I attempt to diet and only gain weight. It is depressing and demotivating.
I have ME and cannot exercise for long so I want to make the best of the shorter time I am able to exercise. The more efficient the system the better it would be for me. I have 3 stone plus to lose to put me at my ideal weight which I hope would put my health and recovery back on track. I am hoping to get married soon and would like to look elegant and slim on the day. If your system is suitable for me then I would love to win a copy of your programme.

I have no choice but to drop about 50 lbs and am having the hardest time. I believe in you guys and your system and would love the opportunity to prove it’s worth. However, with these times I know that this may be my only chance.

I just turned the big 60 this year and have had a pretty active lifestyle in the past. Now, with a more sedentary lifestyle in the past year I have put on a few more pounds than I need and the extra weight has affected my work and my health.

I’ll keep this short – I am 46 with two teenage daughters. I used to be 9 stone but have crept up to 11 stone in recent years. Most of that weight is round my middle! I don’t look over weight but I feel it and it’s so uncomfortable. I know things are not right and I’ve never felt so unhealthy before. My clothes don’t feel comfy and I have to buy ill fitting clothes to hide my middle muffin. I really want to change and show my daughters a good example so they don’t have to go through the same thing when they are older. I have read all your advice so far and am trying to put it into practise so please consider me for your 24/7 Fat Loss System.

I am so excited about this opportunity as I am desperate to know exactly what metabolic resistance training looks like and to know where I am going wrong! I train hard – intervals, no steady state cardio etc but I am just not getting the results I desire. I want to be lean, to look my very best! I know its possible and I know I can’t accept anything less that is why I NEED 24/7 fat loss.

The other reason is that I have had to come to terms with the fact that I cannot out-train my diet. I mean its not a BAD diet as such but it is not designed for maximum fat loss. I eat fairly healthy (most of the time – he he!) but I do not do any of the strategies you mention in the report like carb syncing and nutrient combining (although I have become more aware of this since reading the report) And of course I would love to know exactly when to have that beautiful pizza for maximum effect!

Most of all I really need some support and guidance to get me from looking ok to looking amazing and I know that with this free copy (and I hope access to the insiders club, when it opens) I would be able to take my body to the next level. WOW this sounds like the most amazing program. Everything I have tried so for has not worked but what you guys say makes complete sense to me. I have been large almost all my life and despite trying over and over I have not given up yet and am more determined than ever to slim down and enjoy my life. I am a single mom of 3 teenage boys. I am have an active lifestyle and eat fairly healthy, which is why most programs don’t work for me. (believe me I have tried them all) I am also in the army and NEVER make weight. I am in charge of the army weight control program, but how can you be taken seriously when you don’t make weight! It is very frusterating. I need to loose the extra body fat. I am in my mid 40’s and it gets harder and harder. This is where you come in. I’ve struggled with my weight since I was a teenager. I’ve tried every diet, including starving myself to get rid of a belly that just won’t budge. Sure, I lose some, but then gain more back. When I do lose, I lose it from everywhere BUT my belly. I’m over 40 now and my kids are almost grown, so I have time to do a few things for me. To get rid of this belly once and for all would be miraculous!

It is very odd to be slim and have belly fat, even so for a male. Tummy and tires on my sides make make it very odd. I have been trying to get rid of my belly fat for a very very long time. This program is very doable and I believe it could work for me.

I have spent the best part of my life in active pursuits, competetive cycling on and off road, martial arts, climbing, kayaking, running etc etc.
But.. at the ripe old age of 52 things are getting a lot harder.. I have always been able to eat pretty much what I wanted, because I am so active.. This has changed and the lard has started to creep onto my midsection, hiding a lifetimes work under it….
And theres the rub, blame it on age, lower testosterone, whatever… Me and I guess a lot of other guys my age need some guidance to help change some habits, and get things on track for the rest of our hopefully, long lives.. Well you are the experts. And a freebie is always good. No, great :)

Well basically its all about the money i don’t have any and more than likely wont be able to afford this unique program.I pride myself on learning what i can and go from there ,but like everybody else iam missing that something that i need to end up with the finished product that i am looking for (i.e 20% fat lose).I want to be one of your students and learn everything i need to know and how to utilise it to my best ability.I want to be one of your masterpieces.

I’m 55 and gettinh married for the second time next year. I didn’t have a proper wedding the first time and I want to look great this time which won’t be easy. I need to lose about 2 stone ideally and I’ve spent fortunes in the past and tried everything but it doesn’t seem to help even though my weight when I was younger was always 2 stone less and constant. When I was 45 I had a hysterectomy due to cancer and I seem to have had this probolem ever since. Please help,

Have lost 20 lb. and am at a plateau. Have been giving friends and coworkers guidance based on what I’m doing. But I’m a little stuck right now. Most people I’m giving guidance to are young enough to be my kids. I want to keep showing them that an old lady can kick their butt!

I am 29, 5’2″ and weight 240lbs. I have always been on the heavier side but at this weight I am definitely at my biggest. I have been on and off what I consider pretty crappy, unhealthy diets for years with no success and I just gave up. I have a son who is almost 9 and is now starting to make comments about my weight. I know he doesn’t mean then to be hurtful, but it is. I have lost the intimacy with my husband and I know this is because of my feelings and my battle with my weight. I need something that is going to work and doesn’t require me to spend 2 hours a day every day in the gym as I am very busy. If I could use 24/7 and finally lose this weight, it would mean more than you could ever know to both myself and my family.

I have always struggled with my weight but, now that I am over 50 I am losing the battle. I have followed lots of diet plans but, none of them are strategic in combining carbs OR fats with protien. Also, I go to the gym but, am obviously just spinning my wheels. I would love to learn more about the resistance workouts. It is time for me to win.

I am a 62 man that has tried everything along the way to deal with being over weight. I have tried every diet and even drastic surgery that nearly killed me and still the problem is a curse on me. I have learned a lot in the process and from what I have seen in your program it makes so much sense. i need your 24/7 fat loss program cause there is this girl i want to impress but it seems like everytime we see face to face i kinda feel like i dont exist even i try to joke around to get her attention. i feel that being overfat gets in the way on trying to impress her so i hope you can give me the secrets cause im 32 years old and i want to be in a serious relationship with this woman.

I am currently 152kg. I’ve been training at Rhee Tae Kwon Do for almost 12 months now and each morning after I have trouble walking due to the pressure i’ve put on my legs in training. My 8 year old daughter is training with me and I need to get rid of the fat so I can keep training with her, its one of the few things we can afford to do together.

I have tried it all to lose weight from dieting to fat burners to sprinkle on products. some work ok but nothing has enabled me to lose the weight that i need to lose. My ex wife had gastric bypass surgery and lost 180 pounds. That is a drastic optionbut one that had never entered my mind before, but now its creeping in. The change that it makes in your body with the weightloss is great but it has side effects especially to the morbidly obese like me. I am not rich and cant afford all of the supplements needed to sustain many programs and i need something to get me motivated and living again.
