Greetings Joel and Craig,

I’m a 53 year old disabled veteran and losing weight at this age is near impossible. I need to retrain myself on how to eat and burn at the same time. I could use a system such as this to get back into Army Shape, then help others like me to do the same thing. This would be an excellent way to “Pay It Forward” to other veterans like myself.

I had my daughter at 39, was unfit and 42 pounds overweight. I started to run 4 years ago at 44 in an effort to lose weight. Today I run 5 times a week and lost all 42 pounds but have 7 pounds I do constant battle with, I lose a few, gain a few. Mainly, I think to the psychology of treating myself when I have a hard run. I would love to ignite the metabolism fat burners by more resistance Training, nutrient combining, carb syncing. Running is my passion but I know I need to focus on the rest of my body to gain the strength, shape and tone that I need.

I want to win the program for my Dad who just turned 60 and is an active and healthy guy but has hypertension and has been struggling to get his weight down to reduce any risk of heart problems. As well as for myself – I was pregnant last year and sadly lost the baby. My body hasn’t been the same since and is a constant reminder of my loss. With hormones have been totally out of whack and despite staying active and eating well it’s been impossible to drop the weight I gained, and I’ve even managed to put on more weight! PLUS TOMORROW IS MY BIRTHDAY! You guys are the best!!

I was fat most of my life and 3 years ago finally started to do something about it. I joined the gym, started eating healthy, lost 20kg’s, but there is still some stubborn fat that I can’t get rid of no matter the diet or exercise. I’m in a turning point in my life (just ended 8 years relationship), and if by using your method I would be able to lose the remaining fat and boost my low self esteem that I have at the moment, l would be extremely grateful.

Hi Joel! I just saw your post. I would really like to try this system for fat loss, and feel very motivated. I find that when I have structure, I’m able to adhere to a program and it sticks with me better. I’m a mom of 2 very active boys, one 13, the other almost 2. I’m not sure which one wears me out more. I had no problem getting back the before baby body after the birth of my first son. With the second pregnancy it is much much harder. I know 24/7 Fat Loss would give me all the additional information my getting older body needs to get back in the best shape of my life.

My weight has “Yo-Yo’d” from 180 to 300+ several times over the past 25 years. There has always been some way to lose weight only to gain it back (& then some). To be able to burn fat 24/7 would seem a fantasy. The answer would seem to be to burn fat rather than lose weight.

I am a 49 year old woman and I am almost 70 lbs overweight. My Husband is 51 and 100 lbs overweight. We have been working very hard over the past 10 weeks to change our entire lifestyle. We have cut out all fast foods, most fatty foods and started eating fruits, vegetables and a lot of fish, chicken and turkey. I have been reading your emails for quite some time now, and you have a heart of gold. It comes through that you really do care about the health of people. You’re awesome. I don’t know how you can possibly pick only five people out of the masses. I don’t think I have snowballs chance but I will try anyway. I have not been able to lose any weight since I gained it all years ago from Depo Perva shots over a few years. I gained three to four pounds like clockwork with every shot until I finally had surgery to solve the issue the shots were intended for. I have not gained any weight since my surgery, but I am not able to lose all the weight I gained. I really do need a system that is simple to follow and I love the synergy your program has. I am a 47 year old mom of three children ages 14, 13, and 7. My middle son is athletic, but is having some weight issues. I need it because I am as curious as a cat. My weight shot up about a decade ago when I was fretting about my parents’ health. Now I am considered fit and work out prob 6 days a week, both strength training and intrnse cardio, but the weight stays on. i clearly need a focussed program to get it off. We’re only talking about 12 pounds or so but still

Simply put, I don’t believe your method will work.

I am a 58 year old opera singer. Since surviving breast cancer (surgery, chemo, radiation), I have gained back a lot of weight that I worked extremely hard to lose because my body/metabolism doesn’t seem to work the way it did before. I need to lose weight to help my joints and to keep me performing as long as possible as it is my grand passion. Your plan sounds like a way to turn around this destructive trend and work my way back to health and a productive life!

I could really use this program to guide me. I have carried the same 30 lbs around for 13 years. I have lost and regained and now at the age of 46 I just can’t remove it. I am not afraid of exercise I, workout on a regular basis. It is the eating and what i eat is not bad, I gave up fast food a few years ago I am just stuck.

I am older and have tried everything both medical and non-medical to lose weight. I have lost a lot in my life, but am still obese. From what I have read over the last couple of weeks has me intrigued and makes a lot of sense. I would welcome this method as it seems to fit with my life.

I am a 58 yr old diabetic and need to lose weight to be healthy. I have tried everything but nothing seems to help. My whole family on both sides have or had diabetes except my 31 yr old son. The weight just doesn’t come off. I really need your help and encouragement to be on a plan for life. Between the diabetes, “mentalpause” and a low thyroid it has been really tough! I need this!!!

Just turned 45, I have the motivation, I have trained (hard) seven times in five days this week, spinning, swimming, yoga, jogging, weights, you name it I do it.

But the fat will just not shift. I admit I love my carbs but I have even tried giving them up and tried Atkins, Dukan etc, but even that just doesn’t shift the stubborn belly fat.

As for food, I don’t even eat that much, I assume it’s either the wrong stuff (carbs) or the wrong time !!

This would be an absolute godsend as I beliieve your metablism slows down the older you get, so things are only gonna get worse !!

I’m a 37 year old mother of 3, and i’ve spent the last 18 years taking care of my boys, completely neglecting my body and messing up every other area of my life. In April 2011, I had a complete breakdown, weighing 240 lbs and thinking there was no point in living in this body anymore.

I am convinced that 24/7 fat loss is the program that I need at this point in my life. I made the decision late in life (>50) to try and get as fit and healthy as possible. I have taken myself from well over 20% BF down to under 14% – but seem to have stalled here. I can commit to a diet and workout schedule -but it doesnt seem to be enough. 24/7 would let me reach my target of <10% !
