The best info i ever come across. there is alot of new thing i have learn…and something that i was thingking is the right is not after i listen to Joel and Craig . Thanks guys .by just doing some simple exercise and adjust the way i ate i can see the result already. i am not overall big but i have a big belly and of course high boyfat, LOL because i live where the food are so delicious and tasty and they are fattening, imaging cocnut rice, tomato rice, satay etc……but all are so yummy. I have been on a no carb diet for the last three months and lost 16kgs. I started gym again the last two weeks and have stayed the same weight. I have 42 kgs will to go and I think from what I have read the last few emaila that 24/7chat loss may just be the answer I have searched for.
Would love to try your program out to see if i can shift the last few kilos … especially around the belly … At 61kgs, i feel much toner, stronger and fitter than when i was 10kgs heavier, from just doing it the conventional way with cardio and resistence training BUT i know there is more i can do … that’s where your program will definitely come in handy from the snippets that i have read about your program. I was the oldest child of three and my mom was an alcoholic growing up. I went to food for comfort and “control” in an uncontrollable situation. After a few years I took it upon myself to lose the weight id gained. Seeing the lbs drop off made me feel in “control” again and I liked that, so I kept going and going until I was too thin. I found myself in college and at a local gym where I learned that I needed to find a HEALTHY balance, and in time, I did. I fell in love with health and fitness, got certified as a personal trainer, and will graduate in December with a B.S. in Health Ecology. But, last year I got sick with Mono and it was the worst thing I’ve ever been through. I had it for a total of 7 months. I lost a lot of my muscle and gained a lot of fat because of not being allowed to work out and because my hormones were really affected by the sickness. It’s been very hard mentally and emotionally for me to see mono take away the body that took me years to get right. I need this program to reset my hormones and metabolism. I need my body to learn to burn fat again instead of storing it. It would mean a lot to me.
Hi Joel and Craig, the reason this system will be absolutely perfect for me at this stage in my life is because I am just finishing a big bulking cycle where I’m finally at the size I want to be and now it’s time for me to shred down. I’ve had problems in the past with losing muscle while cutting but I know with your nutrition timing and MRT workout guidelines I will be able to accomplish my goals without sacrificing my last few months of hard work. Based on you eBook, it sounds similar to a diet and exercise routine that I put together myself in the long, long ago. Anyway at this point I’m looking for a lifestyle change. Two years ago I was 175lbs of lean muscle then I had some minor medical problems and started overeating and drinking. I’ve put on about 40lbs since then and it’s all fat. I need a plan to get back where I was and it sounds like you guys know what you’re talking about.
I have been working out to maintain my fitness for a number of years now, so I have had a certain level of fitness for a while now. Late last year I decided I wanted to get my body far more lean and I had gained some weight so I decided to hire a trainer and really work at it. That was 10+ months ago now. I have struggled to see any results, I have done what I am told, when that didn’t work and we try someting new I follow that- this includes diet and exercise. I am frustrated to say the least. I spoke to my Dr and he said it was cos I am getting older, I am 28 so I think that’s bull! I am very fit but i just can’t shed the fat. Unfortunately I suffered a couple of injuries over the last couple of weeks and in those weeks everything I achieved in 10 months (which wasn’t much) has been undone.
I would love to know the secret so I can results from my efforts!
I’m going to be going through a number of surgeries in a few months and the doctors are recommending I lose at least 50 pounds before that time. I believe this will help me in reaching that goal.
I need the 24/7 program because I am really dedicated to health and nutrition (and having a perfect lean body!) and I have learned heaps over the past year about food and exercise, but I also know that there is SO much that I don’t know, and I am certain that I must be doing some things wrong just because I don’t have the right information. My husband and I are about to move into a condo for people who are 55+ years old. I am beginning a new phase of my life. I am 65 and help care for my husband, who is 90. It is located in a very walkable community, across the street from a community center that has an exercise room, a gym and an indoor track. My husband was a very good athlete in his youth (gymnast, football, basketball, track, speedskating, ski jumping, boxing, volleyball, etc.) and served as a pilot in the Army Air Corps. About 6 years ago, his war injuries caught up with him and he became a 100% service connected disabled veteran. Although his mobility is limited, I hope he and I will be able to use the equipment to increase our fitness, strength, and flexibility, and pare down excess weight–to stay active! We would like to improve our quality of life, make new friends and enjoy becoming a part of the community. I believe your program will help us to accomplish these goals.

I have struggled with weight and health issues for most of my adult life. I am a single mom of four wonderful boys and I want to be healthy and here for them. I want the energy to keep up with everything that they dish out. Most of all I want to be an example for them. I am going back to school in 2 months so that they see that a higher education is a valuable thing. So I want them to see and learn how to have a healthy lifestyle as that is the greatest gift I believe I can give them. Please help me help myself and be an example for them. Because everything else I have tried has worked.

I have tried it all and i have been working hard for 17 months to lose just 18 kgs, i exercise 4 x a week but dont think i am doing the right stuff, i am a busy mum, who works full time and i dont have time to join a group, gym or weight loss program, i want something i can use and succeed at, i want to be healthy and thinner, i have stuck at it with some weeks only losing 100gms, i have been trying hard, and havent given up for the first time in my life. I’ve spent the last 18 months transforming my body with exercise and diet. I’ve improved greatly and am now stronger and more agile at 39 than I’ve ever been. After finishing the P90X program earlier this year, I am now halfway through the 5×5 routine and really enjoying the challenge.
The problem is, I can’t seem to strip off this ‘spare tire,’ no matter how I combine my exercise and diet regiments. I’m really hoping that “24/7 Fat Loss” will finally give me the answers to solve this final piece of the puzzle–in a way that both sensible and sustainable for life.

In May, I will be graduating law school. I really am looking forward to joining the Marine Corps JAG program as a army lawyer following graduation. I, however, am required to lose, and as quickly as possible, 30 pounds in order to be within the Marine Corps weight/height requirements. I have been working out at least 6 days a week and trying to eat “healthier” for the past 6 weeks. However, the weight just isn’t coming off like I would hope. In 2004 I broke my neck and was laid up in a halo for 9 months, my weight ballooned from 215 to 280 pounds. The next year I had the first of three subsequent heart attacks. I am a Insulin Dependant Diabetic on a reasonably high carbohydrate diet. Due to my eating requirements I have been using different weight loss methods. Currently the one I am using stipulates low carb diet. I simply can’t do that. With your system I will be able to modify your program around my un changeable circumstances. Especially the 24/7 fat loss method will mean minimal impact on my Diabetes and I will finally be able to lose the spare tyres around my gut. My body type has a big tendency of getting fat, and because of that, weight loss has been a big issue for me. I lost 15 pounds a year ago and I’ve been able to keep them off ever since, but I can’t get any lower than that. I’ve come across you guys at a time in my life when I have almost given up any hope that I will be able to shed the ever-increasing extra weight I’ve been carrying around for at least 20 years now. I weight 90 KG now, the highest ever in my life, 20 KG up from my highest pregnancy weight. And I’m sure this is not the end of it–the next time I weigh myself I would have gone above 90 KG.
I so hope you can help me finally breakthrough this vicious circle I’m entangled in–to live to see my kids grow up, if nothing else.
