I am a 37 yr old mother of 3 young boys and at my last dr appt I was told I am pre-diabetic. This scares me as it runs in my mothers family. I have been trying to lose weight, but I have not been to sucessful. After reading the e-mails I received on this program I believe this could help me. 62 yo male. Never had problem with weight until age 45. First goal is to lose weight from 200lb to 170lb so I can start training to run my first marathon by age 65. Nothing so far has been able to get me down to low body fat %s, and if something seems to be working, it’s so unenjoyable that I can’t force myself to stick with it. My husband and I have been working hard at good nutrition for 2 years. I’ve worked some form of intervals etc. exercising for most of that time (and the tone is coming) but I feel like I’m at a plateau. My husband is still kicking my but with weight loss (even though I work out more than him) so I need some help to bust through my weight loss plateau and get those toned abs visible. I think your program is manageable for a mom of 7! It’s similar to what I’ve learned over the past few years but will take me to a new level for which I’m excited and ready to challenge.

I think I certainly will get a FREE copie because I found the only mistake in your 24/7 Fat Loss System Pre-Report. On page 14 you claim how important it is to eat carbohydrates after your workout (which is true – maybe you should talk a bit more about post-workout-nutrition in general). Now on page 15 in the “schedule” on an exercise day you say “Evening (after exercise): protein/fat” but it rather should be “protein / carbohydrates”, don’t you think?!
Well, now you can tell that I’ve read your report from page 1 to 28 – and I absolutely liked it, especially the “Pizza” part. It’s a beautiful KISS system!
So again, I guess you have to admit that I really deserve a copy of the full-report, even though I am German! :-)

I am a single mom, who at 44, is eating terribly. I need a program to help me get in shape and be in the best health for my 10 and 15 year old. I’m all they have. I weight 150 lbs. and feel terrible. I am in dire need of this program! I have lost weight in the past but it always has seemed to come back. I need a lifestyle change and I think this will do it.

I am very skeptical of this program, but willing to give it a try. If it works for me and my daughter, it should work for anyone! I (age 53) have been a yo yo dieter most of my life… my daughter age 31, had anorexic tendencies during high school that really messed up her metabolism. If this can work for us, it can work for anyone! I have about 40-50 lbs to lose, she has at least that much and maybe more to lose. I am willing to give it a try, she probably would be too. (she is on vacation, so I haven’t been able to discuss it with her)

I just turned 40 on November 2nd. I am currently serving a 1 year remote assignment to Morocco. I am teaching their Air Force how to fly F-16s. Physical fitness has always been important to me, and I have at times been moderately successful in reaching many of my goals. However, I have always fallen short of reaching all of those goals…to truly feel great! I want to dedicate this next year in which I am away from my beautiful wife and 3 kids to meeting all of those goals. I have absolutely no excuses this time around. Time is not an issue. The only thing that would hold me back is myself. I have no doubt that your system could make all the difference in the world!
I’ve enjoyed reading the articles you have shared these past few days. I have bought into those ideas 100%. Yesterday I applied your workout concepts for the first time. I alternated from shoulders to legs without taking breaks. I was pouring sweat after 5 minutes, and continued that way until I was done. I finished my workout alternating between 30 second sprints and 30 seconds of “recovery”. I’m still recovering! I look forward to the next workout today. I am 46 and have been working hard to be an example to the rest of my family. I have two daughters. one a softball player and the other a dancer both in good health and young. My wife has had the lap-band and lost 103lbs then had to have the band removed, while going through this she developed a blood clot in her lungs and had a near death experience that has changed her life. Now she is back to her original weight and on antidepresants. I have been living a healthy life style by eating and exercising daily. I want to be a roll model for my kids and wife, with your plan I can get them involved in a fit for life plan that works.
Due to medical conditions, it is almost impossible to lose weight! Which I really need to do because of diabetes, degenerative joint and disc disease, arthritis, high blood pressure and also hypothyroidism. Seems no matter how much I do or do not eat, how much or how little I eat…….. can’t lose weight. Cannot join a gym due to economics….. all the medications I have to take are very expensive and does not leave any left over for such activities, in fact a local Curves told me that they did not feel they could provide me anything that would help me. I have been working out and keeping track of intake calories for 10 months now. So far I have managed to lose 11kgs (I still need to lose about 5 kgs). I have have Type 2 diabetes for 7 years now. I take 2 types of insulin and Symlin injections. I am about 50 pounds overweight. I have lost 35 pounds by changing my diet but would like to do more to get it off quicker. The lower my weight, the less dependence on chemicals to slow the progress of this disease.

I am a 51 year old mother of an 8 year old. Before giving birth I was someone who worked 1 – 2 hours 5-6 days a week. Since becoming an active single mother it is very hard to dedicate the time for the gym like I would like – I need a jump start – also I forgot to mention that I travel 2-3 days a week for my job. I just can’t seem to get my muscle tone back and the little bit of extra fat off. Please help. I am very discouraged at this point and need some direction.
