simply because I think your program is easily the one that makes the most sense … I’ve lost 40 pounds over the past 5 months but I’ve been stuck in a rut for the past 2 or 3 and I need a drastic change to get both the motivation and fat loss going again … urgently!

Thanks for all your great information. I would love to follow your system to finally lose body fat that i have carried around for years. I come from a large family and fight genetics and diabetes potential (everyone in the family is diabetic but me) I work out several hours a week. crossfit, lift, cardio and try to eat clean yet I maintain 25-27% body fat so I need your program and your guidance. Okay, here I am at 52 years old and finally ready to make a commitment to myself. I have managed to stay in good shape most of my life but it has always been a struggle and I always feel deprived. i would love this opportunity because i use to be quite athletic but due to studies in the past 2 years i have gone far off and im atleast 20kg over the limit(at 100kg for 18years) and have decent amount of fat on my belly that i would like to shed off. As time is off the essence i find it hard to find it for long runs and long cardio sessions and above that recently i have been getting shine splints hindering my ability to jog.

I have been doing a lot of study over the past year on matters of nutrition. I am a librarian and I look for articles to adapt for our students to use. I have learned a lot and want to learn more. I have reached a point in my life where I need to lose the weight I have carried around the majority of my life in order to save my life. In July of this year I was diagnosed with an endocrine disorder which will likely affect my ability to have children and predisposes me for diabetes. I’m skinny and fat. However, my goal is to be muscular and have little fat. I want to gain knowledge on how to lose fat the best way. I’m only 23 this year but I’ve been battling my weight for the past 10 years to no avail. It seems like my metabolism is really slow and I wish to be able to unlock the key to achieving life-long health and fitness! I turned 60 and have down sized by 40lbs with 5 portion/calorie/macronutrient conscious meals per day,plus walking. I’ve hit the dreaded plateau and need to go the whole distance by shedding 50 more pounds and tightening up where all that jiggle is happening.
