Like most people I have a busy schedule and do not wish to spend hours in the gym. Some general information I have read about the 24/7 program would best fit into my schedule and I do not have to go to a “gym”. I can perform many of the MRT exercises at home and I can be done in 30 minutes (I would categorize myself as in between a beginner and intermediate).

When I started trying to lose weight I was pushing the 400lb mark. I started putting in the work and trying to figure out how to eat better. I lost just over 100lbs on my own. I have gotten to a point where the workouts just aren’t enough. I have to figure out the diet. My weight loss has stalled and learning how to combine the right foods and eat them at the right time would be the perfect addition to my program. Something is missing in my foundational knowledge regarding this science.

My sister could really use this program. We’ve both had a very emotional year, losing our mother to cancer in June and then my sister just had a miscarriage. I was doing great on a fat loss regimen and was just started to see my abs, which took me ~ 1 year. I am 43 and haven’t seen my abs since I was a teen. June of this years I severely herniated my disc between my L4-L5 (bad from tire flipping) and could barely walk for almost a month. I am 57 and was told by my doctor that I need to lose weight or else my health will be in jeopody. I have been reading your email and blogs for the past month and feel this program will help. 2 years ago, I moved to New York City to study and pursue my dream of being an actress on stage and in film.
