From the side of the world I live in , Kenya, the 24/7 sytem is non exitent. So this information is power. We are blessed to have alot of organic foods and eat pretty healthy. However the secrets on how to combine all these things to best burn fat 24/7 sounds like is a mystery to me and just what i need as a lifestyle friend. On a personal notel i am a single mum of 7 yrs old twins working practically 16hrs aday, gained alot of weight from their birth and never took it off, combined with poor work eating habits , finding myself diabetic- I NEED ALL THE HELP i can get because i want to become and stay healthy for me and my children.
For me it is truly an opportunity of a lifetime to be able to get your sytem. I use your tips every now and then and lost 3kilos but hey the belly is still there!!!. I need this information to get my weight managed again. I have to be in very good shape to meet the physical demands of my volunteer work with big cats. Extra weight slows my reflexes and deminishes my energy levels. I do not have time to spend hours a day in the gym; I NEED to burn fat 24/7 and I am willing to work for it!

Can I lose weight at 62, or is it too late? I can. I had back surgery in February and lost 80 pounds just because I could move more. I lost the first 70 by not exercising. Then because of mobility I was able to exercise and have lost 10 pounds in the last three going on four months. I have been trying some of the Intense Interval Training since I saw your offer. I now jog 1/4 mile. You can’t believe what that means to me when I couldn’t walk 50 steps at the beginning of the year with pain and panting. I’m doing this to get my health back, and I’m ashamed that I allowed myself to get so fat. I have another 100 pounds to go.

Hi, I am a 32 year old woman, mother of a 15 month old son, 5’2”and 150 pounds. During my pregnancy I developed gestational diabetes which due to genetic history may turn into full fledged diabetes (both parents diabetic). After my delivery I quickly lost the pregnancy weight. However, I then developed hypo thyroid which was undetected for a couple of months and led to a weight gain of about 40 pounds. I joined a gym and started going for walks in the evening every day for the last 3 months and have shed about 14 pounds. But the paucity of time and care of my son are making it difficult to continue the same. Further I find it impossible to shed the fat from around the belly and am tired of people asking me if I am expecting again. So I guess this will be perfect for me.

Now both disabled and retired, but still very active in helping youngsters train, I have been immensely impressed by Joel and Craig’s postings, and by the sheer honesty with which you have revealed all your thinking other than the basic day by day workings, at which I can only guess. (A meal consisting only of protein and fat! – the mind boggles, and I shall be really interested to see the role vegetables play in yoour meal composition. Incidentally, I myself have found that a dose of milk protein taken before any other food greatky helps diabetes AND good cholesterol levels) I am actually writing a book on masculinity today in which my experience as a senior coach and spiritual counsellor will figure, and having studied closely the progress both of super-dynamic weight-training and developments which indeed showed the role of anaerobic training in hormonally promoting the aerobic effect in the coming day, I am absolutely thrilled to see this integrated system of thinking about life-style and training appear in this way. I have read & re-read all your emails since I requested the information you have offered and find I am the victim of the ‘7 deadly sins’, especially 4-7 quoted in your third email.

I am eating my 3 small meals + 3 protein snacks each day, walking most days for a minimum of half hour, but this doesn’t seem to be enough. I am obviously doing something wrong, but I will not give up as I would like to get my metabolism working properly again and take control of my weight and life to have better quality time with my kids.

I have lost the same 20 pounds for several years. I don’t think I have had a flat stomach since I was 13, and I was a skinny kid. I think science finally has the answers to the nutrition aspect and the interval training make sense to me. I want to be in the best shape I can be. I will keep it short and sweet i have seen fit ripped photos of various individuals and you know what I would love to reach that goal. The medication i am on still leaves a bit of fat on various parts of my body. ive seen and tried other weight and fat loss techniques that stilll dont deliver that final fat finishing phase i would love this programe to work from start to finish.

I am a diabetic and it is important for me to minimize my body fat percentage for my health. I have been eating much more healthy and training for both strength and cardio fitness over the past year. I have made good progress dropping my body fat from 30% to 20% and getting stronger. I would like to get to 12-15% body fat and feel an integrated program like this would help me achieve that goal.

Life is never easy when you have weight issues that escalate up and down with the comments from your peers and “loved” one’s. I have tired a lot of useless diets and fad exercise programs with no lasting results and have come to the point of giving up. I want to make a change to be healthier and more active so that i can build a body and more than that an immune system that will keep me alive especially considering the high incidents of cholesterol, heart attacks, diabetes that run in my family. I believe this is the perfect program for me at this time because nothing else seems to be. At 43 and 85 pounds overweight my body seems to be going through “the change” and on top of that, I’m finding it extremely difficult to lose the weight that I set off to do this year. I have been on a diet for the last 35 years and have never been able to keep the weight off. When I was out of work I had the time to exercise for hours every day and could take the time to eat right…and it showed! However, since I have returned to working full time I have not been able to manage my diet or exercise properly…and it shows! I am looking for a lifestyle change that will fit into my life and I hope 24/7 is it.

Hi, I’m 45 and I was tired of my visceral and belly fat. Until my 30 years old I usually did some sport. After that I’ve only been working and working. For 4 months I’ve been lifting hard, making exhaustive cardio, eating non-fat/healthy food but that stubborn fat remains over my belly. After 15 years of intermittent success through fad dieting, it is time to now bring together the perfect tools from 24/7, my willpower and love of kicking it in the gym to produce the perfect combination – a healthy mind and a rocking body!

I am not afraid of a challenge and am well aware that there are some life long habits for me to change – which will be difficult. But there is a GI Jane inside of me and finally, 24/7 will mean that I have the right guidance to bring her out! And the most significant difference at this stage of my life is that I finally realise it isn’t anyone else who is accountable for the changes I need to make, it is all about me (and 24/7 – haha).

Trying to think how to make my words stand out so you will choose me (me me me! choose me! choose me! pretty please!). Some facts… I am 5’4”, 46, & as of this morning, 227 lbs. Yup (yikes). Needless to say, no matter what my frame is, that is way too much! I have hypothyroidism & am just avoiding falling into pre-diabetes by having a balanced diet. My elbow is a bit wonky, & I had meniscus & ACL ligament reconstruction operations last winter (to fix an old skiing injury plus a recent injury sustained while working out with a crap personal trainer!) – so I have been working hard on rehab & getting fit(ter) for months. While I have a “delicate layer of flab” everywhere, the bulk of my fat is located at the top of my thighs and around my stomach – it is like a flotation device around my middle :( . I have reasonable core muscles & muscular thighs/calves, but I can’t for the life of me shift the tummy flab despite working out. To put it bluntly… I need your help to get it right! And if you chose me, that would be such a positive encouragement to me that you believe that, together, it is actually possible to change things. Did I say it before? – choose me! choose me! :) Thanks.

In the Netherlands there is no dieet help like yours, no inside info, not the way you look at losing weight! I am stuck for 3 jears after giving birht. I am stuck between 80 and 85 kg and with any dieet I stop loosing weight after 7 days, when I stop I will lose a few ouns and then the kg fly back on again. WHY???I hope you have the anser.!

I have battled with weight all my life with diets pills. Nothing has worked for long. I know that the combination of foods you eat make a big difference, but have not found a diet that explains simply what those combinations are. Your articles sound like what I need to finally take control of my weight. I am 59 and the extra weight I carry around make it hard to excercise and therefore the weight doesn’t come off. I am not healthy and not happy and need a real deal diet that works.

I just want to change my appearance and transform to be a beautiful and attractive woman and having positive thinking towards excersize and healthy life style.
