I am a 49 year old grandmother raising 4 grandchildren 6yrs-16yrs old and I have been keeping up with all your emails about this program and I believe I need something like this to help me lose at least 85lbs. So that I can be around for a long time to continue raising my grandchildren. I have been putting on weight as I gotten older and I need help to get my body/health into shape I have a sedentary job and I need someone to teach me how to live a healthier life with food, emotions, and exercise. I currently weight 254 with hbp, high cholesterol, onset of arthritis, I need direction and guidance. Could you help me.

I am ready for this program. Carb syncing makes sense to me. I am committed to doing what it takes. There is a rockin’ body under this 30 pound layer of fat. I will stop hiding behind it.

Plain and simple, I believe this system will push me over my plateau. In March 2011 I stepped on the scale and hit 280lbs. At 6’5″ it may not seem like a lot but it included a BMI over 30 and body fat percentage of 32%. I was shocked after having been a college athlete. I started with the Burn the Fat program, then to the Truth About Abs program and have since slimmed down to 225lbs and 22% body fat. I have been at a plateau the last two weeks on the body fat percentage. I am not concerned about the lbs as much as my goal is to be 15% body fat. I firmly believe the 24/7 Fat Loss System is the final piece of the puzzle for me to reach my goal. Please help me! Failure is not an option!!!!!

I’ve tried every diet/weight loss program going-nothing has worked. I tried your extreme weight loss program and it worked and I felt great. I got interrupted due to moving and living in temp accommodation while our house is being built. I have been drinking the protein shakes and getting some of the exercise in and I have managed to keep off what I lost on the program. We will be moving into our new home soon and I will be able to get back into a routine so I would be extremely interested in the 24/7 fat loss program. I am 59 and health issues are becoming more and more important and I believe this program will be a good step to a healthier lifestyle.

I’m 5’1″ and currently 176 lbs. I’ve been carrying around a lot of excess weight since my last pregnancy, my daughter is soon to be six. Dr’s recently told me I’m pre-diabetic, I have A constant pain in both knees and for both conditions Dr’s are telling me I need to lose weight. I eat fairly well, very little sweets but cannot lose any weight. This gets frustrating especially when I’m walking and trying to get exercise in. I’ll be 40 in A few months and need to find a way to lose weight, not only for my health, but also for my family, at times I feel too heavy to partake in activities with others. I want to be able to keep up with my daughter. I live in a remote part if AZ where there nearest town with HEALTHY food choices are 100 miles away. This would help me in more ways than 1.

I am moving ever closer to the 40 mark and know it gets harder as you get older to burn the fat. I have lost 40kgs last year with changing my eating habits and exercise alone and need to loose the last 15kgs to be happy with my weight, I would love to dedicate the last 15kgs to your program and be able to let others know how I did it (as they all ask how I lost the first 40). I have been struggling with my weight my whole life. I started taking thyroid medication when I was 5. I am now on insulin and no matter what I do I cannot seem to lose any weight. I believe this information could be what I have been looking for and could really change my life.

I have been diligently at it for a year and have seen a 67 pound weight loss and 9″ from my waist, but as far as the “ripped” results are concerned they’re just not there, so I don’t want to miss out on all the afterburn metabolism you speak of and want to achieve 24 hr fat loss. Plus strategic overeating sounds awesome!

From what I learned about your program I can think of no better match than me. I’m 53 years old and have a job that requires me to sit most of the day. While the mental work I do burns brain calories the rest of my body suffers from lack of exercise. Than I found Turbulence Training and applied the information that I read from 24/7 Fat Loss to it and shazam! I’m a better guy. I struggle with an already slower metabolism because of my age and occupation, but with MRT and eating fats, proteins and carbs in the correct way, pounds have come off and muscle has built. But I’m not finished yet and I need your full blown program to finish this life changing experience I’m going through. Getting the program for free would be a great way to move on with the next phase of my new life. Thanks for giving me this opportunity…

I am 47 and recently divorced. This has coincided with my father becoming ill, and I have moved in with him to become his full time carer. He has a bad heart, is very week and weighs over 16 stone, therefore I have started to exercise in order to lose some weight and build up my strength so I am more physically able to look after him.

I am unemployed, have no social life to speak of, so the only thing I have to look forward to is my training sessions. I have lost over a stone in the last 8 weeks and have seen an average 25% increase in maximum weight I am using for my exercises…

However, I believe that with the right information & advice I could progress faster, and get better results, and I feel that your program could be what I am looking for.

I purchased the Xterem Fat Loss Diet and it is a superior program. I know this program will be of the same caliber. I would not waste my time with any other coach.

HELP!!! I have tried quite a few fat loss programs including dietitians and nothing has working to this point. I work out 4 to 5 days a week lifting and was doing walking cardio like my trainer said and it just isn’t working. Getting very very frustrated to say the least. I eat a clean diet of protein shakes and lean meats and keep my macros in line daily and just seems I am missing some important factor. I hope this one can help. Thanks for consideration.

The mature generation has been frustrated and longing for a fat loss system that actually works. We are even more challenged to stay fit and healthy due to metabolism issues and muscle loss. I survived and rallied from a ruptured brain anuerysm by staying upbeat, support, and having structure…all the things this program offers. WOW! am I ever looking forward to doing this ;)

Being a former powerlifter that had size supporting being quite strong, an injury has sidelined powerlifting. I’ve decided to trim up. Cutting, so far, has been fairly easy, but getting the last pounds off, so I’ve got a flat belly has been difficult. Learning that I can burn fat 24X7 is a huge help. I have been in good health and maintained a steady 200lbs since high school, 17 years ago. I’m sort of a muscular build. Over the past 2 years, my belly has been getting fatter and fatter dispite my efforts to stay slim. My extremities are still pretty nice, not cut or anything, and we eat right and exercise regularly. I have loved the information in the free downloads so far and have already incorporated the food combining and interval workouts this week. Amazingly, I am already starting to see results! My husband and I have been trying to lose ‘baby weight’ after #3 and since hitting our 30’s it has become increasingly difficult. I have tried everything!!! This is the first thing I’ve read that made sense to me!! I’m 290 lbs and should be around 240-245. My cholesterol is too high and my knees are in constant pain because of the excess weight. My son is showing interest in sports now, and I would love to be able to show him what I know. At the moment its to painful physically & emotionally. I promise if u give me the chance I will be your next “poster child”

My appolgies if this is a multiple post: I keep getting a “posting to quickly” error.
I am now solidly into my 50’s and most things are more difficult, but I have had a weight problem since my early 40’s. In typical ex-jock fashion, I wear most of it around my gut. At 5’11” and 230 lbs, I believe I need to lose between 30 and 40 lbs to once again be healthy and feel energetic. The weight gain is exacerbating my knee problems (osteo arthritis and torn cartilage) and I’ve become “pre-diabetic”. I have followed many “weight loss programs” and none seem to work as advertised. I eat good, clean foods and walk daily (bad knees prevent running) but something’s obviously missing. I feel like I’m traveling in the right direction, I’m just not on the correct path. Maybe your program is the missing link for me to get back into healthy shape. I’m not looking for “six pack abs” (although that would be great), I’m just looking to enjoy my life completely and be around for my children and maybe even their children.

It’s an odd thing…I actually have my degree in dietetics (although my current business isnt in the nutrition field) and yet I have struggled my whole life to lose weight and keep it off. I have tried a million different ways to lose weight from Jenny Craig to Atkins to Hcg and everything in between. Between my thyroid meds I have to take since having thyroid cancer and hormones i have to take since my hysterectomy I find losing weight and actually sticking to a program very difficult and if I do I find it even harder to keep it off. I really want to find something that actually works and end this cycle of weight loss and regain…yo yo cycle. I love the philosophy of the program you guys have put together. This is no exaggeration…If your program ends up working for me, then just about anyone can be successful on it – that’s how difficult weight loss is for me. Thanks for your consideration!
