Over the years, the young, solid, confident person I used to be has been replaced by an older, softer, person who has just lost his swagger. It’s as is I am part of those body-switch movies, but the lightning just isn’t hitting the second time. For the past week, I feel like there is hope. What do I have to lose. I have followed your tips to match protein with fats or carbs but not both, and I feel the difference. The MRT was not fun, as being out of shape, I like the rests between sets, but I can feel the difference. I know this system can work for me, change my life, and get me my swagger back. I will never be younger, but I just want to stop feeling old, and want to be proud of my body again. Thanks for everything.

ok I am a 54 year young man, I have read many wieght loss books and most have some good info. I am trying to get back into shape…(don’t like round) and I have lost some now trying to lose the spair tire. your 24/7 is just the thing that will do it. and I can eat pizza thats for me…:) I would like to get back in shape and show people you can do it at any age.

I am 36 and have been on/off again gym rat for the past year after several years of 3 days a week at the gym. I want to improve my overall health and fitness to insure I’ll be around when my daughters reach the milestones of adulthood (college,marriage, kids, etc). I also want to share this knowledge with my wife, who’s recently been diagnosed with Celiacs to show her that together we can both have the bodies we want, eating foods that our bodies can handle and have a great time doing it. I’m an Aussie girl who has always been into exercise and sport but while I was at uni I put on a bit of weight and now that i’m working a desk job and leading a more sedentary lifestyle I find that i’m always hovering about 10-15 kgs above my ideal weight. I exercise, I try to eat well, but I can’t shake those last few kgs no matter what I do. And worst of all, because nothing seems to have any effect, I cant stay motivated. I need access to this information because I’m convinced it will work, its based on science and experience, and its designed to keep you going, keep you motivated, and help you achieve. And that’s exactly what I need. Right. Now. I don’t want to put this off. Having lost my job 3 yrs ago, I was forced to go back to school to learn a new craft. So here I am at 62 a newly graduated Respiratory Therapist working 12 hr shifts. My weight has slowly crept up over the last few yrs and the stress on my joints is taking its toll. I have school loans & will be 110 before I pay them off (ok, maybe 95!). Please let me be one of the lucky 5. I should like to be able to work without a walker!

Well, I have tried a lot of different ways to loose weight and it comes off but it has a hard time staying off. I just turned 41 and I don’t like the way I look. I always feel fat no matter what I eat. I took up walking at lunch time to motive me but in the end I just rush to eat so I can go burn the calories I just ate.
Can’t wait to see what you have to offer so the pounds stay off…

I’m alway reading and researching better ways to help people achieve their goals. This is not about money, this is about helping people who cannot see past the current version of themselves. They need to realsie that there is a better way to lose weight, they need to realsie that all the products out there that they waste their money on from infomercials will not help. Weight loss starts at the mouth, and if I had your system I could help these people achieve their goals with real results and give them the information they need to be a better version of themselves

I listened to the call a few days ago and am really excited about your program. I am impressed that your work is research based and backed by years of experience. I am a new mom. My daughter is 3 months old. I need a program that will not only complement my “stay at home mom” lifestyle but guide me into a lifestyle change. I am 36 and recently learned that my cholesterol is borderline high. This was a major wake up call for me. I want to be here for my daughter for years to come and model positive, healthy habits for her. This starts now. Hi Joel,
I’ll keep this short – I am 46 with two teenage daughters. I used to be 9 stone but have crept up to 11 stone in recent years. Most of that weight is round my middle! I don’t look over weight but I feel it and it’s so uncomfortable. I know things are not right and I’ve never felt so unhealthy before. My clothes don’t feel comfy and I have to buy ill fitting clothes to hide my middle muffin. I really want to change and show my daughters a good example so they don’t have to go through the same thing when they are older. I have read all your advice so far and am trying to put it into practise so please consider me for your 24/7 Fat Loss System.

I am 49 yo male, 50 in april. I lost weight via the “medication” route (appitite suppressents) along with working out (6ft 210) and surprise when I came off the meds the weight came back (6ft 240 now). Even with continued workouts.
I need to find a safer long term solution. I would make a great success story. LOL

Because of poor eating habits and a schedule that doesn’t allow for joining a gym, learning to eat healthier and retraining my habits is of the upmost importance. My eating habits become my children’s eating habits and the cycle continues for generations. This isn’t a diet-this is a chance to establish eating habits that will allow me to be a positive example to my family and get myself and my body back to a healthier me, with more energy and a more positive daily lifestyle.

After reading the updates over the last few days and listening to the free audio. I feel this program is perfect for me. I have always wanted a way to burn fat for longer periods of time after each workout. This program is 100% perfect for me.

I am a great person for this program because I am totally blind and have high blood pressure and kidney diasease due to a blood disorder.. I need to stay in best shape and need all the help I can get have trouble with eating habits and motavation working out.. want to get body fat down to at least 10% and get off all medications Please help..

I am a single mother of 3 boys. I workout regularly and eat well, but I am still bordering overweight. Most programs dont work because I have a basic healthy lifestyle. My problem, is being mid 40’s, I cant get to a healthy body fat range. Every year the army has to tape me because I don’t make weight. I am also incharge of the army weight control program. How can you be taken seriously if you can’t make the weight standard! It is frusterating. I need the fine tuning your program is offering. It’s the small changes, combos of foods, times to eat what types of foods, etc. that will take me to my “fit-to-fight” army strong physique. This is where you come in!

No sob story, just want to get healthier.

At age 55 it is harder to keep the weight off, particularly around the waistline. With heart disease prevalent in my family I need a system that will keep me fit and healthy; it looks like this is just the prescription for my life.

This program is perfect for me because i’ve already been training and following a healthy eating plan for about a year, which has given me a pretty good shape… but i can’t seem to get it right enough to burn the last amount of fat preventing me from reaching my goal of being ripped. I believe this program will help me burn that last amount of fat once and for all. I’ve already put into action some of the information from the updates, like carb syncing and avoiding the deadly combination, but i could really use some help knowing which foods work best; and i’m also really looking forward to those metabolic-boosting exercises.
