I was 104 growing up and after I had my dautghter I went up to 160lb. I couldn’t put it off so I starved myself with eating just salad and water. I’ve been following Greg’s Turbulence Training Methods for sometime now, and I have never had a struggle with fitness ideas, and training regimens. My constant issue has always been nutrition. I eat clean, and know the right things to eat, but never know how to burn as much fat as I would like to. I read through the 24/7 Fat Loss Report last week when you guys sent it to me and it is the first nutrition based reading that actually made sense to me. Not combining Fats/Carbs etc was eye opening because I’ve been doing that everyday. I push myself and want to achieve as much success in life as I do with Fitness. I am 51 years old and I am trying desperately to change my life around. I have dumped the booze and I am grappling with the demons that go with it. As a 45 yr old mother of 3 and busy working 2 jobs just to barely make ends meet, I want to be healthier and live longer so that I can enjoy life, especially with my children and their children(someday). I am an overweight disabled Mum. I can’t exercise very easily therfore need to rely on what I eat to lose weight. Being overweight makes it even harder for me to walk as I can only move 1 arm and 1 leg. I want to be around to watch my daughter grow up as she is only eight. Losing the weight will help stop me falling over which is something that really scares my daughter and me! I’m 37, father of two, working a desk job…always struggled with weight. I took it upon myself to get into shape in January 2010. At the time I weighed in close to ~400lbs. I am down now to 215lb after 10 months of strict diet and exercise dedication. My wife and I have tried several fat loss products with little to no success. From the excerpts we have read on 24/7, short intense workouts may be the answer. Having 2 children and not a lot of time 24/7 could be the answer. Would like to start losing some pounds especially before the holidays and get some confidence back.
I am 37 years old. I have just started working out recently, since June of 2011.
I have been lifting weights 3 days a week for 45 mins. and also walking 3 days a week for 30 mins. Prior to this new effort I have not worked out since high school. I have only lost 3 pounds of body weight since I started working out. I have only dropped 2% in body fat according to my weight watchers scale. So needless to say, for some reason 6 days of exercise per week is not enough for me. I also only try to consume about 1,658 calories per day. I only weigh 157 pounds and according to my BMI index, I am still considered overweight. The scale says I am carrying around 32.6 lbs. of body fat and my bodyfat is at 22%. Obviously this is too high and I will like to be around 15% and maybe carry 15 lbs. of body fat. But with all my efforts nothing appears to be working. So I guess it’s time for me to change things up a bit and try a new approach to getting into the best shape of my life before I turn 40! This is why I think trying out your new program and methods might be very useful for me.
At age 41 I stepped on the scale and saw that the scale could not weigh me. I went to my doctors office and found out I. Was too heavy for thier scales as well. I then realized I was over 400 lbs. I had to go to a shipping warehouse to weigh myself. A little embarrassing to say the least. 418 lbs is what I weighed in at. I’ve lost 137 lbs., and have been on a plateau now for 2.5 months.
