Moved to US 3 months ago due to partner’s job relocation & have been feeling lost, lonely, goal-less. Decided to be proactive & look after myself rather than wallow in self pity & found your info. More than anything I need the community support, I’ve loved getting your emails, they make me smile, give me hope & I feel like you are my friends. Done a million diets in the past but have a spare 10lbs which keeps hanging around like an unwanted, annoying friend! Well old friend, I may have got used to you being here but we have nothing in common, I don’t like you, so time to go!

I did the xtreme fat loss diet two times, I got great results but I’m stuck at about 12% bf and I think your new program can help me. My goal has been 7% bf since I started losing weight 2 years ago and I won’t give up until I get it. I also want to prove those who made fun of me when they saw me drinking protein shakes and eating healthy that hard work really pays off.

I’m a very young 58, but the excess weight I’ve been carrying around since I was 35 ages my appearance and is killing me–literally. I feel cheated because there are so many things I want to see and do before I die, and you have to be healthy and fit to do them. I’m 211 lbs and so frustrated with being unable to lose any weight because at my age, metabolism and hormones are a huge issue. Hi there, My oldest daughter (14) and I are in a “BIGGEST LOSER” contest and my husband has been the best support for us. I found your info online and just went with it. As a young hawaiian man growing up in a society filled with so many false advertising it is so very hard to believe what is and is not true everything is about money but with your system whether I get it for free or have to invest in it, i hope will make a believer out of me.being part hawaiian has its draw back of high suseptability of diabetes, cnacer, heartattacks, gout etc…. and I want to make a change i want to change those statistics to be an example, that with the proper guidance, nutrition and excercise no matter what nationality we are we all can be healthy and live a long life with very minimal health risks. mahalo and hope to hear from you soon

I am newly retired, married and love to cook. My goal is to learn about constant fat burning as rigorous exercise will become more difficult with age.

I am a 35 year old mom of a 7 year old son that I want to be around to see grow up. As well as be an example to him that good health is a choice not something that is given. I know I feel great when I am eating right and working out regularly. I have focused on doing either one or the other – never did both at the same time. I am 44 years old, a mother of three grown daugthers and a career women. When I hit 40 years old, my metabolism stopped completely. I have never had to worry about my weight, it was always good, regardless of what I ate or how I exersized. Since turning 40, I have struggled maintaining the weight I desire and have been through several diets and various exercise routines, some which actually worked, but the results never stayed longer than a month. I am looking for a true “life change” and a program that works every day, all day, that I can build my health future on. I want to be around for a long time and am convinced that the right diet and the exercise can faciliate my long life.

I read your letters and info as often as I can get my hands on it. I am a 51 year old female; since I was a teenager I have been interested in fitness and “proper” nutrition. It wasn’t always that way for me though. I got an eating disorder when I was about 17, and back then it wasn’t treated properly and I had no idea how I got it. I eventually worked my way through it, but wanted to find a “better” approach to diet and nutrition.
As I reached 45 and my kids were not needing me as much I took my fitness intructor course and have been teaching weight training and bootcamps. Now I am doing my personal training instructor course, I teach zumba, I weight train, and try to eat along the same paths as you suggest. Because I am 51 I think I could encourage a lot of “babyboomers” that there is a way that is possibe to not gain that middle aged spread that so many of us drea. This would be a great resource for me;

I have recently been selected to a +49 women’s team who will be competing in The Dragon Boat Club Crew World Championships in Hong Kong in July 2012. We have many goals but one of them is to get our 22 player crew down to 3000 lbs in bour boat. The other is to medal. I thought jogging, running, cycling, and doing body combat could make me lose fat and gain muscle until I was told by a male friend that I was wrong. I have had varying degrees of success on different diets and workout plans, but I have not been able to sustain this long term – I always end up putting the weight back on! I’ve also never been able to shift the stubborn areas of fat around my chest and waist. So far I’ve found the food-side of things is too restrictive to maintain long term. well, first of all we live in a “junk” world where every kinds of junk food are easily available. normally these food are unhealthy for us but however many people dont have the ‘expertise’ or knowhow of how to manage their nutrition and life. unfortunately me also i am among those people who lack this knowhow and it was just recently that i realized that a GOOD HEALTH means a BETTER LIFE. hence if l could be helped and guided, i think it would be the most awesome thing that may happen to me.

I am post menopausal and gained lots of weight during this phase of life and have been unable to get it off. Had surgery earlier this year and lost some but slowly put back on. Have asthma and chronic bronchitis and felt better when not so heavy. Still work part time but seem to lack true motivation to stick to a diet and from what I have read feel that this just may be the right program for me.

I have been “stuck” at 30 lbs of excess weight that I can’t seem to shed no matter how much I exercise. And I exercise almost every day. Along with exercise, I have to eat next to nothing to lose any weight at all. It’s just very frustrating. Obviously, there is something I am missing when it comes to fat loss.

I had a few things that happened in my life that made it very important to take off weight and keep it off. The first was some health concerns, just saw my Dr. and he is very proud of my weight loss, thanks to you. The second was dealing with stress and huge life changes. My Mother lost her home in that terrible flood that happened in Minot North Dakota this passed summer. Do to age and shock, I had to go back home and take care of all the matters at hand and get her moved out here. During that time, any other weight loss program would have been impossible. But not your, and thank you very much for that, I was able to stay healthy and on track. The 24/7 program would be great to have, but not in my budget right now.
