Over the last several years, I have been committed to personal development and being focused and successful in all that I do. Those around have commented on my positive shift, and I feel that I have made very big positive strides in my mindset. Now that my mind is right, I know that the next major step I need to take is focus on health. Over the last 8 weeks I have focused on developing positive health habits and striving to reach a goal of dropping 25 lbs by new year’s, continuing to my ultimate goal weight by June.
All success has to start with health. Quite honestly, I will be successful with my health goals with or without this program, but from what I’ve seen so far, I think this program fits well with my overall philosophy and personal development plan, and would fit synergistically into my life at this point in time.

I have always been known as the “athlete” in my family and have always been asked by siblings/parents/aunts and uncles what to do in regards to losing weight. I always said “eat well”. However, since leaving college and the playing field, I’ve gained some weight, all in fat. I tried restrictive dieting and did well for a little while, only to put it back on. I would like to know how to properly lose fat and change my life for the long term so I can pass on correct knowledge to my family members in order to all live a healthy, long life. I am feeling old! I am 64 years old but think I am 40 in my head untill I look in the mirror and see my body, and that is with clothes on. I am very active and can keep up with much younger kids at work. But there is still this round body in the mirror looking back at me. I have tried all the other diets, even started going to the gym, but still can not loose the belly fat, in fact I think it is worse than that, I think I am shrinking, in the wrong area. I am sure I use to be taller but with this age thing it is happening to me, shorter is looking back at me, hey I just figured it out, my mirror is broken! But that doestn’t solve the problem with my clothes getting smaller, or can I blame that on my washer and dryer? I am sure if I was just taller my belly would streach out longer and I would look normal again!!! Ok I am ready to admit it, I need this life changeing event to get me back to my younger 40’s looking man again.
I am willing to work hard and prove that your system works for people of any age and shape.!!!!

I am 50 years old and weigh 200 lbs. I have had trouble losing weight and keeping it off. Part of my problem may be that I am on daily thyroid medication, not sure.

From what I have been reading, the 24/7 program would be beneficial for me in achieving my weight loss objectives. HELP!

well, i have tried every possible diet and then some, some comes off but more goes back on, cant seem to win. I am hoping for a chance at something that will work. Lets face it im not getting any younger.

I tried earlier but it timed out so I try again.
I have really enjoyed reading the updates. I’m over 55 and have been told that from now on you can’t loose weight because of hormones etc. After reading these reports, I can see light at the end of the tunnel instead of a dark future. I see I can work with the hormones and adapt my meals to help. Excercise is another matter! I walk everywhere but that is not enough. I would like this programe so I can learn and do. I want to live and not just accept the inevitable!

I need and want this so badly! I’m a 53 year old woman who has been small all of my life until the past 4 years. I have put on weight that I just can’t get off. I don’t eat fast food, fried food, sweets, pasta. I’ve spent countless hours researching on the internet what everyone in the fitness world says you should and should not eat. It’s so confusing. Some say to eat whole grain, some say not to. Some say to have a cheat day, some say it doesn’t make a difference. I am so confused and frustrated. I eat like they all say, exercise and still I can’t lose the weight. Being a wman that age trying to find blue jeans to wear is almost impossible because they all have 3″ short zippers!!! If I could lose the weight,at least I wouldn’t look and feel so bad in them!! I”m trying real hard to get this weight off. I’m confused and frustrated!!

To keep things short and concise, I need this program for not only my personal benefit the benefit of helping out family. My mom has been dieting and trying to lose weight for the last 6 years and has gotten no where. She is filled with bad hormones and her stress levels are out of control and cortisol is overrunning her body and she can’t drop her belly fat. Women not wanting to lift heavy weights and get the benefit of weight training need to focus heavier on things like this. She knows nothing about hormones she just does long boring cardio and hates it. She is a very worrysome mother… more so than most mothers and this is where most of the stress comes from, the more I try to tell her she thinks its just biased opinions of how she needs to stop worrying. But its actually aging her, making her sick and worst of all fat when she tries so hard to lose weight but she just doesnt understand and does not get the big picture like me. So for my personal benefit but I would love to use this to help my mother and finally get her past this useless working out to try and lose weight.

I turned 50 this year and everything has gone downhill. I found out I have an underactive thyroid and just found out I am diabetic. I need to lose about 50 pounds. It seems everything I eat goes to my stomach. Having to take medicine for these diseases has scared me that I might not be around to see my children grow up and see my grandchildren. I am working on changing my eating habits. I exercise for an hour 3 to 5 days a week, but can’t lose weight or lose my belly fat. Hi Joel. I’m a 47 years “old man” from South Africa. Not as fit as i used to be. And people keep on telling me that i am old now. But i cant see any reason why my age should be a problem to stay in good shape.

I would love to stand up for “older people” and be an example. If i can motivate them with you as mentor i believe i can give “older people” hope. I really do.

I just turned 30 and I want to get into the best shape of my life and stay there! I have been working out since I was 18 but when I met my husband at the age of 27 my clean eating and working out slowed down and I put on some weight. The past 6 months I’ve been working out 5-6 days a week and eating as clean as possible. I’m less than 8lbs away from my goal weight but I feel like my abdominal fat just won’t budge!

We plan on starting a family next year and I want to make sure I am in great shape so I can maintain a fit, healthy pregnancy. I have struggled with weight for most of my adult life and have tried them all- Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Atkins, pills, lap band, etc. While they all did work to a point, I never was able to lose all the weight and keep it off. I did lose 90 lbs with the lap band but had to have it removed to due complications and within a year gained most of that weight back. I am a diabetic, smoker, and overweight. I need to turn my body around as I am pushing 50 and need to be around for my kids. I have looked into so many weight loss programs but everything starts running together as there are so many out there. This would be an awesome opportunity for me to get my health back on track!

I don’t think I’ve tried everything and I don’t want to. This diet plan sounds like it will be the last one I ever need. I’ve always been a chubby kid growing into a fat mans body. I need this.

Hi I am 48 yrs old and within the last 18 months got a divorce I was in such a funk after the divorce that I simple didn’t care about myself anymore, and put on about 30 extra pounds. I finally realized there is much life ahead, and I need to get my self back in mental and physical shape and I could use some expert advice on how to do it. I have a busy work schedule and don’t have the emount of time to really hit the gym hard enough to do it on my own. This would be the best thing that can happen to me so I can get back the things I miss the most, a physically fit body and a new someone that I can enjoy my new life with. At 57, I have been dealing with menopause symptoms for years- the hot flashes started when I hit 40 and still have not gone away. I do work out 6 days a week, alternating free weights with cardio and have been using “The Truth About Six Pack Abs”, however I am limited to the equipment in my home gym and still have the “matronly fat at my waist and other places. After 4 pregnancies, nothing I’ve tried has helped me get back to my high school graduation weight and menopause has just about made it impossible. Could this program finally be the one?

I have been in good health and maintained a steady 200lbs since high school, 17 years ago. I’m sort of a muscular build. Over the past 2 years, my belly has been getting fatter and fatter dispite my efforts to stay slim. My extremities are still pretty nice, not cut or anything. My wife had our first child 2 years ago, and she’s still having trouble getting back to her origional figure. We can both use the system. Please help us!

I’m a 25yo mom, and I want to know that I’m setting a great example for my kids. I managed to lose 60lbs over the past year, but now I’m stuck! I need more specific dietary guidelines and workouts to reach the peak health I know I’m capable of.

I am a swedish teacher currently in South Africa doing voluntary work in rural underprivileged schools. I have no access to a gym and would really need a good and solid bodyweight workout to keep me in shape. I have just turned 69 years old. Due to bad diet and a very busy lifestyle which does not include regular exercise I have now acquired a middle I don’t like, and of course does not look good. Throughout my life I have always been slim and trim, sometimes a bit under weight and being 5’7” it made me look even thinner and taller. Now at this age, I tell everyone, my middle age spread has finally caught up to me. I lost both my parents at an early age, so there is no family history on health matters. I have a 7 yr. old grandson that I would like to be around for, hopefully a long time. Help!!!

As an active 54 year old woman, I have added fat around my midsection gradually for the first time in my life. I am looking for a jumpstart to get rid of it. Being unaccustomed to having to fight fat, I am findindg my normal tools not working. I refuse to succumb to getting older and want to continue to be strong and fit enough to ski, run and do sports.
