In a personnal email I requested your help, no response. I am not over weight nor do I have any health issues. Here is the but I have 15-20 lbs around the middle that I can not get rid of and I have tried alot of different weight loss programs, one even worked for awhile but none have been what you claim yours is. I started my weight loss journey 5 years ago. With hard work and learning all about nutrition, I have been able to drop 60 lbs (from 236 to 176). However those last pesky 30 lbs haven’t budged for 2 years now. My story is quite unique but very real and supportable. I have been told it should be a book and could easily fill a book – maybe some day. I was married 26 years with 6 beautiful children (1 son 5 daughters). My health was terrible and I was losing the ability to work. My ex-wife had some serious issues in her past that were “raising their head”. She forced me from the home and then turned viciously on me. I was accused of everything and my children were turned against me. I had choices but knew the truth and chose to rebuilt my life, my body, my health and to fight. I have easily defended myself against all accusations and have won full joint custody of my children, but have not seen them in 7 years and am yet battling through the legal system. I have come a very long way in rebuilding my health, my body, my professional business and career and my life. But one goal I had that I have yet to achieve (other than reconnecting with my children), was to be fitter at 60 years of age than ever in my life. I turned 59 last month and believe this program may help me achieve my goal. I know the goal is achievable.

I have been trying to lose weight after having my son (Aged 3) I have not managed to make any significant impact on the weight I need to lose (approx 30kg more) to allow me to have another child. I successfully lost 72lbs over a 10 month period two years ago by adopting a healthy eating regime comprising of foods with low saturated fat, combined with regular cardiovascular and muscle training activity. I need your system for one simple reason….I am diabetic. The doctor has told me that I can control my blood sugar level with diet and exercise. At this point, she will not give me any medication to control it. It is her way of keeping me motivated to keep my levels in check. I watch what I eat, but my weight is slowly creeping up and so is my blood sugar levels. I NEED to lose weight so I can keep my sugar levels in the safe range. I try but I can’t seem to lose any more weight. I am currently 5’10” and 218 lbs. For health reasons, I need to lose at least 25 lbs. Ideally would be 45 lbs. Diabetes runs in my family, but with weight loss I could put off the inevitable for many years.

I am a 46 year old mother of 4 skinny girls. I have had a weight problem all my life. I work in a office of an elementry school and get very little exercise during the day. Really need this as I have tried for years to lose weight, but have totally failed. Used to be 52kgs, but I am now 64kgs. Came down from 74kgs after my second kid, but the last 12kgs have totally refusd to go. I have a flabby belly from the c-section I had from the kids and need to remove those. Nothings worked… for long. I am a retired, 65 year-old Marine. I thought I knew how to stay fit… I was wrong. Over the years, I’ve slowly gained a pound here… a few inches there… until now I am 5’9″ and 215 lbs. I was at 240 at one time and I have managed to lose some… but I have been stuck between 215 – 220 now for over a year.
I belong to a gym and I probably eat helthier than the average bear… and I am pretty healthy, particularly for someone my age. So… if you fellas think you can help me get rid of these last 30 pounds or so and remove this spare tire I’m carrying around… let’s git er done!
