncing. I’m really on the edge of my toes wanting to learn the workouts enabling me to burn fat while watching T.V. In addition I would love to finally know the truth about nutrition and how to eat truly “healthy”, yet delicious foods to melt the fat away. I’m very excited for once to get started!

I struggle with dropping weight and have hit a plataeu at the moment.

I would like to win this program so I can stop losing some weight, gaining some back, a yo-yo situation. I had 2 floods this summer and got mold in the family room where I exercise. I am very allergic to mold, but did not know I had it, so could not exercise effectively, breathing was messed up. Now, the mold has been removed and the walls rebuilt. I am ready to start again and would welcome the discipline in your program. I am looking for steady results to encourage me and help keep me on track. It has been 4 years since I started my quest for six pack abs and 3 since I signed up for your bulletin and arnel’s, I have worked my ass of but I’ve never got the hang of nutrition.. HI, I’ve always been in great shape pretty much my whole life..up until I had my first child over 3 years ago. I’ve stuck to the same regime of working out(weight lifting 1hr and cardio 30 min to 1 hr every other day); however, I can no longer see my abs and muscle defiinition! I barely eat any carbs and stick to mostly vegetables and lean meats (bison, free range chicken/turkey, and fish). I have so many allergies and so, I am quite restricted in food choices…I occasionally cheat with anything dark chocolate and wine, but could this be sabotaging my diet and fitness?! I am stumped and frustrated. Help!! :(

im a fat little chinese guy in the very west part of china. recently i submitted to the website and start to follow what this preview tells me to do to lokks fat and keep health. the result it quickly displayed on my bodyi starts to say my abs thanks to the book however its a preview version, i would love to see some more stuffs in the actually book..in my city theres not many people knows how to be fit and be healthy what they know is go to the gym amd lift heaviy thats the impression of being a fit guy in the gym.. i have seen my result coming so i wanna to let more people to know.about this good 24-7 fat burning book and wanna to discoverthe truth of losing fat being fit in a healthy way . many of the people lose fat by sikp meals. espeally my DAD and MOM ….very bad there are getting old i know its bad for them to lose weight like that. but they doesnt listen to me because i dont have some strong evidence to prove them wrong this is also the reason i wanna to win this.book i wanna them to live long and see my children

After changing jobs for a number of time, finally settle down. For past few months had been losing weight till recently. I did mainly weight trg and cardio (jogging on treadmill). Lost 12 kgs fin 6 months but from seventh month, weight increased by 2 kg but I still have to loose 15 kgs to reach healthy BMI of 23. I go to gym twice, weight trg for one hour before work n cardio during luch time for 5km The program is comprehensive, covering a broad and complete aspect in ex, workout, diet, trg, mindset and even supplements which will enable me to loose another 15 kg hopefully.

I have been living with chronic pain for 19 yrs and have diligently tried everything possible to fix the conditions I live with daily. I am currently looking for a workout and diet plan that I can accomplish while I am working here in Afghanistan. Our deitary choices are not that great but have ample gyms to use. I am hoping that your plan is the answer.
