Hi Joel,
I would like to be selected for health purpose. I have several medical conditions and was recently told I am a diabetic. I do not want to go on insulin so I have really been taking things more serious. I know that some things are hereditary but I am tired of this battle. I have lost 20 lbs over the last three months but I know there are secrets out there that can assist me to increase this. I been reading everything I can find but I really need consistency. My son and I have been using your fast burning furnance but I guess I still not doing something right. I have changed my eating and calorie intake so I know that your fat burning 24/7 would benefit me greatly. My health is important to me and will use it to increase my weight lost to improve my health.

Joel, my story is a lot like yours. All my life I have been very active running and in the gym, but you would never know it by looking at the past me. Even when I was running competitive 10k’s (and 10 lbs underweight), I still had “love handles” and “man boobs.” The last few weeks I have replaced endurance training with your HIIT/MRT workouts and diet tips. The results are nothing but amazing. Is it ok to say, “losing the boobs?” Yeah baby! At 51, I still have a long way to go and NEED the rest of the story. May I please have a copy of your complete plan?

I believe that this program would be perfect for me at this point in my life because I had a baby over a year ago and still have not lost the last 10 pounds. I have also committed to running a race with my husband in Feb. and have not exercised in years. I am hoping to learn how to take care of myself better so that I can be the best mother and wife I can be. I am 49 years old and tried everything. I was currently on Medical Weight Loss system but had to stop due to hormone issues that kept my weight up and down. As a medical intern in South Africa, I work crazy hours and don’t have time to fit in ‘traditional’ ways of working out. I am 55 years and have been in pursuit of 6-pack abs for the last 15 years. It gets tougher as I get older. I get close, but it doesn’t happen. People can’t believe how old I am. At an all time high I did Hcg and the weight fell off. I kept it off for more than 3 years and became a personal trainer. I don’t recommend hcg to my clients due to restrictions. Then came perimenopause and EMT training. 18 hour days kicked my butt and I put on 20 pounds in 2 months. After bloodwork we found the thyroid, dhea and adrenals were all messed up. I know about glycemic response and hiit but following something put together for me is easier and I can promote the program to the weight loss support group I just started at the gym as I have 20 pounds to lose now along with the rest of the group.

I suffer from fibromyagia so i deal with chronic pain on a daily basis. I am also rehabbing a very badly torn Achillies tendon i work out 6 days a week using Tabita training and weights also have just entered menopause and have huge hormone changes so i am hoping you program will be well suited to me. The reason I want this is so I can be healthy again and can get to a point where I can have a baby. I never thought I would be able to have children but I have learned that if I can find a safe way to lose weight and keep it off that this dream can come true. My whole life, all I ever wanted was children and to be able to take care of them and teach them a healthy way to live. Everything I have read so far had been an inspiration to me. I have been following 24/7 Fatloss for a few weeks with great interest. I definitely want to put 24/7 Fatloss to the test.

I think and hope that this will work for me I have been over weight my hole life and to get this weight off would be oh so great because I am in real bad health and have tired everything at is out there to help me to lose the weight and it does not work I have a bad back and 2 bad knees and can not get around to good anymore I have to have a scooter just to get around the store’s. I’m going to be turning 50 in April and when I do I would love to do it looking a lot healther and fit so that I am around to see my son get more healther as well he to is not active and needs to lose weight so I hope and pray that this 24/7 program will help change our lives and thank you for the help that can make the right chooses for us.

Enough is enough. I feel swollen, without energy, and worst of all, without life (because of business, obligations, kids etc. as usual). I concluded I have to do something immediately, not on Monday, not on New Year. I broke my ankle a year ago which caused me to stop my routine for 4 months. I gained 20 lbs and now that I am healthy I just cannot lose the weight doing my old routine. Your emails have inspired me and I believe this program will get me back to my old self.

I am 56 and have slowly but steadily been gaining weight over the last few years. I retired from the Army recently and have been an active person, but now it seems my body is “falling apart” and all the aches and pains keep me from exercising. I need a program that will allow me to lose weight so that my heel pain/knee pain decreases so that I can exercise and break through the vicious cycle of pain/no exercise/weight gain! I’m not sure what perfect looks like, but I’m willing to try anything!

I strongly believe I need access to your program as I have been trying in vain to get rid of my excess belly fat. I have been very disciplined in exercising but unfortunately have not been able to discipline my eating habits as much. MRT and Interval training fit my schedule better than long sessions of cardio. At 53, my joints can’t take long distance runs anymore. And food is my weakness, especially carbs at night. Your research should help me.
