I am getting ready to turn 50 and have been fighting a losing battle with my weight my whole life. I NEED this program!! I’ve lost 64lbs so far and have reached a plateau – still got to lose about 36lbs! I’m 63, feel proud that I’ve come so far on my own. I am 49 years old and it is my 25th wedding anniversary in Februay 2012. I was hoping to surprise my husband by wearing my wedding dress on the day of our anniversary but currently need to loose at least a stone between now and then. I have started doing the exercises in your posts and eating the way you say, well most of the time, ie protein and carbs in am and protein and fat pm and I have already lost 5 lbs but I think the programme would take me to another dimension altogether and help me to live a healthier life all round. There are heart problems in my family and I would like to ensure that mine is kept healthy!!!
Hello from sunny SOUTH AFRICA! :) My story is very similar to the ones above…I came across Mike Geay’s blog quite accidentally one day while searching the net which lead me to Chris Lopez’ amazingly quirky & funny newsletters which eventually lead me to you guys. I looooove all the tips, tricks & nutritional scientific information that you share through your newsletters, blogs etc. (I mean burning fat while having a beer at the pub..brilliant!!) I can’t really afford the programs that you offer (even though I would love to have them all!!) however I have used the workout tips & nutritional advice to drop 11.15kg (converted I think its 24.5815 lb) which reading above doesnt seem much but it has changed so many other things in my life including my confidence which is waaaay up – I even had one of the Personal trainers at the gym I train at ask me what i’ve been doing and of course I directed him to you all. I still have a bit to go so I would absolutely love to win the 24/7 Fat Loss program but even if I don’t I will keep reading and following your tips and advice for as long as you keep sending them. Very simple, I got your programs and I know it works. I still need to lose a bunch of fat. My erratic schedule is tough on my programs but I keep on trucking inch by inch. I need your product because I’m too fat! I’ve lost a lot of weight after moving to Israel, but I still have so much stuck on my stomach, and I don’t know how to get rid of it.
I eat healthy (vegetables, white meat twice a week, red meat once or twice a week, eggs, fish, beans, full-grain bread…), I don’t eat very large portions, I eat breakfast (bread with cheese and orange juice), I only drink red wine Friday nights (half a bottle or less), and occasionally alcohol as aperitif.
I walk at least 2 x 20 minutes daily, rather fast. I don’t smoke, I don’t eat chips, cookies, chocolate, ice cream etc.
So if you could work some miracles for me, you’d have a nice case story :)
I have tried all the traditional ways of losing weight. From the short excerpts on the web it seems to me that you have found the correct approach.
I have been reading all your mail and I just want to know and learn much more about how I can loose my weight and stay that way. I’m leading my own private battle of compulsive eating disorder for 20 years now (and I’m 35) and when I’ve read your articles it’s for the first time in this 20 years that I’ve managed to lose some weight, stay a bit thinner and understand my body differently though I know it’s a long way to home. Cause the real problem is elsewhere. It would mean a whole world to me.
I stay active, but at 43, with a wife, 2 kids and a job, the weight just stays on. I need some help to take my body to the next level. I just want to be healthy for my family, and maybe inspire someone else to make a change in their lives.

I’m a 52 year old perimenopausal woman who for the last 10 years has tried unsuccessfully to take off the ever encroaching weight of middle age. Is there hope for us at this crazy time of our lives? Hi! I used to be fat, not overweight, but I lost all of that extra by doing sprint and weights. Though I have lost a lot of weight, I seem to have hit a plateau and I don’t know what went wrong. 24/7 would definitely work for me. Thank you anyway, for the e-mails! I work out alot, I BREAKDANCE and train MARTIAL ARTS but that still isn’t enough to loose the extra pounds I want to loose. I know that diet is the main reason and I am desperate to turn my body into a FAT BURNING MACHINE like you say! I just turned 50. I have been fat most of my life. I know diet is important. I work hard on my diet. I am a raw vegan. Most of the time. I know exercise is important. I work on exercising. Sometimes I am consistent. Sometimes I am not. It seems I have not found the right exercise to really change the shape of my body. From what I have read of your system, this could be it. I would love to give it go and have my success be a testimony.
From what I have learnt over the last week about 24/7 Fat Loss, I believe this program is a dream come true! 10 months ago I made myself a goal of LOOSING MY BELLY FAT!!!!!! I have purchased 5 different weight loss programs since then. One of them being Craigs 31 Interval Training Workouts. I love them! and yes I have lost some weight. But something is missing. This week you guys have made it quite clear what that is. I NEED 24/7 FAT LOSS because I am DETERMINED to loose my belly. I have already implimented what you have taught me over the last week and yes the scales are going down. But I know there is way more & I NEED IT!
I think this program has come at exactly the right time for me. I have been trying to lose the same 20 pounds for years. It keeps coming back. I don’t think my stomach has been flat since I was 13. “Ripped like a township dog” AKA “Man-challenge” AKA “Book club for men”: That’s what we’ve called our group of fatkids and beanpoles looking to lose fat and pack on muscle respectively.
We’re a month in and I’m down about 3kgs (I’m one of the ‘heavier boned’ fellas), it’s good, but not good enough. For the amount of energy and effort I’m throwing into eating ‘correctly’, the losses I’ve seen just aren’t good enough.

Hi Joel, very simply I already own some other nutritional programs from you and I know that it works. I also have training programs from you guys and it works. I still have a bunch of fat to lose and I keep on trucking though my working schedule is very erratic from day to day. Having a program that keeps me burning fat all the time would overcome the erratic schedule and get me to my goal more quickly. Thank you.

My wife left me in June. I wasn’t fit not rich enough. She found someone who was. As a result I got depressed. I didn’t eat at all or if I did it was just a handful of cashews a day. Instead I just drank. Drank, drank, drank. I didn’t sleep at all. A few hours per week. My mind and body took a toll and I was a walking disaster. Just waiting to shut down. Well, I’ve now got a grip on life again but what I would REALLY need is a programme, nay, a life style that would make me healthy, happy and whole again. Wouldn’t hurt my pride either to get to show my ex that I’m fit now if not rich, and thank you, no, I don’t need you.
