Procrastination has been my fitness principle. From this day forward , with the help of the 24/7 Fat Loss System, it can become “results not typical!”.
I have a wonderful family! Loving husband. 4 children under the age of 12. But, I’m not happy. Over the past 2-3 years I have watched my weight continue to increase (40+ pounds) and it seems so many things in our lives revolve around food: celebrations, rewards, family night. I used to be very active. Loved to run and lift weights. But as the weight came on, the less I moved. I have spurts of energy and discipline only to “fall off the wagon” once again. I need confidence in promoting myself and my abilities which is difficult when you feel absolutely horrible about how you look! My wife used to be an athlete in college weighing about 125#, very muscular, very lean. Since graduating and starting coaching she has put on some weight. She is now at 145#. She has a history in her family with thyroid issues and metabolic conditions. She has been to numerous MD’s expressing her concerns about her unexplained weight gain despite her counting calories and food modification and frequent exercise programs (P90X, Gillian, running miles, BW training) with no success. All the docs say is you look fine, nothing to worry about its just muscle mass. She calls me in tears because she knows her body and know something isn’t right and she doesn’t know what to do. She feels like a failure. I don’t know how to help her. PLEASE HELP US!
I really set myself aside over the last three years. After a great deal of soul-searching and with a ton of courage, I moved to a new city and am starting my life anew. I would like to win this program because I have been trying for years to get in really great shape. I have managed to lose weight but it is the keeping it off that is the hard part. I eat healthy already and I workout quite regularly but the weight just seems to stay on. I have hit a plateau and I need to move beyond this–I believe your program will do that for me.

Well,I always controlled my weight with High Protein,but life got busy and I got older and shorter(4’9) and suddenly I’m 40 lbs. overweight and arthritic. I just
can’t make myself live on protein,alone so your plan seems to be something I can win with! It’s not telling me a lot of things I can’t do or have and at this time of retirement I feel that the “no” rules in life should be minimal. I am 90 pounds overweight. I am not self controlled or have a strong will to make a diet last very long. I gain and lose same 40 lbs. I don’t like to exercise/sweat, nor spend an hour doing it !Your plan is outlined what to eat and when to eat, is what my lazy self needs!. I WOULD exercise for 20 min to get the results you say I’d get. My whole family needs this, my husband and 2 daughters all have extra belly fat especially. My doctor told me to lose 10 to 15 lbs with diet and exercise. I lost 5 lbs and now I am stuck. I have been trying to lose these pounds for years. I have been trying to emulate your program since the first email. I have bought many books and other programs in the past but they just don’t put it altogether. I am a 65 yr old mail. 5’5″, 207 lb as of this morning – after losing about 20 lb last month with “The Soup” diet. Could not engage in exersizing because of sever bursitis. Direction, Direction, Direction. I am a former professional hockey player and have gained 70lbs of fat since my days of being 10% body fat and an athlete. Two kids, working at a desk for 10 years have not been good to me. Over the last ten years I have spent money on gym memberships, P90X, and weight loss programs and haven’t been able to stay on track. I am looking for a program that gives me the direction and true direction to be successful for life. I am 35 years old and should not be this out of shape and if I don’t get a handle on this I will be lucky to see my grandkids some day. After reading the updates 24/7 will be the answer.

This is the best plan that I have found that works. Ever since the later part of
October. I have done everything that you have suggested. AS of today I have lost 15 pounds and have alot of energy. Plus my blood pressure is down to almost normal. it was 190/100 and now is 120/82. I feel great.

I will be 71 in a few weeks, and it is getting harder and harder to exercise. I am now limited to pilates (in which I am capable of maybe 2/3 the exercises) and chair yoga. Although I eat a healthy diet, my weight continues to creep upward, with most of it centered in my midsection.
If you guys can help me lose weight on a crazy busy schedule that has me stuck at the computer 10-12 hours a day (don’t tell me to let my partners down by not doing my share of the work), then you can help anybody!
I will be 60 next month and I have some fat that I would rather be muscle. :-) And from what I’ve seen so far, your 24/7 Fat Loss program would help me learn what I need to do to live healthier in my many years to come. :-)
