This program sounds terrific! It’s just what I’m looking for. I was a beauty queen 20 years ago and feel like I’ve neglected myself to take care of 7 kids and a husband. We try to eat right with sit-down meals everyday, but with a sluggish thyroid and lack of exercise, I’m ready for a big change. Help me get my life in order! I’m so ready.

hello guys,
this program is perfect for me because I am a recent college grad and that means the end of my semi-pro/organized basketball days. I have always been active and bball kept me in shape, but since the end of my playimng days I have lacked in the nutrition and exercise area. i have been trying to read up on all the right facts and workouts, but its not so easy. This program would be great for me because it is 8 weeks of pre-designed strategies that I could follow to help me get back on track and back to a healthier, happier me. I want to lose the weight I aquired adn possibly even more to get nicer loooking muscles and learn the proper nutrition to be able to keep my body for my lifetime. thanks guys, allstaranna

I will be doing the diet whether free or not. I’m sick & tired of being over weight. I have never won anything in my life so maybe this time I will. I’m very impressed with all the information I have received from you.

@ Joel Marion:

I will be 71 in a few weeks, and it’s getting harder and harder to exercise. I am now limited to pilates (in which I am capable of maybe 2/3 the exercises) and chair yoga. Although I eat a healthy diet, my weight continues to creep upward, with most of it centered in my midsection.

If you guys can help me lose weight on a crazy busy schedule that has me stuck at the computer 10-12 hours a day (don’t tell me to let my partners down by not doing my share of the work), then you can help anybody!

i am a 50 year old man, woking on some health issuse. doc say i have type 2 diabetes, and need to lose wait.went on diet and lost 15 pounds. by eating better and laying off the beer.was 265 and now am. 245. stuck here, like to get down to 215 and get off all these pills!!!!!

I am very active and coming up to the big 50. I had horse accident and was
unable to keep up the active lifestyle for over a year. Those years were very
good to me – as in a lot of added weight. I ride horses and LOVE it. I
compete in mounted shooting and ranch sorting. I would love to be less of a
load for my horse, as well as for me! I would be more competative in my
horse events and I want to be overall healthier for a great 2nd half of my life. I think your program will help me reach my goals of competing in the World Championships for mounted shooting next October!!!

hey guys, I am 53 years old, i have been like a yo yo with my weight all my life.
i weigh 285 and I serious need to lose 80 pounds. I have been going to the gym and working out,but seem to be stuck. My family has a history of heart disease
and diabetes. I rather not start taking any kind of prescriptions as my doctor wants me on because of my weight and family history. I hate taking Drugs.
Your program looks great from what I have seen on the blogs and you tube from the shapesifter guys. Thank you for all you guys do.

I am a 49 year old man, who has struggled with weight problems throughout my life. With varied success and failure I have used P90X and many other programs. I have studied the writings of people like Tom Venuto. I do not put any failure at the feet of any of these. There are varied reasons which attributed to those failures.
Now, approaching 50 and being extremely tired and disgusted with my current body shape and size. I have read all the information which you have made available to me and I think it may be the answer I am looking for, with the additional information of feeding times and the varied workouts. I do believe this is the key for me now.

Hi guys, I am a 37 year old wife and mother. This program would be perfect for me now because I recently joined a women’s bootcamp and am loving it but I am struggling with my diet. Your program makes so much sense and I would love to try it. I really think that the combination of your program along with my bootcamp would help me get to the healthiest state I can. I not only want to lose the extra weight (fat) I am carrying, I want to become a healthier person going forward. I also want to be a good role model for my children and teach them the proper way to fuel and take care of their bodies. I believe that if I can teach them young, they will carry this on with them throughout their lives. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us!

Having the correct information is priceless. I’m running on the treadmill 30 minutes in the morning and the bathroom scale is not moving. It’s very frustrating and makes me feel like my effort is being wasted. I also have a job where I’m in 4 hour long meetings several days a week and no food is allowed – only beverages. I really hope your book addresses these kinds of issues.

I WANT TO BE FREE!! to be finally be happy and confident. gain self-esteem and be happy inside and out and be able to tell my story to others out there.

Good Day, I am in the process of losing 80 lbs and have made it half way. The next step in the process is to integrate exercise into my life and that’s where you come in. You would help me in unimaginable ways because you would not only be showing me the best methods to use to lose but you would be making me a teacher for the future of my family and would be sharing the best way to get healthy, keep it off, and go from existing to actually living and working toward living ultra healthy for a long time to come. Thank you for the chance to try and win a free copy you guys are awesome!

I have been working on losing weight (again) and want to do it the right way this time. I want to know the changes to make in my eating/exercise to make the weight loss and health stay this time! Diabetes runs in my family and I definitely want to avoid that.

I am 51 years old 6′ 2″ tall 270lbs and was a jogger for 20 years and stopped due to leg pains, 7 years ago I became a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do with my 2 sons and stopped because the Doctor told me I had severe Arthritis and would need my Hips replaced. Doing as told I rode my bike regularly I got upto 60-100 miles per week all while gaining 60lbs. Getting ready for Hip surgeries I took on a personal trainer for 30 sessions then I moved to Crossfit. I had to stop the pain became unbearable so I had surgery #1. I am very aware of what I eat but may not be doing it right because I am gaining again. I need to get as strong and lean as I can for my 2nd surgery in March 2012. Can you help?

I would like the opportunity to try this program as I have juggled weight and health issues my entire life. My extended family includes a mother at 400 pounds and several aunts at 400pounds +. It has been my fear all my life that I would end up like that so, I have tried many different weight loss approaches to try to regulate my weight and keep it under control. My last effort was the HCG diet. It peeled the weight off quickly but I am finding it creeping back on cause I really do like muffins and chocolate. I have many friends and coworkers constantly turning to me for weight advice as well. I would like a program that is well rounded.

I want this so bad that when I tried to post this last night there were only 15 posts and mine wouldn’t go. I lost 30 pounds last fall with hcg and have been stuck. I have always believed hormones and food combinations played a big role. I love potatoes but when I eat one it goes straight to my midsection. I believe that if you look good and feel good the rest of your life follows. My husband has been unemployed for 2 years and our savings is gone. I am in real estate which isn’t great either. I hope if I can take control of some aspect of my life that I can get the rest to follow. Depression just packs on the weight and I am 60-70 over and my husband is 150 over. This would be so beneficial for the both of us! I can’t afford it if I can’t win it! Please help turn my life and my husbands around!

Hi, I will be 61 this year and struggle with depression resulting from my weight and other issues. I was laid off last year so I have the time to exercise. I started a program in July and took off 25 pounds but my progress was slow compared to everyone else in the program and now, it has virtually stopped even though I am doing everything they told me to do. I need to find something that will increase my metabolism and get me losing again. I want to feel better about myself and have the courage to once again apply for jobs and live life to its fullest. Thanks.

I am thankful for your website — I need to get rid of these awful love handles :o).

Hi Joel,

Would love to get your system, because I’m 52, do work out somewhat, eat pretty good, I think, but could use a more structured way to go about losing the 25 pounds I still need to lose. I would also love to help my girlfriend lose the last 20 she wants to lose. I would be willing to do before and after pics, plus write a testimonial. Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks,
Greg

Before my children were grown and moved away they kept me quite active but for the past ll years I have sat in the same chair for 8 hours and day at work and the only activity was the movement of my arms and fingers. Slowly without even noticing the weight has piled on and now just recently retired I feel I need to become active again and it is not just for my physical health but for my mental health as well that I would enjoy the program you are offering.

Like so many folks interested in your system, I’ve worked on losing weight for years using just about every “system” there is out there, when education and direction is all I really need. Having this system would help not only me lose the 85 lbs that won’t go away after two kids, but would help me get back the energy to be active with my kids, and the self esteem to help me reconnect with my husband. This could also help me show him just how easy it can be to get extra weight off and keep it off for himself too! Thanks for putting this out there, guys- keep rockin’!

I have successfully decreased my body fat and increased my muscle mass but now I have plateaued and need to lose more weight/fat. For this I need to know how to do it 24/7. The e-mails so far have already been very helpful but I need to learn more about this approach.

I want to eat healthy and feel good on a daily basis. As I get older my metabolism has slowed and I notice it is harder to maintain my weight. This 24/7 program makes sense. I even started eating my carbs in the morning this week and have noticed other variances. I’d like to find that lifestyle change that you don’t just stop after losing the weight, don’t have to buy their food, and don’t have to have a gym membership.

Obviously since I am entering your contest, I am desperate for a plan that works for me. I am diabetic and had coronary bypass surgery a year ago. My eyesight is also in jeopardy. I need to lose 60 pounds and hate myself for failing, not to mention what my weight is doing to my health. I have tried so many diets. I am the only one I know that gained weight on whale watchers…, sorry, Weight Watchers. My story is not unique. I want to see my grandchildren grow up and enjoy my retirement like anyone, and I am tired of beating myself up.

I am trying to lose 60+ pounds gained over the last few years after quitting smoking. I would like to take my daughter to Disney World in March and don’t want to be embarrased to put on shorts. Also my daughter would like a smaller and healthier mommy that would go swimming with her.
