I am 52 years old, and have been working out in the gym for almost three years now. I have improved my physical overall condition, (the yearly check-up exam confirm this), I have been able (with a lot of effort because I don’t like scrict diets) to loose 13 lbs in that period of time but right now, the last few of pounds, it seems as if they are determied to stay in my belly no matter what I try! This is why I really need this 24/7 program, to demonstrate that for us middle ageers there is still hope if we play it wisely using 24/7 !

I have been struggling with my weight for most of my life. I managed to lose some weight on my own. I really need to lose weight for my health. I have diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Some of the diabetic meds that I was on caused me to gain weight. Right now I seem to be holding my own, but I really want to get started losing weight again. I’m still about 40 pounds overweight. I’d also like to lose the remaining weight to be around for my family. All of my health issues put me at risk for heart disease. I’m a new grandmother and I want to be able to keep up with my grandson in future years. I have problems with losing weight around my middle since hitting menopause so I feel that your program would be perfect for me. I would love to burn fat 24/7 and get to a normal, healthy weight for the first time in many years.

Quite simply I would like this information not for myself but so that I can help others struggling with exercise and weight loss. I have been a natural bodybuilder fro the past 3-4 years and I did not start working out until I was 40. I lack a lot of the nutritional information that is necessary and I want ot be able to inform people correctly when they ask for advice. When you follow a good eating plan you get a lot of inquiries for help and I wan to be able to inform people and encourage them.

Why is this program perfect for me? I guess, that is for the same reason that I am a total fan of fitness and I’m committed with it.
When you want the perfect body, and you are in the quest for it, you can’t just sit and wait for long hours to have a six pack just by watching TV; no, instead of that, what a person must to do, is to be committed, work out hard –extremely hard-, change his alimentation plan, his rest hours; so if a person really wants to achieve that things: a perfect, ripped, muscular, and healthy body, must first to make big changes.
I was someone that used to sit and wait for my perfect body, and of course, I never got anything by doing so. But someday, I decided to change that: if I wanted big results, I needed to do huge changes; so I started doing those changes, and discovered how far you can go when you are committed and interested in something.
But this quest doesn’t end where I’m right now : yes, I have gotten big changes, but I still want more, and a system like yours, that I’m sure will transform my body into a 24/7 fat burning machine, will led me to incredible results, helping me to achieve a lot more than I have achieved.

I need the 24/7 Fat Loss System to not just lose weight and look better, but to be healthy. Diabetes runs in my family and my recent A1C is elevated. My grandmother lost both legs to diabetes and my dad has lost his eyesight from it. I don’t want to suffer that same fate. And, since I have recently been diagnosed with high cholesterol and high triglycerides, the 24/7 Fat Loss System couldn’t come at a better time. I am 37 and have just returned to school to study massage therapy. Overall, I’m a pretty healthy person, lots of veggies and water and yoga and walking. But recently I have been putting on alot of weight and I don’t understand why. I’ve tried upping my water intake, adjsuting my exercise schedule and I’ve amped everything to the point where I would be sacrificing my awesome grades for a futile attempt at losing weight. As you are probably aware, massage is a very physical career and I am beginning to feel my joints – never a good sign – I am at the point where I know I need help and I agree and understand most of what you say and like the things that you endorse, please help.

the country i am from doesnt support online shopping making difficult for me to buy any programs at all :( i wish i could do something about it. you guys are great

I am 42 years old right now, I started my weight loss journey 3 years ago. In that time I lost 100 lbs of fat and gained 15 lbs of muscle and have been able to maintain it. I am one of the few that has been able to maintain, and for that I am happy, but unfortunately I haven’t been able to improve further. I am currently 6’2″ and 180 lbs, with 10% body fat. I am stuck at that level and need to change something, I believe your 24/7 Fat Loss system will get me below 10% and give me that 6 pack I so desperately want!

I am at a great point to need this … I was a former athlete sidlelined by injuries. I’m a single mother 47 – entering perimenopause where weight will start piling on by itself. I have a 9 year old that is into 3 rep sports so I’m constantly in ball diamonds and hockey arenas. Trying to live a healthy lifestyle is a challenge. I want my fit bikini bod back AND set a great example for my budding athlete!

I am 36 and I would love to finally get off of this yo-yo. I am from India i cannot explain how have benefitted from all the emails coming from you. Its been a life changer, two years a go i was obese, with high blood pressure, and very lethargic. All of that has changed now.
I have used a few programs like John’s FPFL and Mike’s Exercise Finishers. I am in great shape since the last two years ( lost almost 16 Kgs in the bargain and built some muscle, by the way i will be 39 on 8th November).
I now really want to eat right and lose the remaining unwanted fat ( a little bit of it is still there around the abdomen and chin ) and get a nice ripped look. and 24/7 fat loss would be ideal. with my new found confidence i think i can reach there, but right now dont know how.

I have read and heard what you guys have to say, and I want to learn from you guys when it comes to training the body. Thank you for all the services that you guys have provided, it is nice to know that you guys care so much about what you do.

My wife has struggled with her weight ever since the kids came into our lives. She has been diagnosed with Osteopenia (one step away from Osteoporosis) and needs to lose weight to prevent any further damage to her body. Our daughter is moving to town and plans on having children…My wife has been looking forward to this her entire life, but she needs to lose the weight and get in shape to be able to keep up and enjoy keeping the little ones when they come along. I will benefit too as it will help me as I help her.

Hi Craig and Joel- I need to win your ‘new’ 24/7 fat loss system; no ifs ands or buts ! I am a breast cancer survivor and need to find ways to get healthier, get fitter and obtain that ‘zest’ for life all over again. Having read the components of your system, I think it’ll help kick my butt, and keep me motivated to achieve a greater fitness level. Because of my previous diagnosis, I need to find ways to continually challenge my body to get progressively stronger and I also need to make working out a regular part of my life. This system is definately what I need, to obtain a healthy and active lifestyle. In addition, my husband and I are celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary in Cancun in Jan. 2012. i need it because i know i can do it. the report was very good. there were almost no jargon used and you explained everything very plain and simple with a lot of humors. and i think the 24/7 fat loss will be like that one too. plain, simple, effective and most important, it’s the fun way to get in shape.

I Need a copy guys. My philosophy is very simple; all the time you can keep growing and you can keep improving then you should theoretically live forever! Only downside to that theory is that now I’m in my fifties and I’ve been training and educating myself for 35 years I need something revolutionary because I’m not convinced I’m doing much improving any more. And then I find out from you guys that there is another 8 hours in every day that I could have been using to carve out that PEAK FIZEEK! That’s another 12 years of training I’ve just missed out on! I have recently started working out and attending nutrition classes after years of trying every diet possible. I have not had success and I am looking for new ways to help me. I have been over weight since I was a little girl. As an adult I have lost the weight but of course I have put it back on. My husband and I are anxious to work your program. Hi Joel, put simply, because I think that it can help me get my goal of losing fat. I already have nutritional program from you and training program. They work. But my schedulel is so erratic that is hard to follow the program. So if it can burn fat 24/7 then it should help me to get my goal even if I miss a meal here and there. I keep on tracking, inch by inch, but I’ll get to that goal.

I am a 53 yr old heavy set gentleman. I have gained nearly 100lbs not taking care of my self. I have stablized my weight where I don’t gain alot but I can’t find the right mix to lose it either. I am adding more exercising to my daily routune, thus the stablization. I hate being this way, I feel grotesque. Being 6′ 1″ and some muscle left from my more athletic days helps some. At what point do I figure out what I need for me is what I am going through. The sad thing is that I am very knowledgable and have been able to help people around me (one has lost 85lbs) I just dont seem to find the same for me. I enjoy helping peope but at some point I won’t be able to because I have forgotten myself. To be honest I don’t know if this what I need, but it would be awsome if worked for me.
