I NEED this program because after giving birth to my first daughter last year I cannot get the weight off. I am uncomfortable and hate the way I look and feel so much that I run away from the camera which means that I don’t have pictures with my daughter as mementoes of her first year. My personal relationship has deteriorated – we say we’ll work on it, but end up doing nothing. In addition, I think the discomfort I’m feeling in my clothing is also impacting my professional growth, as I don’t dress the part at work anymore which means people don’t look at me as seriously as they once did when I was slimmer and more confident in myself. My weight issue is turning into a domino effect… Lastly, from what I’ve read I would enjoy the workout piece but the other parts to put it all together and finally be successful.

Im 48 years old. I have lost 50 pounds in the last year working out with a trainer but due to circumstances beyond my control, Im on my own now in every aspect. Im a single mom. My child is now an adult and out on his own and I just got laid off of my job. Im in really good shape. Ive dropped my BF from 30+% to now 20% and lost over 40 inches. Im hooked. I want to continue tweaking my workouts and diet to see what I can become. Ive got the whole world open to me now and its not easy but Im up for the challenge. Bring it on!
I am 43 years old and currently around 205 lbs. It seems like every year it keeps getting harder and harder to even maintain my current weight let alone lose any. I am constantly on the go working full time and raising two children. I spend my free time volunteering at our local cub scout troop. Even though I am staying very active, my energy level is as low as it has ever been. I am not eating right or exercising and need this program to get me back in the game. I have tried other diets but none of them have seemed to help. This program sounds like more of a lifestyle change which is what I so desperately need.
I am a 64 yr. old male and have always been over weight. Currently am doing Weight Watchers and have lost 60 lbs. but the same 60 lbs several times because i would gain some weight back and have to lose the same weight again. the old yo yo program. The 24/7 Fat Loss system is a no brainer that even I could not screw up and my entire family would also benefit from the program because they too could stand to lose some weight so the program would benefit not just one but five people to a healthy life style. Thank you and have a good day.
Over several years I’ve gone from one extreme to the next. Starting at 125lbs and ballooning up to 180lbs at 5’5”. After my divorce I fell into a deep depression, struggling to find a balance between raising my 2 small children, working and figuring out who I was and how were we going to survive. I’ve spent years giving up time for myself to work and raise my children. Watching my body grow into an unrecognizable mess from lack of exercise, eating cheap, easy meals, skipping meals or drinking my misery away. Now, years later my children are older, I have one job instead of 3 and some time to devote to myself. I’ve changed my eating, become more active and joined a gym. I’ve gone from 180lbs to 150lbs in a year but I am stuck bouncing in between 150lbs and 158lbs. Learning how to lose fat 24/7 would be an amazing gift to me. I am trying desperately to re-invent myself and don’t want to lose motivation because I am stuck and unsure how to get out. I finally have time for myself and don’t want to give up. I have fought and struggled as a single mom to make sure my children don’t have to, now it’s my turn! A little help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
I am 54 years young! and have been exercising for 40 years now. I realize the importance of change. The body requires it to make changes. I am interested in trying something new. Pick me!
I am a 66 year old woman. I eat well – balanced meals, have done interval training but the belly fat is still there! My blood pressure is going up and am also concerned about diabetes since I know that belly fat is a significant factor in that. Your 24/7 Fat Loss system sounds like the key to once and for all make the difference.
Hey there guys, Ive been researching alot of lifestyle changes and am really interested in the 24/7 program. I am a full time student getting my BA in Criminology and would love to have this program to get back in shape for when i go to work for the prison system. I also have a 6 yr old autistic son that is a big kid. He is very active so I need tobe in the best shape I can to stay active along with him. Ive struggled with my weight all my life, either because of not knowing, or knowing to much as well. Its always a battle to sift through the good and the bullcrap. Never know what company is behind what product, you both are well known and reputable so Im looking forward to trying 24/7. Have a great day to everyone and remember, God is good!

Where the workouts beckon,

So I swing Kettlebells in the snow

Hi, I just turned 48 years old and my doctor has given me a choice lose weight or go on cholesterol and blood pressure medication. I decided to work hard and lose weight but I am hitting plateaus. I am currently stuck in a fluctuating range from 186 to 188 lbs and I need to get down to 165 lbs. Please help. Your program will work wonders for me to achieve my health goals and have an active life well into my golden years. I want to be healthy and happy to see my little ones grow up and get married and have little ones of their own. I know you can help me. Thanks.
I am 57 years old and have been progressively gaining weight especially over the 7 last years. I have studied all the diets and know what all the best foods to eat are and what I should stay away from. I have followed several training programs as well as fitness programs designed especially for women. I did lose some weight if I ate very little and trained excessively. The problem is that I was left drained and was even told at times to not train because my blood pressure was too low. I have been unable to find the proper program made for me. I need guidance but need to work at my own pace. If I see results and feel good, then I’m persistant and will go on. My weight is beginning to be a burden health wise even though I seem to be careful about food. The dangers are that when I see no results for my efforts, I see no reason in trying to be careful. The plans I have tried do not seem to work for my metabolism. Your plan seems to be the answer that I need. My metabolism needs to be on a regular continuous “schedule”. It doesn’t tolerate ups and downs. I need to help myself now before I develop any serious health issues. I have spent much money on plans that worked on a short term basis but were not applicable to a regular lifestyle. I don’t want to be consumed by having to watch every bite I eat and feeling guilty if I didn’t train for 1 to 2 hours a day. I need a program that will help me integrate the principles into everyday life so that it becomes routine and not a burden. I feel that what I have learned from your program so far may be the answer.
Thank you for providing this opportunity.
I have read the report and have been following 24/7 along since it came out. I really want to put the program to the test.
I am a Nutrition and Fitness major in college and plan to open a gym/clinic to help people with their own fat loss goals. Only problem is, like Joel was, I am a “skinny fat” gym rat who nobody would guess works out near as much as I do. I know that, at least from my point of view, people don’t want fitness advice from someone with as bad a physique as they already have. So I need this program to teach me the right ways to lose fat so I can pass the good news on to others. Plus, I am tired of being in the gym all the time and having to live with less than my ideal physique. If I am willing to do the work I feel like I should see the results. These are supposed to be the best years of my life but I’m spending all my time in the gym without even a great body to show for it. Where is the justice in that? This program sounds like it may be just what I need but, since I am a college student and have no money, if I don’t get it for free I probably will never get to try it.
Having all the components together from all the research is incredible!
Looking forward to the Keys to moving forward
I have struggled with my weight my whole life, but in the past few years I have been diagnosed with Polycycstic Ovary Disease with insulin resistance. My doctor recently explained to my husband it’s like I’m going into battle with one arm tied behind my back. Knowing your program addresses insulin levels makes me think it would be perfect for me.
Since January 2011, I’ve lost 35 lbs. It has made a huge difference in my day-to-day life. My energy is better, my body hurts less and I don’t feel old, which is good since I’m only in my mid 30s! However, I seem to have plateaued. Exercise is up, food intake is the same, eating plan is the same that helped me shed the 35 lbs…So, now I need your help! I’d really like to see how the 24/7 Fat Loss system will help me hit my goal of losing another 30 lbs…and most importantly, KEEP IT OFF!!
Just to sweeten the pot, as it were, not only will I be most appreciative, but so will my wife and three kids!! Ok, shameless attempt there, I know…but hey, it was worth a shot!@ Joel Marion:
Now that I’m over 50, it’s harder and harder to lose weight — a life long struggle. And it’s hard to keep the diabetes under control — I LOVE carbs! Of course not working out doesn’t help, but what kind of workout? And how can I keep the sugar levels under control? I know what I should do — my mom died of complications from diabetes and had her legs amputated, living out her last couple of years in a nursing home. Your program sounds awesome and like what I need at this critical time in my life. I’m not looking to become “Mr. America,” but would love to be healthy, fit and trim — even go to the beach without my shirt on and not feel like a “beached whale.” I’d like to enjoy time with my two teenage kids, watch them graduate college, get married and have grandkids. I’ve done different diets, etc. but am still in the same shape (pardon the pun). I’m looking for something that will work! I’m looking to transform my life! I’d love to be a winner of your program and appreciate your consideration.
After considering some efforts on reducing belly fat, nothing seems to be effective, but for now i’ll be trying( if ever i got this program) 24/7 Fat Loss system. i’ve been struggling long enough that I almost gave up on achieving my desired body. I hope i could try even a portion of the program to keep me motivated and to prove weigh loss is possible for me.
I am 37 years old, during my teen ages I was so lazy, always seeking medical excuses to avoid participate in any sports at school, took me nearly 25 years to realize that was a mistake. In the summer of 2010, my weight reached 119 kilograms (I am 183cm Tall), I weighed since I was 16 98 Kg and I always said, that I couldn’t pass of 105 kg (like that was a healthy weight right?). I think after seeing the photos of the holidays, with my two children, ages 4 and 2 years, I saw myself reflected in the image of my father that he had changed one of his knees, and also never saw him enjoying their grandchildren in an active way, so I took the compromise with me and for my family to get in shape, and since then I have lost 19 kilograms, That has been great but I know that I have to lose more weight, I have manage to incorporate to my daily routine good things like going to the gym daily. I’ve been stuck for about three months that I have not lost any weight, when I got your website and saw all the people that you had helped with the before and after pictures I got excited and hearing and reading all the messages in your e-mails , got me motivated again to keep working for a healthier life.
Thank you for those enormous and helpfully advises for us
I am a single mom with two teenage daughters. 3 years ago I lost about 25 pounds by cutting out sugar, cutting calories and picking up running. I’ve since been part of the downturn in the economy including now having a lower paid/stress job (I am grateful), but it does not challenge me enough to keep me from thinking about food out of boredom. I have not been able to work out as my daughter has been going through a very hard time in her life. I’ve gained about 10 of it back and still unable to workout like I should and cannot seem to stay away from the sugar. This program sounds perfect to help me stay healthy and be a good examples for my girls. Thank you for considering me.
I need help, but don’t deserve it for free. Sure, I got a success story that even inspired others around me to make changes in their lives. Now, things are not so good. This one thing I do know and cling to, is that I WILL NOT GIVE UP my hope, my dream, my determination, to achieve and then maintain a very healthy lifestyle. Can you help this overachiever achieve balance? Can this be a success story to help others to achieve their dreams?
