I’ve been sitting at 290 for about 10 years now. Even though I’m relatively active and stronger than you normally would think for a guy who’s 100 lbs overweight, I would still like to get rid of this excess. I know I would be healthier and have more energy. I’ve been researching ways to lose weight that are healthy and everything points to metabolic rate increase as the key.
We’re going to make this post extremely quick and easy.

Hi Joel,
I’ve always been health conscious but at 52 our metabolism’s become sluggish. I’m interested in your system because I need a lifestyle update with more modern techniques, which your system programs. My life is hectic, with one less problem of having to figure out my entire menu, diet and fitness program on my own, seems to be quite a task lately. Weight slips on, even though I’m active. I too, can’t shed belly fat but also currently up 20 lbs that won’t budge. Winning the system would be fabulous… Thanks…and keep up the great work!!!
It is the perfect guide to get myself back into shape. I never know what to buy as far as groceries are concerned, or how to space out my workout routines. I go to the gym at least 5 times in a week to do work outs but im not losing any fat. It is frustrating. I am always playing sports to stay active but never can finish them becuase i always end up hurting myself due to incorrect workouts. I belive that if i can do this program I will find that energy i used to have when i was in high school, not to mention confidece in myself to do anything.
I am a recently qualified PT who has suffered a few injuries of late and been unable to train or pursue my dream PT business. I am now fit and able to resume training and hopefully….Get my PT business up and running. As i have not been able to train i have gained some bodyfat and i want a fast and effective programme to get it off which will also benefit me in learning new techniques to ustilise with potential clients.
Hi Joel, I would like to win because I need a diet program that is going to work with my badly damaged digestive system. I found about 2 plus years ago that I have an autoimmune problem with gluten (grains that contain gluten and do destroy the mucosa lining of peoples digestive tracts) anyway, I went from being a comfortable weight the lst. year in trying to master a gluten free diet to gaining 40 plus pounds in less than 2 years. I found the substitute foods for people with this problem contain huge amounts of sugar to help the food taste “better”, thus I simply went from one health problem to two health problems. Now, I need a sensible diet and excerise program to bring my health back in balance. I am 66 years old, on a modest retirement income, I honestly cann’t afford a program like yours.
I am in my 70s and I think this is the last program I will ever need or try. 24/7 is MY answer. I am tired of trying all sorts of gimmick diets only to stay about the same weight. Thanks for what appears to be MY ANSWER. I would like to lose about 25-30# once and for all.
I have struggled with body image issues my entire life and, for the past 18 years, been stuck in a career that I don’t enjoy. My day to day life has felt meaningless. I have finally found the strength and courage to change that: I have begun studying for a personal trainer certification. However, I don’t want to train clients who want to lose 10 pounds for a high school reunion. Rather, I want to work with those that have deprived themselves of the benefits of exercise because they were too intimidated or embarrassed to do it. And, as we all know, it takes a combination of exercise, diet and knowledge to make these changes last a lifetime. From what I’ve seen of your program so far, I think this is a must have for anyone wanting to lose fat and gain confidence and I would love to introduce as many people as possible to it.
I just hit a milestone age and my youngest left for college in sept. I feel like I have forgotten how to care for myself! I need to lose about 60lbs. That is and certainly feels like a lot to lose. I am severely out of shape and afraid that I am to old to begin a healthy path. Joel says it’s never to late and his program will work…but will it work for someone like me? I really need a simple step by step solution, this sounds like a good fit.
Joel,
I am a 46 year old who was diagnosed with insulin dependent diabetes at the age of 32. At the time I weighed over 250 lbs. Over the next year I lost 65 pounds and was in the best shape of my life! With time time, age and new work demands, my weight crep back up to 210 lbs. I am now at 205 lbs but I am having difficulty breaking through this weight barrier. Your program of creating a fat burning environment through a combination a proper food combining, MRT and VIIT sounds like the perfect plan to get me back in shape, get my blood sugar back under control, and create a lifestyle of health and vigor. Thank you for the work you are doing.
I need this plan because I want something that works. I don’t want a diet. I want a lifestyle plan that teaches me how to eat and exercise for the rest of my life. I have been focused on everyone but me and now it is time to take back my life so that I can continue to give my best to those who surround me.
I’m an 18 year old pre-med student, even though I’ve been working out hard for the past 2 years I can’t seem to burn fat effectively. When I read your article I FINALLY understood my problem, I hadn’t been maximizing the after burner effect or been keeping a nutrition to support a fat burning hormonal environment (I had never even considered strategic over-feeding before but it makes perfect sense). I wish to learn all your secrets to get a body I can finally look at in the mirror without disgust, plus it would be nice to find a community of people that want to do their best to look and feel their best.
I have a very stubborn 40 pounds to lose to be at my ideal weight. I have been reading and studying everything I can get my hands on, including Joel and Craig’s system. I believe this system has the most complete and accurate answer to why we don’t lose weight, even when we significantly calorie restrict and do long periods of moderate exercise, as I have been doing. The answer, as Joel and Craig teach, is that what I’m doing causes our bodies to go into fat storing mode. I am utterly convinced that Joel and Craig understand the real problem and truly know how to make our bodies go from fat storing to fat burning. I am SO SO excited about starting this program!
At 54, I have been trying to lose the same 20 lbs for 20 years! I have tried every diet program out there. I have tried countless exercise programs that promised my body would be transformed. I diligently did them and guess what? Nothing! Or very little for the sweat I put in. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I do cardio as well as strength training. I eat 5-6 small meals a day, blah blah blah. I am doing everything that all the “professionals” tell me i need to do to lose the weight and get a ripped bod. Do I sound frustrated? I scream on a daily basis, usually when I step on the scale. 20 freaking lbs, that’s all I ask to lose, and you would think I was trying to climb Mt Everest! As a singer in a rock band ( pt), I would love to be able to once again wear those sexy outfits, but most of all I just want to be comfy in my own skin again! Help!!!!!!
i have tried different diets for years, gonna be 40 soon and still overweight… i think this one might just do it… thank you guys for your help with people that struggle with weigh loss
I am an herbalist so I know the right things to do. I am recovering from liver cancer and I have survived 4 go-rounds with breast cancer. Now that I’m getting older, the things that always worked for me just don’t seem to work anymore. I no longer feel comfortable in my own skin. I know that the 24/7 Fat Loss lifestyle will help me get over the hump and allow me to be the person on the outside that I am on the inside. That way, when I help others, I am more believable.
I am 43 years old , and I have been working out five days a week for months and I keep gaining and losing the same five pounds over and over.. Seems like if I take a day off from the gym the weight comes back.. I eat right during the day but have a bit of struggle in the evening . I think that this system could really get my fat loss moving again and help me get my nutrition on the right track. I’m frustrated at this point but will not give up trying to achieve my fitness goals
Because…. It is easy and it works!
This is the perfect program for me right now because I need to improve my lifestyle and my diet for me, my wife, my son, and my soon-to-be newborn child. I’ve made several attempts over the past few years at losing weight and getting healthy, but I always get caught up in the minute details of adding Workout Program A by Jon Smith to Nutrition Plan B by Jim Greene (or at least the basic details), or trying to make my own adjustments and I end up just spinning my wheels. This program looks like it will be simple enough to follow step-by-step, and can help me hit my goal of losing weight, and eating and living healthier. The fact that it includes everything I keep wishing I could find in a single program is great, and the fact that everything would be laid out for me to get started and to keep pushing through is a huge added bonus – I wouldn’t have to overthink anything!
@ Joel Marion:
I am 56, have lost 2o ibs in the past 2 months, working out and changing my eating habits. I am down to my college weight and want to get to my high School weight but am stuck at 212. l gave birth to twin boys nearly 4 years ago. Due to some emotional problems and constant back pain l didnt do any exercises soon after. How l looked was the least of my problems then. l have looked like l am 5 months pregnant and have had constant teasing from friends, my 13 yr old son has all but given up on me. Nevertheless, l got fed up and started working out about 5 months ago. Crunches, press ups, you name it. l got fit and all but lo and behold the belly was still there! Puzzled as to why my efforts were not having the desired results, l started browsing the net. Enter Joel & Craig. l have read your articles and all this information about increasing metabolism & nutrition strategies is quite intriguing. l realize its the missing link in my efforts to loose stuborn belly fat. Being a divorcee with 5 kids, this programme will solve time restraints. l am also turning 40 on monday the 7th, so what better way to celebrate than having that training & diet manuals in my hands!
This could be my last attempt at losing weight. I have tried everything. I have put on extra weight and I know I have to get it off, but I need help and advice to do that. I know I will be much healthie and feel much better by taking the weight off. I need help in doing that and doing it correctly
It would be truly a great honor to win your 24/7 Fat Loss System. In the fall of 2007 I had gastric bypass surgery and initially lost over 140 lbs. I still had 30-40 lbs to lose to reach my goal. In 2010, after several devastating tragedies, I gradually started putting the weight back on, I have gained over 50 lbs. This has only increased my depression, in which I am currently on disability for. I felt so amazing after I lost the weight and was looking forward to reaching my goal. I have been back to see my surgeon many times with hopes of a new “diet and exercise plan” but, unfortunately, they don’t seem to have a “follow-up” program. I also have a daughter who has a serious weight problem and a son that is “on his way”. The would benefit my family immensely to incorporate your program in to our daily life for a lifetime.
Thank you for offering this free program and hopefully I will be able to say that “I am a winner”.
I feel that this ’24/7 Fat Loss System’ is for me because I need to lose weight to save my life. I have just recently (July) been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and cirrhosis of the liver (not from alcohol) just from fat. Additionally, my digestive system is out of whack. With being a tad under 5’4″ tall carrying 220 pounds is a bit much. I am under medical care, which is encouraging me to lose the weight. This program/system will be a perfect fit because of the right structure and encouragement.
I have tried every diet in the world with little success. I finally resorted to Lap-Band Surgery in January 2008. I lost 70 lbs. in the first 13 months and have been on a plateau for 2 1/2 years eating basically what I ate during the first 13 months. While on this plateau, I have gone to 4 nutritionsts, a personal trainer 3 times a week for a year and then changed my fitness routine to 4-one hour Zumba classes a week and two hours or other cardio a week. I still wear a size 16 pants. I don’t seem to burn my own fat and I recently figured out that my weight loss stopped when menopause started. So I think my body needs something different. I also believe that whatever was preventing me from being successful on diets prior to my surgery is the same thing that is preventing me from losing weight now. I think this might be the secret that none of the other professionals I’ve been to know. It’s also eat less move more which is NOT the formula for me.
