I am currently participating in the TT Transformation contest. I am not using any specific diet at the moment but I have made some steady fat loss gains. The 24/7 Fat Loss System would come in handy for the duration of the contest. My overall goal is to get down 175 lbs with a 34 inch waist line. Weight fluctuation is my problem. I’m constantly up and down on the scales and can’t seem to consistently keep my body from burning fat and stay low not matter what I try.

Hi i am an accomplished gym enthusiast and have whats called an ectomorph body and could pretty much eat what i liked up until about a year ago and suddenly the belly fat has been stubborn to remove, perhaps i relied too much on my genes to see me through but really need educating with the way to eat to complement my training as i work very hard in the gym and am told i look good for 42. dont get me wrong i know whats sort of good to eat but sometimes lack the knowhow on how to make it effective also i want to prove to my wife your system really does work, i want to be your guinea pig so to speak. kind regards

Many years ago I entered the Body-For-Life competition. Got the best 15%. Always made sure I remained fit. However, 2 things. I have been in Japan for the last 10 years and a real gym is not close so I have to be a McGuiver to think about exercises in the tiny gym with dumbbell max. 10kg. I’m 6’3″. Second reason is I ripped my maniacal cartilage 3 years ago and can’t run or jog. I’m now 39yrs old. After March 11th (earth quake) gym was shut down for a while and I have added 5kg of fat. So I need to get this fat off and keep it off. I hope in your book it will have some method without jarring my knees.

I’m 59 next January. I work out and eat healthily but I’ve never had 6 pack abs! Is it too late for me? Come on Joel and show me how it’s done.

Last month I had activated a free 90 day gym membership right before it’s expiration. I have MS and osteoporsis. I have changed my diet 6 months ago and have lost 30 lbs. In the past few months I have not lost anything. I have had a few training sessions. I’m 35 years old and have been following Mike Jerry’s truth about six pac abs for the past four years. I have a better body shape and diet plan than I could ever have had in my 20’s with the way I worked out and my then diet! Not to forget energy!! I have full faith in Mikes words. Thats why I have followed links and also now follow joels words of advice. I would love to find more info and continue on the right parth. I find the cold winter months stop my motivation (yes it can get cold in Australia) so I would love to find new ways of insperation. Plus hey we all love free stuff! I’m a pretty obese guy in college, people laugh at me and call me fatass and fatso. It’s horrible feeling, (anyone know what i mean?) to be called extremely fat and embarrass your girl when you two go out. I’ve tried going on diets that never did work for me cuz i didnt lose much or any weight. It’s tough and i really think that i need the 24/7 fat loss system cuz magic pills that help us to lose weight simply dont work. I have just been diagnosed as a diabetic due to my consistently being overweight. My wife has been a diabetic for the past 30 years and has struggled with her weight all that time. I have read with interest your theories on how to lose weight but more importantly about keeping the weight off. I have over the years heard about the theory of not mixing certain foods at particular times but was unable to find what foods should be and should not be eaten together. Therefore, I can’t wait to try the 8 week trial to see how it works. I am currently walking for half an hour and doing weights for a quarter hour each morning but have stagnated at 125kg and can’t get any lower. Hopefully your program will give me the kick start I need to achieve my goal.

I am getting old and tired of trying all those other ‘so called weight loss systems’ so between your’s and Ron Poulos and I believe this is the best way to lose weight and stay healthy for the rest of my life…….. sincerely Ike (Finally !!!!)

What can i say? After months of hard work i had been at my goal weight and shape for 2 years and was stoked with how i felt and looked. Then some serious life changes came my way and fell off the wagon big time, and I’m back to where i started almost 3 years ago. I keep trying to get back on the horse, but something always gets in my way and im back to emotional eating and no excercise. This will be the turning point to getting the “me” back that i want to be, i don’t want to fail anymore, i dont want to give myself the chance to use anymore excuses, I’m not the person i want to be now and i know this will give me the kickstart i need to transform myself again.

After scrolling through some of the other responses, I feel guilty even thinking that I should be competing. I am an otherwise healthy 33 year old, however I cannot get rid of problem areas and consistently have looked toward different avenues of nutrition/exercise to help me get their (transitioning from high protein to vegetarian to raw,etc.) I have just recently stumbled upon your program and am curious to see i yours truly does the trick.
