I do not want to win a copy of this book, or too tell you about my life and as such my “story”.

I would like to use this opportunity in hopes you will read this comment and understand the appreciation i have for Both of you. I am only currently 18 years years of age just finding my feet so to speak, as a fitness enthusiast. The guidance that has been provided through your email system so far has been all too valuable and the information provided was constructive and in a format i could willingly take on board.

The fact that you gave this information on a free basis expecting nothing in return is something to be admired. I hope that others can gain this valuable information as well so it will help them through there own fitness journey.

I have come to a plateau in my fatloss program and need this new program to make progress and continue getting into my best shape and to hit my ideal weight (140 lbs.) and size (10). I’m 60 years old and want to live a long healthy life and enjoy my kids, grandkids (have 5 so far) and great grandchildren. In the last year I’ve lost 25 lbs. using the Extreme fat loss diet (15 lbs.) and the Cheat your way think programs (10 lbs) and now I need something new to help me continue making progress. From what I’ve read this program sounds perfect for me….

Hello: I’ve been heavy all my life 95lbs at age 5 ,200lbs by the 6th grade ,300 at 15yrs of age, played football semi-pro at 300-325lbs ,worked construction for 35years above 300-350.I retired at 56 with type 2 diabetes in need of new left knee and at close to 400 lbs on a 6’4 frame. Worked out all my life ,now being a struggle due to bad knees . My insurance will not cover any bariatric surgery,and have tried all the diets placed before me with no luck at all,would love to see if your system works.Thanks for the offer

I have been trying to loose weight for 11 months now. I have lost 30lbs so far and did my first triathlon this year as well as my first century ride. The reason I want to win a copy of the 24/7 is because I still have not met my goal. I have been stuck at the same weight for the past 3 months with 15lbs still to loose. I have switched training programs and counted calories and still no weight change. After reading all of the info on your system I am convinced this will finally be the answer for me. I want to train harder and be at my optimal health! Please help me.

I have been diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and Endometriosis hormonal conditions, making it almost impossible to lose weight. I believe a system such as the 24/7 fat loss could be the key to losing my weight forever. My story is simple I am a 42 year old mother of 5 and GrandMother of 4. I attend the local gym 4 times per week alternating weights and cardio. I believe in exampling and pursuing wellbeing inside and outside of the body. Diabetes runs in my family. I had lost 40 pounds in the ’90s, but it has come back for a number of reasons. First, I was cleaning at my sister’s house for the last trimester of her pregnancy in ’94, because she was put on bedrest. I had stopped eating fast food, but after I started going over to her place, we had it often. Then, after her baby was born, she liked the idea of someone else cleaning her house, so she kept me, 3 days a week. Now, it’s down to 1 day, but the fast food visits are still happening, if only once a week. I had lost some more later, but in ’07, which was a chaotic year, full of surgery and recovery for my mom’s brain aneurysm, as well as my dad’s death later in the year, and the deaths of several other people I knew, I spent a lot of time on the road and in hospital cafeterias. Expensive yucky food in the cafeterias got me back off track and I don’t remember much of what I was doing before to lose the weight. It is good to have tips online from several sources, but it would be better to have the CD set so they can be played in the car or in my room. I’ve had a lot of stress again lately, because my mom is not well, and I’ve been caring for her, so I’ve had a hard time sticking to a good eating pattern and exercising.

Like Susie, I have been working hard to get my self fit on last 3 years. And succeeded it somehow. I was true couch potato with red wine and “good” food before. Now days 4 times gym /week and some aero every week .
I need this knowledge of “24/7 Fat Loss” – to get myself perfectly fit.

I’m a busy guy, with three jobs, a family life at home, and never enough time at the gym. This program is what I need to get past the sticking points that have been plaguing me for months. I want to know that what I’m doing is based on good science and proven results, so I can’t wait to get my hands on this program!

My nineteenth birthday just past recently, and I’m still fat. For the past 5-6 years I have been telling my friends and family members that I will see six pack ABS on my body. I have gone on diets, lost some fat. I have gone on exercise programs and lost some fat. I have done both at the same time and have lost some fat. Yet, I still am so far from my goal! I have been reading all of the material leading up to this release and I am truly impressed with the information I have received so far. This program is very important at this point in my life. I am currently 34 years old; although overall healthy, I’ve struggled with overweight for years. I have tried every single diet out there, from Dr. Atkins, weight watchers, and even a phentermine regime. All diets promise the best but I have always ended up frustrated, depressed, and losing muscle mass instead of gut size. I want to know how to eat and exercise more efficiently and more effectively.

This program is perfect for me because I am 30 years old and have overweight problems. I have two baby boys which I adore. Because my obesity I can not enjoy them as I like since I get tire fast. If you do not have your health, what do you have? My obesity set off a chain reaction of hell. My wife left me and took the kids who made fun of ‘Faddy’. I was kicked out of my house and hit such depression I couldn’t wake up & lost my job. Even worse I am living in a half way house where the other tenants hide the food from me and I’ve been put on notice to be kicked out on the street because I snore too loud. WHY!? but all I hear is silence broken by the sound of my own crying….I tried getting fat burners from my DR but he thinks Im an addict. IM not an animal ! Im a man trapped in a fat suit! I would have killed myself but I didnt have the courage. I was President of my University Student Council ?!?! I cant even look at myself in the mirror, heck I stay in a stinky sweaty sleeping bag all day cause I dont want to be seen. I need my life back fast. I’m a 44 year old male and am about 6 feet tall. In December of 2010 I stepped on the scale and was blown back, absolutely floored. The scale read 315 pounds. I had almost 50% body fat and felt horrible physically every day. I was drinking way too much alcohol and eating all the wrong foods. I was exercising but really didn’t control my diet and probably wasn’t doing the right type of exercise that I should have been doing. I was really pissed about how I let myself go the way I did. ON January 4, 2011 I decided to try and make a change in my life. I dropped my bad habits (alcohol, chips, soda, snacking) and started eating more lean protein, green vegetables and good carbs. By the end of May I dropped 100 pounds and went to less than 20% body fat. I continue to exercise daily and burn approximately 1000 calories per workout. However, I still struggle daily on what to eat and actually have gained about 25 pounds back and could really use some guidance like your 24/7 Fat Loss System. I want to be able to distinctly know what to eat, how to do it and do the right exercises so that this is not just a fad but a total lifestyle change that I can manage on a daily basis throughout my life.

As a student studying Strength and Conditioning and about to graduate, I love trying out new reports or exercise programs for the purpose of research. I also have my own success story to tell. I once was 250lbs, and am now down to 190. I have a few clients that have done awesome in their own weight loss, but are now at their sticking points. I would love to research this program for my clients and the internship I am completing, in order to broaden the scope on healthy living.

I have spent 3 and 1/2 years losing weight. I have made tremendous progress with losing 121 lbs. I still have some fat areas around my belly and upper legs. I would like a program to follow to lose the fat and have the body I have been working so hard to achieve. Since your program is all about fat loss, I think it would be perfect for my last remaining goal.

I am a 46 years old with diabetes 2. i am trying very hard to stick to a basic diet in order to control my sugar levels. it is very difficult to do so if you don’t have the knowledge to do it. i cannot exercise due to osteoarthritis in my hips and knees.
so i really need to get professional information on how to get myself on the right track in order to loose weight and keep it off. i think that this “24/7” Fat Loss book will definitely be my answer to my overweight disaster.

My poor health decisions in the past have led me to be overweight. A few years ago i was told that i had a genetic heart defect that had gone un noticed all my life. I was informed that if i did not have immediate sergery i would not make it to see another Christmas.
