When we got engaged I was at a decent 138 lbs aiming for 135. I got the dress even … but rather than dropping the last 3 (or even 7) lbs, I gained 20!! The dress can be altered, but my health? I want to be around for my new husband for a loooong time (he even said when his mom died, leaving his dad a widower: “don’t go first, I couldn’t handle it”). (we’re 45 and 53 btw)

I believe this program is the perfect thing needed in my life now. My husband and I have struggled with our weight our entire lives. It is the most challenging and frustrating thing we’ve had to deal with. We have tried so many different options, fad diets, commercialized diets, counting calories, etc. but nothing seems to work. We have spent hundreds of dollars and we just want a solution. I’m a 24 yr old woman just a few credits shy of my bachelors degree in health education. I have been a committed health and fitness enthusiast who has managed to change my own physique with consistent lifestyle changes. Aside from losing and keeping off 30lbs since the age of 16 (through trial, error and A LOT of research) and seeing some muscular gains, I have struggled taking off the last 15lbs or so without looking “skinnyfat”. Im not afraid to push as hard as I can… AND THEN HARDER. Im not afraid to try something new within true healthy limits, as I’ve figured out the mechanisms of detachment from many behaviors and mindsets which have held me back. Im a true machine… I just need a bit more programing and surely some reprogramming in what Im doing :) Im ready to deepen my understanding of fat loss so that I can be a living example of heath and fitness to my future students and the rest of the world (AND so I don’t feel like a pillow when my bodybuilder fiance hugs me) Id like to stand out for more than my curves and not just be considered “genetically” gifted with an hourglass, but have a physique that shows all of the effort and work I put in to my fitness… this program is surely a tool I can use to bring me to the next level with that goal.

i am 57, a stubborn 10-15 lbs does not seem to move no matter what. i have been able to lose weight in the past by cutting carbs. i am not able or willing to do that again. i am intriqued by the information you have given us so far and have been incorporating it the past few days, i feel slimmer but the lbs have stayed…would love to have more information to use.

your system is a system that just works being conformed by Dr. Sears & Phil Campbell & Dr. Mercola as well as all the well documented college lab studies . I’m just about 60 yrs. young and am in the throes of HIT and having been in competition for all my younger yrs. Have tried most supplements & workout programs. This one is a keeper. But need to nail down clarity about just how high does high intensity have to be. We can still benefit from the program by fat loss without having to generate HGH. So I want to utilize all info that hasnt been put out there yet. IE your info. The only thing thats hampering me a bit is the craving for carbs in the afternoon that fat & protein doesnt have enough of a beneficial effect on. Weight loss starts at the mouth, and if I had your system I could help these people achieve their goals with real results and give them the information they need to be a better version of themselves.
Recently I had a milestone birthday, the big 4 0. The year leading up to that birthday I wanted to shed some pounds. To accomplish my goal I’ve tried a different diets. Sometimes I’ve had some forward movement but inevitable Iwould lose heart. The diets I’ve used has been time and energy consuming for very little gain.
