I have worked out hard at the gym for many, many years. I have muscle, but it is hiding behind a layer of fat that just doesn’t go away. I believe your system might solve the problem and show me the muscle definition I know is there.

As a 67 year old full-time Paramedic responding to 911 emergencies I cannot afford to risk my health and well-being by carrying around this 66 year old fat anymore. I cannot plan a regular exercise or eating program because my schedule is varied, my hours are unpredictable [84 hours/2 days scheduled, but emergencies don’t follow schedules and I always work at least 91 hours], and on bad days I have to eat while running to or from the hospital, on the go. I need this program to stay strong and alive. As a civil servant, 1st responder, my pay barely covers family essentials.

I’m am rapidly approaching my 50th birthday. Weight has always been an “obsession” for me. I’m either over or under. Logically, mentally, rationally, I know what I should be doing. Well to be perfectly honest I’m not sure what to say. However, the idea of loosing weight and burning fat 24/7 is awesome. I honestly think the if I could loose 100 pounds my knees would feel better and I heard somewhere that it would help stop the pain in all of my joints. And I know that I feel better when I work out and I sleep better too. My biggest problem is sticking with the program so to have someone to talk too and help me stay motivated sounds great. So I would be grateful to try you program, so I can feel good about myself again.

I have the type or drive that few men posses, I work hard (12 hrs/day) and I have dropped 38 lbs of fat which is great but I still have more to go, I have made a new goal for myself now and being just slimmer is something that I have decided to surpass I wish to be extraordinary in my fitness quest and for the first time in my life I have set the goal of having a 6 pack and ripped body, I want to be a role model for my son and my brothers whom could both do with getting healthier.

I will be 45 in a month, and spent +15 yrs in the military. Through all that time I was extremely active and fit. Upon leaving the military to take up a job in consulting I did not change my eating habits but was not working out as unless you count running from airport to airport. So needless to say the weight has been creeping up. I have been following you and you circle of friends for approx a year now. The tips and tricks have helped me immensely. I have managed to shed approx 35 of the unwanted pounds, but I find my self stuck…..
I want to loose another 20 or so but can’t seem to gain any headway.
I see this new program as a way to re-energize my body and get the kickstart I need.

I DON’T have time to workout much because I’m busy with ya know, taking care of a newborn baby, full time job, finding time to I don’t know – SLEEP – let alone find time to work out. This program seems like the answer to a lot of frustration of trying to eat right and exercise correctly to make a difference. I am 47 year old mom of 2 very active teenagers and i want to make sure I can keep up with them.
