Hello!

I think this program is wonderful. I need this because I want to be able to start living a normal life. I just turned 18 two months ago and am currently weighing 230 pounds. I started college at the age if 16 and because I was so into studying, I let myself gain about 80 pounds. I am tired if being overweight and I know for a fact that this program will give me the proper tools I need to lose weight and be myself again.

My partner and I have been going to the gym and doing our bit for the last year and lost around 7 stone between us. We did this pretty oblivious to ideal ways of working out and how when why etc. Now we are much closer to our ideal weights its a much tougher and important to do the right things in the right fashion at the right times. Well, I’m 35 now and my wight has gone up and down since I can’t remember. I lose some weight on a diet and enevitably it goes back on again. But I’ve been following a strict gym and nutrition plan for a while now before it’s too late and the fat stays. Still finding it hard to remove that stubborn back fat though that just won’t shift so need you guys to help me out! Been single for far too long now and need to try to get that body to unleash myself on the world, thanks guys!

I conducted training for several years, until recently competed in fitness in my country getting second in the championship all. Lose fat while maintaining muscle mass has always been difficult and I think this system would provide me the solution to allow me back on stage next year.
On the other hand I am fighting continuously for trying to maintain an athletic physical condition throughout the year now that I install my own gym. Many people come expecting to find solutions mainly to the problem of obesity and do not want to disappoint them, I need to keep studying and learning to help them.

I have been doing Bill Phillips Transformation program for the past 2 years. That is how I found out about this program. I originally lost 25 lbs and over 5 inches from my waist. This is a must have for me!! I Am 47 . I have tried many times to cut off extra fat and have always fallen short – knowledge is power! I have been battling hypertension and high cholesterol and desperately need to trim my midsection. I’m not overly heavy but definately need help with the remaining pounds. I just gave birth to my 3rd child and have 20 month old twins. I never lost the weight I gained with my twins and have added to that weight gain with this recent pregnancy. I think the system would be a perfect for a busy mom like me. If I could use proven strategies to help me burn fat without spending hours working out and constantly obsessing about foods that would be great!

I am 63 years old and have been on a weight loss and exercise program for a year now for health reasons. I was not overweight but had high tragic erodes and was told I had to exercise 5 days a week for an hour per session. I am at a plateau and need to change it up. The body transformation system looks like the perfect solution to not only my plateau but also for my life style, I travel for business 4 days per week thus cannot join a gym. I have tried everything under the sun and spent a lot of money trying to lose weight. Since I turned 40 my metabolism has really slowed down and when I hit 50, it seems that I can’t lose any weight. I really hate myself and the way I look right now. At 63 it is so hard to loose weight. I watch the Biggest Loser every week and think if they can do it, why is it so hard for me. Its time for a new program. I have for the past 4 months actually sustained a regular, consistent workout program, which is really big for me. It’s all in the ‘why’, and my ‘why’ is that I have been able to stay off my anti-depressants and feel really good mentally. I thought that an added benefit would be weight loss. Nope, not really. I have toned up a bit, but the extra weight is still hanging out. I read your free report, and I am super interested in the concept of the protein/fat and protein/carb meal combinations. Hi, I will be 32 in March and I desperately need this program. You know how most people can say “when I was x age I looked great and I want to get back to that weight,” well I can’t say that. The last time I was the same size as my peers I was 6yrs old. I have never known what it is like to have a slender, sexy body, I have always been the big one in the group. Because of this I am not outgoing and I have watched as life has passed me by. Currently I am 237lbs and 5′ 2″ down from 257lbs 4 mths ago, so I’m not sitting around hoping for a miracle. Like most of us over 50, weight just gradually began to creep up on me. I do photography for non-profits in developing countries and transporting gear through various extreme environments can be challenging. I often look at what I have in my cart at the grocery and wonder why I am not any thinner than I am. I try to balance carbs, fats, protein but am obviously not doing a good enough job. I have been yoyo dieting all my 63 years and I just can’t seem to get back down to a good weight for me after I broke my foot and blew out my knee on a surfing lesson about 4 years ago. After I recovered from the broken foot they discovered the knee so i was out for a year and being of a more mature age it has been hard to follow the very slow regaining of my physical self and loose the fat I had gained during my convalescence. Plus all the things I learned as fact now are known as false when it comes to diet and exercise. I have read your emails and can really follow the reality of your program.

I need a simple plan with which I can be consistent to keep weight off and stay in shape. I’d like to change my fat to muscle ratios and you guys are super smart and your plans easy to follow.

I am a 65 year old personal trainer and bodybuilder. After 30 yrs. of training I am entering my first contest tomorrow, KY Muscle 2011 in Louisville. I have always struggled with my body fat percentage and would like the information you are providing to help me achieve my goals.

I will be 40 in December and have about 35 lbs to lose. I am a type 2 diabetic and on pills for that right now and was told if I lost the weight and ate right then I could probably come off the pills. My problem is not really knowing where to start or how to start doing this right. I have tried expensive diet plans and pills for weight loss but none of them have worked for me.
