I am a 57 year old male and I have dropped my weight from 205 to 175 through exercise and nutrition. I still have some fat on my stomach and “love handles” which I am having trouble getting rid of. A friend who is 59 with a “six pack” stomach recommended that I check out your work so I am looking forward to achieving my final goal with your help.

thank you for this aportunity and i would like how to lose fat belly in easy way
.
I love your programs and have purchased in the past. I want to be healthy and fit and there is no better way then to follow your guides. I struggle to keep weight off with an underactive thyroid and enjoy working out with your plans. I’ve been stuck at my current weight for almost a year now and need help. Please help.
This would be perfect for me because I’ve learned the hard way this year that working out by itself does not mean that the fat will come off unless you’re working out at marathon-training levels (and that’s not sustainable for most of us.) I publicly made a new year’s resolution that I’d work out 100 times in 2011. I’m on pace to hit that goal, but with bad food choices, my belly is as large as it’s ever been.
Huge fan of both Joel & Craig. Would love to try this new program out. Long time customer, owner of XLFD and several TT routines. Thanks!
Hi Joel,
So far, I have purchased all of your other programs, so why stop now. I have attained good results with all of them, and trust that this program will follow suit. I have taken a break from proper diet and exercise for various reasons, and need something new and effective to get back on track. Thanks,
Jack
Tomorrow, Nov. 5, is my 51st birthday. My father reminded me recently that he was 54 when he was diagnosed wtih diabetes. The same disease devastated my grandfather before him. There is nothing good down that road. I have struggled with “yo-yo” dieting for a long time. What I have seen about your program is that you have been there, done that, and here is how to really succeed. I am ready to transform and live my next 50 years with a healthy body. The 24/7 program will give me the better road to travel toward that positive future.
At 65 and retired I am diabetic and have discovered the benefit of working out. I am thinking you may have found the key to controlling weight and fat. I need to lose 25 pounds and would like to give it a try.
With this system I will finally be able to loose that tough belly fat that i have been struggling with for years to get rid of. I know if i can get rid of it I’ll live a lot healthier fulfilling longer life. A must for my continued good health.
After 14 years of struggling with Bulimia Nervosa and hating my body, I’ve moved to a place of acceptance and gratitude for such an amazing and complex machine. I admit I occasionally relapse when I don’t feel like my body is working with me when I try so hard to work with it, but perhaps I’ve been speaking the wrong language all along. I want to befriend my body on a physical level now that I’ve overcome feeling negative emotions towards it. I want to show my body how much I appreciate it for never giving up on me regardless of what I put it through. I want to treat my body with the respect it deserves and finally allow it to reveal itself. But even before I reach that goal, I am confident of succeeding because I can now say, I love and accept my body.
I work very hard at the things I put my mind too always trying to find the most efficient and effective way of accomplishing my goal. My body and health is one of the most important components in life because without that you can’t really live now can you? I have followed your blog noticing each of your various programs and I feel this one will have what it takes to propel me to that next level and break me through the plateaus that I hit much faster. I just want to live life to its fullest potential and the best way I can think of doing that is by keeping myself in the best of shapes, so I’m never held back from any oppertunity!

I am a single mother of two college students. I married and had children late in life, so I am pushing 60. I am experiencing the body change and health quirks that come with “after 50” – OMG! NOT acceptable! I also have put on weight since changing my career, due to sitting all day. I want to be alive and healthy for my children. I want to see my grandchild if/when they are born. It is really that simple,; not a very sexy reason, but genuine. I have started a workout process similar to the philosophy you have promoted, and I am confident that this is a system that could prove successful for me, rather than yet another one of the many fad diets I have tried over my lifespan.
I’m a 47 year old male who has reached thta point in life where nothing seems to work towards getting me back into the shape I was in during my late twenties and early thirties. I was very active in persuing my workout regimine and now I have lost not only the motivation but also the energy. It would be really exciting to start fresh again and kick start my goal of getting back into form. I really believe this system has found the answer to unlock the loss of that stubborn fat that’s hiding on my body and refuses to go anywhere. Thank you guys for giving us average people hope!
I would like to give your program a go because basically I am starting to get tired of living a life of total discipline, living my life analysing everything I eat, spending nearly every day working out to the point I miss out on family events and quality time with my kids. I have been living like this for at least 10 years now and wouldn’t have minded so much if all the sacrifice had led to results. But I still can’t put on any substantial muscle and still can’t shake that little layer of fat covering my abs. Basically I’m just a skinny dude with a little pot belly. At 36 I’m pretty much over it now, and I’m at the point now where I just want to stop worrying about it and let what ever happen, happen, and start excepting my lot in life when it comes to my appearance and just start focusing on spending more time with my wife and kids. I have been reading your material over the last couple of weeks, and must say and it does sound very feasible. I am willing to throw myself into your methods for one last ditch effort at obtaining my goals, but if this doesn’t work I feel that there really isn’t anything left that I haven’t tried (except for drugs of course, and that will never be an option), and like I said at this age I feel that for my sanity and that of my family, I need to start except things as they are and move on and focus on other things.
Thanks guys,
Daniel
I am a 50 year young woman. 2 years ago I lost 40lbs, but not in a healthy way, you see I’m a recovering alcoholic and when I lost that weight, I drank most of it gone. I’ve been sober for over a year now, but have gained 33 lbs back over the last year. I know I can lose again with the right tools and support and I think 24/7 is just what I need. I believe your program will give me the discipline, confidence, control and support I’ve been looking for. I’ve come so far over the last year and now it’s time to be a WINNER for life.
As a female in my 50’s, the belly fat keeps creeping on! I have been working out with a trainer for 2 years and even though I have built muscle and I am in better shape, removing that layer of fat (10-15 lbs) has been just about impossible. I need your help! My family history of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, plus I am considered hypoglycemic, puts me in a precarious position as I age and my hormones continue to diminish. Thanks!
I diligently try to watch what I eat and exercise but I fight the same pounds all the time. Life sometimes gets in the way of my best efforts! With the holidays coming up I would like to have a sound program in place. I’ll do it-give me a shot! Thanks!
I am 47 years old and at least 100 pounds overweight. I was told by the Dr. recently that I am facing knee replacement. He said I have a little while before I HAVE to have it but if I would lose some weight I could put it off longer. I have tried everything diet I have ever heard of to no avail over the years. I need something else, something more than just starving myself. I need to be taught how, what and when to eat! Help please!
When we got engaged I was at a decent 138 lbs aiming for 135. I got the dress even … but rather than dropping the last 3 (or even 7) lbs, I gained 20!! The dress can be altered, but my health? I want to be around for my new husband for a loooong time (he even said when his mom died, leaving his dad a widower: “don’t go first, I couldn’t handle it”).
I know I can drop those pounds, but I need a kick in the pants, and would like this to be it. I’m signing up for the gym at my place of work this morning (access will be granted from Monday or I’d have started today too). Please help!
Hi, I am 60 yrs old and need to lose some lbs to keep my health at a optimal level. I have enjoyed your post thus far and believe this might be what I am needing to get me over the hump to regain better health and engery.
I am 63 years young and have neglected my health. I am a diabetic and need to take care of my health. I hope that your material will help me achieve good health.
…hello, I’m trying to get ripped for years but i never win on my little belly fat, something in my diet is wrong or don’t work = o( …this program instead of mine seem to be complete and I think can work …..excuse me for my ”zombie” english……
I am at a stage in my life where everything is changing, including my weight. I really would like an opportunity to make healthy changes and feel good about how I look and feel. My husband is working on his weight but he has diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol so with both of us working together, I think it can only make positive changes in our marriage.
