I need something with a fresh approach to ‘kick start’ my training again. I’ve gained back weight and it NEEDS TO GO!!! Before clothes fit differently I can tell because energy level goes down and my back starts hurting. I’m in my mid 40’s with an 8 yr old and 5 horses to keep up with, as well as a demanding job and online coursework. I could really use the help : ) Thanks for offering this opportunity!

I am over 50 and about to retire from the US Army. The requirement to do Physical Fitness Training 3-5 times a week kept me fit and healthy. But, (that big BUT) as I prepare to leave the Army I find myself doing PT less and less and the weight is adding up. The last year has been one of diets and workouts with yo-yo results. I would lose some then gain it back.
While deployed to Iraq (I worked long days with little time to work out) I actually tried to setup my diet and workouts based on the advice and tips from your emails and blog. I was somewhat successful, I managed to come home weighing the same as I did when I went to Iraq.
I fully believe your program will give me what I need. I need a detailed Program, a Plan, a Guide to lead me to my goal of feeling and look great. One that not only has fat burning/muscle building workouts but a healthy, sensible nutrition plan that will revve up my metabolism to keep burning hot.
The 24/7 Fat Loss System is the program that will give me the means to achieve my goal.

My entire family would benefit from the 24/7 program. My husband and I are at the 50+ mark in our lives. Husband, at 6’2″ 180 lbs, has always been pretty fit, but now has the pot belly, family inherited cholesterol and heart issues, sarcoidosis (lung disease) and needs motivation to kick start him into a well-designed program. I am perfect; at least that is what my blood test results say. However at 5’4, 145 lbs, the wide hips, the 2nd stomach (belly flab) etc. are all things I would like to improve upon. My 3 daughters all blame me for their large thighs, big butts, and slow metabolism. Oldest is getting married in March 2012 and would love to get to her college competition weight and strength. Middle daughter has the wide hips and big butt that puts her body out of proportion (small bust—pear shape) and youngest daughter has been doing the P-90X program but could use the nutrition/metabolism assistance since she is a junk food junky. Our family understands the health risks involved with obesity/weight gain and nutrition/food sensitivities, but need a well-designed, kick butt program that I believe the 24/7 program would give.

I am 57 years old and I’ve tried everything. I am still 40 pounds over weight and for my health I wish to lose before I’m 60. Health and weight problems run in my family. I have high blood pressure and high colestrol but my doctor said if I lost weight it could both clear up and no more pills. I also have IBS and am on medication for that.

I am a figure competitor and after getting food posioning during a contest prep I rebounded and gained a lot of weight. Since then I have not been able to get my weight back down regardless of what I do. I would love to have some new techniques to try to help me get this weight back off so I can compete again.

Need to get rid of my stubborn stomach fat because it doesn’t want to leave me on my terms and I’ve been trying to break up our “special” relationship for over 2 years. This system just might be my salvation.

After the 6 updates, I realize how much bad information I have had. I’m mentally and physically ready to move forward and drop the 50 pounds my doctor said I need too. I am 59 year old male. I have had a weight problem all my life. I have tried many diets, loose it and gain it back. The best that works for me are low carb diets, but need to have some plan that I will be able to stay on long term.

I am 47 and soon to be 48. Over the last six months, I have lost 70lbs. I still want to lose another 30lbs…however, I have stalled. Hi, WOW! All I can say is “I need your plan to help me!” When I turned 45, I started putting on weight without changing a thing and it frustrated me. I’ve been a fairly active woman, working as a nurse and raising three kids. I tried eating less, only to gain more weight. Obviously I wasn’t doing it right! Then, in 2009 I had my right leg amputated. Talk about a decrease in activity level!! The weight gain continued, but I got up and moving again, only to be back with limited moving due to a six-disc spinal fusion in April of 2011. Now I’m up and working in nursing again, but am not nearly as active. I NEED a great plan, both nutritionally and physically, to keep me on track to get back in shape. I am now 59 years old and want to be the BEST that I CAN BE by the time I reach 60. I KNOW that YOU can help me do JUST THAT! I will love you forever for it, too! I will love being ME, too! Your program so far has been very informative and has helped me lose weight this summer, however, I can’t seem to stay motivated. The winter is here and I won’t be as active as I am in the summer months. The holidays are very depressing for me since my dad died and this leaves me kind of lost and not caring so much about myself. I think your program will help keep me motivated to lose the belly fat through the holidays and thereafter. I am tired of riding this diet roller coaster!

I should win this program because I really believe in what you guys are saying about weight loss. I need to lose fat, I am almost 46 years old and my health is in jepardy. i was always very thin as a child and a teenager but as soon as i reached my early twenties the weight started creeping on. i spent the next twenty years approximately thirty pounds overweight and tried everything to take off the weight. some plans worked temporarily but most did nothing for me.in the last year i went through menopause and gained another twenty pounds.i really feel that i need to lose this extra weight for health reasons and that your plan sounds like something that could help me do that

I am 63 years old and working out 5 -6 days a week. I’m stuck at the same weight, in spite of my efforts. I believe this program will help me “break through” the barrier. I try to follow an “eat what is good for you in moderate quantities” but really need help in that area. I am 25 years old, and I have been for years trying many different programs and putting the time into them, but I have never seen the results I expected. I havent lost the weight I want to loose and I havent gained the muscle I want to gain.

I believe this system would be a user friendly and long-term program that i can follow, stick to, and see results with. So many other programs are so strict that you’re miserable most of the time and just give up. This one actually looks obtainable and sustainable.

I am a 54 year old woman. I am 5’3″ and weigh 139 pounds. Six years ago, after following an intense diet and exercise program, I weighed 117. I was diagnosed with a PFO and had a procedure to seal the hole in my heart. I was unable to work out strenuously for six months afterwards. I gained a few pounds and stayed at 124 for several years and felt great. Two years ago, I began to steadily gain weight and feel excessively tired. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. I now have to workout 30 to 60 minutes a day, just to keep from gaining weight, never mind trying to lose any. I am careful about my diet as well. I would love to try your program to see if it can make a difference.

I started this year very much on the morbitly obese side at 325 lb and a 54″ waist. With diet and exercise (isometyrics and kettle bells) I am now morbidly obese at 260 lb with a 44″ waist. It’s an improvement, but not yet enough. The 24/7 Fat Loss System appears to have good science behind it and, in my humble opinion, a great next step for me.

As a personal trainer, the most common goal that I see from potential clients is to lose weight and tone up. After a little discussion, it becomes obvious that what is really needed is nutritional education and a comprehensive fitness regimen that includes resistance training for long term and cardiovascular training for short term calorie burning and the resulting weight loss. I’m always on the lookout for good programs that will aid me in helping my clients accomplish these endeavors.

I have read all of your emails and this is the program for me. I had given up, but I am excited again. I have gained and lost and gained . I am ready for this to stop. I want to be able to eat and work and play normally. I want this to be my new neverending lifestyle. I would appreciate and use this program.

I would love to win this, not just for me, but for my family too. My husband and I completed a different program and lost quite a bit of weight but now we need to tone up ( and lose some pounds we have added back on). We have two sons and would like to set up an exercise/healthier eating lifestyle for all of us. We still homeschool our youngest, our oldest is taking some college classes and is a musician, my husband commutes over an hour a day and plays soccer and volleyball twice a week. We are also very involved at our church. So, it is safe to say we, like most families are too busy to have to figure out how a plan works. Yours sounds very easy to follow and quick to start. Most plans are food or exercise not both and it sounds like you guys have put a lot of time and research into this. I can’t wait to get started
