Help!! I am 55 years old and have tried just about everything there is in the past 3 years to get rid of these 100 lbs. extra I am toting around. I am starting to have knee issues and my job required 8-12 hours on my feet. i don’t want to be 16 again, just at a healthy weight for 5’8″. I exercise and am very active at work, eat healthy (90% of the time–occasional indulgence)…please help

I have never been fat or skinny. Just never “perfect”. I am now 54. Did alot of research, and your program seems legit. Would love to work it. Give me a chance.

I can do each of the three concepts independently for 1-3 weeks, but not all integrated it seems…I just lose the focus and make excuses to quit for ‘just a bit’…hurt ankle or knee, traveling, some kind of celebration, blame it on the hypothyroidism, that I’m now 50…you name it. I’m tired of false starts and failing at something I used to be able to do with ease, many years ago. I would love to have someone care enough to help me push through this; I’d love to be on the other side of ‘stuck’! :) And what YOU have said in the past few emails about the 24/7 fat burning plan, just resonates. I have tried everything, from Simply Slim to Super Slim, and I lost 5-8 kg. BUT as soon as the pills are up, I started to pick up the kg. I’ve been heavy all my life, and no matter what I did, I just couldn’t lose enough weight, to be “normal”. It was easier at the beginning to lose weight, the pounds kept coming off. Now I am halfway through my journey and I think this program could be what I need to pursue the battle and to be able to become motivated again. I am a 42 year old Occupational Therapist and fitness enthusiast. I work with children and elderly folks with disabilities. Throughout the years, I have tried to read and research as much literature as possible regarding fitness and nutrition so that I can pass it onto my patients. I have tried to impress on parents how important their health is for the sake of their children. I see so many adults with obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, neuropathy, etc., that could be under control through diet and exercise. I, myself, am at a good fitness level for my age. However, I would like to push myself to the next level so that I can be a good role model and encourage my patients to push themselves as well. In this day and age, literature and programming regarding fitness and nutrition is so confusing and I’m hoping that this program can provide clarification sothat I can be better informed and provide more accurate information to patients.

Hello, I am reaching my 50th birthday next year, I have 2 babies, one 3 months and one 2 years old. I have been reading you emails each time they come into my inbox. I was a figure skater for the last 11 years. I recently got married and ended my career due to injuries. I have not skated for a year and now that I am not skating everyday I am losing muscle. I need a boost and I think you program would help me a ton! I am getting my degree in Sports Medicine. Wow, this is a first! Lol. I’m 22 years old and I’ve always been an athlete. To this day I still play football, soccer and volleyball often. I’ve ran the full ING Marathon here in Miami. But for some reason I can never get RIPPED! I’ve recently been doing some acting and tapping into that market and I want to be in the best physical physique I can be! I want to get ripped because it’ll give me the satisfaction of accomplishing one more personal goal and checking off the list! The doctors tell me my wife has about 2 years to live. She is overweight, has diabetes and heart problems. I Need this report so that I can lead a healthier lifestyle. I have been trying to lose the last 10 pounds of fat for a long time, almost a year! I workout 4 to 5 days a week and I do cardio from time to time. I am getting no where, however. For about 2 years now I’ve been working hard on getting a better physique, a few years ago I was very overweight through my school years and that motivated me to cut the weight. I lost 30kg but in an unhealthy way as I was ill informed on how to lose weight healthily whilst retaining muscle mass. On my path to bulking up I unfortunately acquired some of the illusive fat that has haunted me from my past, and no matter what I do I cant get rid of the excess fat I need to to get my abdominals from showing! Please help me on my mission of getting to less than 8% body fat :)
