I would love this program, because I’m stuck on the last ten pounds and have no excuses. I’m a personal trainer. I’m finishing a degree in Exercise Science. I’ve done Turbulence Training, read all of Joel’s/Craig’s/Roman’s stuff, and put in my hard work in the gym 5 days a week. I eat extremely well, even had my thyroid tested, but for some reason I just can’t get the last ten pounds off! This program could be exactly what I need to FINALLY see results.

I am very impressed whith the system so far. Whatreallyintrigues me is the carb syncing and how to manipulate it with your body. I think this is a greatprogram and I fell that any program you start needs to have qualified and well repected individuals to run it. Another reason to want this program is for my boys, I run a camp for boys who are troubled, thatcome from troubled homes and need a male guide to keep them onthe right path. I see too many overweight young men with bad eating habits thatneed a good foundation so their obesity does not ruin thier life in later years. This pragram has some very good methods thatcan be easily followed and they all have a yearing to learn and to be taught. Needing something new and different to get me out the rut. After 5 years of working hard to maintain a fit body – i lost all my “gumption.” The weight is creeping on…. Looking for inspiration and something that really works without spending hours and hours at the gym every week – sounds like the ticket!

I’ve been on the diet roller coaster since moddle school and as a young 50’s have started. To suffer health issues I feel are directly related to metabolism and weight loss issues. I need to find a healthy sustainable way to lose weight,get my metabolism back on track and get myself feeling better about me. Mt father died at the young age of 59…I need to lose about 50lbs and be able to keep it off. I need to make a life change and yor system makes sense to me.

I am 38 years old and have been partially employed for 3 years. A gym is financially out of the question. I have never had the support needed to stick to a weight loss/exercise plan. And I cannot afford a trainer now. I have been about 40-50 pounds overweight most of my life and would like, for once, to be in shape. And I know I cannot and won’t do it all by myself. Your system seems like what the doctor ordered!

I am 49. I am in good shape. I have been eating healthy and working out regulary for 5+ years. I want something to take me to the next level of fitness. I have been struggling to lose that last 10 pounds and I think the 24/7 is something that can work for me and that I am capable of doing because I am not new to super healthy eating and regular consistent workouts. I have recently started a nutrition class and joined a gym after years of trying every diet possible. I have not had any success, I will lose a few pounds at first but then, it just comes right back and I give up and try something else. Your information was very interesting and I think it is something that anyone can do. I’m dedicated to getting fit and healthy. But I don’t have the time to figure out the right food combinations–meals that will give me under 10 grams of fat, or under 10 grams of carbs with my protein. And I don’t have the knowledge to plan an effective workout. Instead of wasting my time on exercises that produce minimal results, I need to be armed with metabolic resistance training so that I know my time will produce fat burning results. I’ve lost weight in the past 9 months, but I simply have a smaller version of the same fat body shape. I need a comprehensive plan that’s laid out for me, and 24/7 Fat Loss sounds like it has all the right elements.

I dont normally respond to ads like this but for some reason, I cant shake this one off. After reading all the teaser ads and the website, I’m so intrigued beyond my wits so here I am hoping against hope that you pick this entry and give me the chance to regain back the healthy me!

Other than looking good, I’d like to gain back my self esteem. I feel that this added weight, coupled with stress and a now sedentary lifestyle, has done a lot of damage to how i see myself. Although I march around like nothing can get in my way, deep inside I feel that I’m not really me. I want to be able to strut around in any outfit feeling good not because I have expensive clothes on but because I truly feel good in the inside.

Before all of this, I use to have a very active lifestyle — i play sports, i travel, i party! But because of the responsibilities I had to carry (supporting my family since my father passed away) all of that had to take the backseat. Losing focus on maintaining a healthly and balance lifestyle has led me to become empty and at times insecure as well.

• Throughout life felt ugly and attributes rejection to being fat.
• Smoked up to 30 a day from age 15 to 39.
• From age 17 to 42 had a drinking problem.

I simply want to burn fat 24/7. I have lost weight but I want to burn fat!!! I have read a few Woman’s Health books/guides and believe I am on the right path but something in the back of my mind has been telling me that there has got to be a better way. I started my weight loss journey (seriously started) a little over 5 months ago and have lost about 25lbs. Along the way I have increased my work out sessions and continued to take bits and pieces of what I learned from books, doctors, blogs, etc. but have been frustrated at the rate of my weight loss and the overall feeling of still being/having fat after all my hard work. When I learned about your new program from a Valerie Waters e-mail, I thought this is exactly what I need! It makes perfect sense (all of the bits and pieces all in one place and then some). I believe this program will be the way to get me to my ultimate weight loss goal (25 more lbs in 6 months) but I don’t want to just lose weight. I’ve seen skinny flabby people and I don’t want to be a skinny flabby person, I want to get in shape and burn the fat around my arms, belly & thighs. At 57, I have been dealing with menopause symptoms for years- the hot flashes started when I hit 40 and still have not gone away. I do work out 6 days a week, alternating free weights with cardio and have been using “The Truth About Six Pack Abs”, however I am limited to the equipment in my home gym and still have the “matronly fat at my waist and other places. After 4 pregnancies, nothing I’ve tried has helped me get back to my high school graduation weight and menopause has just about made it impossible. Could this program finally be thte one?

Now solidly into my 50’s, most things are more difficult. But I have had a weight problem since my early 40’s. In typical ex-jock fashion, I wear most of it around my gut. At 5’11” and 230 lbs, I believe I need to lose between 30 and 40 lbs to once again be healthy and feel energetic. The weight gain is exacerbating my knee problems (osteo arthritis and torn cartilage) and I’ve become “pre-diabetic”. I have followed many “weight loss programs” and none seem to work as advertised. I eat good, clean foods and walk daily (bad knees prevent running) but something’s obviously missing. I feel like I’m traveling in the right direction, I’m just not on the correct path. Maybe your program is the missing link for me to get back into healthy shape. I’m not looking for “six pack abs” (although that would be great), I’m just looking to enjoy my life completely and be around for my children and maybe even their children.

I would love to loose about 20 pounds to help my body feel better. I am reasonably active, playing volleyball 2 times a week, but am deffinately feeling the extra weight in my knees and hips. Now that I am 40 it is harder to get the weight off. I think this would be a great program for me because all those other “diets” are too hard to keep doing. This one makes so much sense. I like the idea of being able to eat all the things I like, just at different times. I don’t mind exercise, but have trouble figuring out what to do outside of organized sports. I also want to be able to keep up with my energetic 5 yr old. My other two children have some issues with weight so I think this would be a great program for our whole family to do together!

this is my 4th attempt. I keep getting a message I’m typing too fast! My husband is a long distance driver. Since university (where we were both very active) he has gained over 50 lbs. When he’s home he eats well (so I think) and he does some exercise. However on the road it’s very difficult. He is starting to have high blood pressure and he has psoriatic arthritis. He is on very strong medication (a side effect can be death). A wheelchair may be in his future. I would like to help him stay out of this wheelchair by getting back some of his old active & healthy self.

Im 36 years old and atleast 100lbs overweight.
I work a job thats high stress, 10 hr days and a schedule that changes every six weeks. So a normal eating and gym schedule is rough to do.So for this reason the program would be perfect.
