My husband and I are now in our 40’s and I have had a hard time convincing him that our physical efforts would only be magnified by a healthier diet and lifestyle as a whole and that being physically active doesn’t give one a “get out of ‘dieting’ free” card! We are now plagued with watching friends and family being diagnosed with HBP, cancers, high cholesterol, etc. That is also my big motivator to get things straight regarding our wellbeing. With so much info circulating, it’s hard to figure out who’s right and who’s not so right. Your physiques are amazing and, I believe, that coupled with your excellent information based on previous emails, will help provide us with good, solid information to motivate us to becoming great success stories for your new program.
We’re going to make this post extremely quick and easy.

As a 67 year old, full-time 911 Paramedic I cannot afford injuries or ill health, and this program is a foundation cornerstone to help me keep healthy and fit. I cannot schedule meals or workouts because emergencies don’t follow schedules. I workout and eat on the run. To move my physiology into 24/7 fat burning mode is crucial.
I’m in nursing school right now and I’m in a one-year accelerated program so I’ll actually be a nurse by July 2012. We are learning so much about the body and how to keep it healthy and I think I should be able to practice what I preach. No one is going to listen to someone telling them what they need to do to stay healthy by someone who doesn’t look healthy themselves. So by graduation, in 8 months, I hope to be a healthy and fit RN that can be relied upon, that can not only talk the talk, but walk the walk so to say =)
Who wouldn’t want such an incredible gift?!! I am 50 and need to lose 25 pounds. More importantly, I have been trying to create a healthy lifestyle for me and my family and 24/7 has all of the pieces in one place. My husband’s first wife died from cancer at 42 (it’s in her family). I want his 5 children (& my son)to understand more completely what they need to do to reduce their own risk…and living a healthy lifestyle can make a BIG difference. I also love to work hard and PLAY hard and this would give me what I need to live the ‘next chapter’ of my life with greater energy and health. Bottom line: I would live it and love it!
I am 21 years old. Last year I hit my peak of 300 lbs and this year I’m hovering between 260 – 270. My target weight is 200lbs or less. I’ve been keeping up with the updates and trying to incorporate them into my life, but I don’t know enough of where to start. Obesity runs in my family and I want to lead by example that a few tweaks can help us all lose weight and be healthy. For me, I need this program to achieve my goal of having a healthier, sexier body.
I am over fad diets quick fixes magic pills and potions that do nothing more then waste your time and money. I need a program like the 24/7 fat lose program to be something I can live with for the rest of my life.I am 37 weigh 238 and am so frustrated. It’s not lack of motivation or dedication. I spend 3 hours every sunday preparing my meals for the week and spend 1.5 hard hours in the gym 5 days a week. Very little results please HELP!
I am a 63 year old female, who has spent the last 40 years sitting behind a desk. in that time I went from a size small to 2X and have had a stroke. I joined the gym and workout 1 hour almost everyday and the weight stays. I am encouraged by what I have read in your reports and really want to work at losing pounds. thanks for all your support.
I would love this, I would love to help spread the word too! Thank you for your time!
Who’s got 2 hours these days to go to the gym?? I don’t, and you can see it in my body. As the years went on, the hours at the gym got shorter, then stopped, replaced by a jog here, and a crash diet there, and one day I found myself in front of the mirror trying to convince myself that if I lost 10 pounds I would look good… and that is 40 pounds heavier than I was 8 years ago! Your daily tips have got me started, eating at home so I can carb sync in the mornings and keep them out at night. And MRT is hard on a fat man, but I know with your motivation and support, I can once again have a great body, and not have to convince myself I look good anymore!
i am a single mom of 3 wanting to get back on my feet. i worked with a former mr universe for over 4 years. He would bring me close to my goal of competition but i would never reach it. i passionately want to help others win at weight loss (that is why i pursued my p.t. license) but i feel i myself are missing the last few components to bring myself and others true success. I have tried everything under the sun but your few emails i have received make sense and i would love to divulge the rest of your system. Not just to conquer my own personal demons but to pass it on and help others too.
Was always slim and active (did body building and very active) until an accident 3 years ago, with permanent injuries. Almost doubled my weight, until this year started on a strict weight program with a 10kg weight loss, but for the last 4 months am stuck and just cannot lose any more, for some reason. Would love to know what to do to keep up the weight loss and get back to normal. Very confused.
I am an active 47 year old female. I have played sport all my life & still play competitive league squash and tennis. I walk alot & am always on the go with my work & am never really still. I eat healthily & really prefer a good home cooked meal with lots of veggies & salads to any junk food. I went on fertility treatment when I was about 34, but never fell pregnant and have never had kids. However, it seems that from that time on I have battled with my weight. I should weigh about 64kgs, but am clocking in at about 84kgs & the cellulite is wobbling along on my thighs, which just really cheeses me off. I have kept to diet programmes & training rituals prescribed by personal trainers & nutritionists & they even gave up & asked me to fire them. I have been under extreme stress for the past 3 years & can well believe that this has put me totally out of balance. I want my body back again & like what I have read over the past few days. I want to give your programme a try. Help, enough is enough! I want to boogie board again without feeling embarrased about my legs & tummy. I want to be back on the beach this summer!
I have a husband who has been over 400 lbs. He has tried Atkins, HCG, and various other diets. He has a disability which prohibits him from vigorous exercise. This has not helped his cause. He has trouble with high blood pressure. The side effects from his blood pressure medication has caused him to have a condition known as Raynaud’s phenomenon. This illness causes ulcers to
form on his finger tips and is very painful. He was an avid musician, but can no longer play his instrument because of the Raynaud’s. Whenever he stops taking the medicine his fingers start to get better. But, then his blood pressure goes back up. He also has problems sleeping at night and at times wakes up with injuries from the weight of his body, while he’s been sleeping. He has started to change his way of eating. But he needs something that will really help to make a huge difference consistently. This fat loss program would be of great benefit to him and his health. By his taking off all that excess weight, his blood pressure would come down and he could get off his medicine and thus, recover from the Raynaud’s. Besides all of that, he can be healthy and normal again. I love my husband very much. I think what you guys are doing is fantastic. Thanks for the offer.
Need to lose weight and fat around the middle. Nothing seems to work. Husband also need to lose weight and fat. Sounds lke this might work.
I have been utilizing a resistence training, HIIT work out for about a year and a half and have seen results in a lowering of my BMI and increased energy. I know eating healthy is the other half of the equation but this is the part that is challenging for me. I have learned a lot from your updates and would like to learn more about the nutrient combining and carb syncing to take me to the next level. I am committed to getting in shape and could put this program to full use.
ME… ME… PICK ME!!!!!!
This program seems to be just what I am looking for at my stage of life. I am 69 years old and in good health, however over the past few years I have developed too much fat on my abs and back. I had been a body builder in my earlier years so am very concerned about my present situation. I do get exercise every day from bike riding and body weight exercises, but need the nutritional and exercise guidance to get the results I want in getting rid of this excess fat.
I’m a UK cabbie who keeps himself reasonably fit but having trouble shifting the last stubborn 15 lbs, maybe your program will help me do that, I wonder?
If it does, it might be a good from your point of view for sales in the UK….
I went through gastric bypass 5 years ago and lost nearly 200 pounds but had a stubborn50-60 that refused to go away. I finally broke through and lost 15 of those stubborn pounds and then my company closed and depression (along with stress eating and no exercise) set in.
I am back on track now – rejoining the world of the living and the fit and need that extra boost to help me be all that I can be.
I want to be an example and an inspiration to people who feel overwhelmed by weight loss and champion them to know THEY CAN DO IT!! It is so worth the work – life is amazing when you are fit and feel good in your own skin!!!
I”m 30 years old and recently tore my ACL for the first time in my life and it will require a new graft. I’ve never been sidelined for this long. I’m a very active individual. I play soccer, do martial arts and all kinds of stuff that I haven’t been able to do since I injured myself. All of it was my stress relief and its what kept me in shape. Now I’m fast falling out of shape and gaining weight and becoming very depressed and I won’t be able to get back to the things I truly love until about 4 to 6 months after my surgery. I need to develop a new way of exercising and eating that might help save my body and my sanity. Joel i’ve been reading your blog for a while now. I really like what you’ve had to say about exercise, eating, hormone levels, I’d really like to try this program that you guys have developed. I think it could really help me right now.
I need this program to show me how to lose the last 10lbs of fat I can’t seem to get rid of. I need a comprehensive PROGRAM that details exactly how to go about it. I’m in decent shape for a 42 year old woman who’s had two children and I’m determined to lower my body fat by another 5-8%, which would take me down to under 20% body fat. It’s the belly fat and the hips that are still storing it and I believe I need this program so I can burn the fat 24/7!
Hi Joel.
I’ve been following your reports for a while now and everything you advise seems to be really helpful. I’m 59 and weigh 195, down from 240 in 6 months; trying to get down to 185 and have a good looking body and live a healthful lifestyle. Your previous advice on website sure hits the mark and has helped me. My weight training has seemed to hit a standstill and Im needing help to get to my goal weight. I have firmed up a lot of my body but still have a way to go with your help! I am seeing muscle definition I have not seen since High school. Help me prove to older and younger people that the objectives of my goal can be met using your program. I’d like to be a “poster child” for you!!
With kind regards,
Bill
I have been fighting extra weight all my life. Like a lot of others, I’ve tried almost everything out there from pills, equipment and diets…nothing works for more than a week or so. After reading your information, I have come to realize why. The amount and style of exercise I’ve been doing isn’t what will get me the best results. Add that to the misinformation about the validity of the diets and they are both recipes for failure. Using your whole system will enable me to get on track and stay there so I can reach my goal of getting rid of 60 pounds and keeping it off. This would change my life!!
6 months ago i had a shoulder operation and because of some complications i stuck in bed for 3 months, and now after 6 months i returned to gym , taking baby steps, but i will soon need something to get me back on track fast because that 6 months, which of 3 in bed were devastating for my phisique.
Im a bit of tired of ups and downs like that and always coming back , so something good like i think this is,that would make my job easyer and would be a great kick in the but to rise from ashes again like pheonix :)
I am a single mom to an 11 year old son. I lost my mom 10 yrs ago to a brain aneurysm and I know part of the reason she is gone was the fact that she was overweight. She was only 44 years old and I don’t want to leave this world so early.
In the last 2 1/2 months I have dropped 45 lbs, and have another 115-125 to go to get to my ideal weight for my height. I NEED something that will help me get there that will also help me lose my belly fat which is one of the hardest places for me to lose fat from.
I also want to set a good example for my son for now and for his future so he always has what he needs to stay fit and healthy.
