would be nice to have extra tools to use. I am losing weight “doing my own thing”,but extra tips and secrets would help me more. Ive lost weight before but it gets harder with age and work schedule. Joel seems to really care about helping people and is very knowledgable. I could really use the help to continue to lose weight and tone up.

Hi Joel, I’m excited to start your program. I have done many different yoyo diet programs and all of it lead to 40+ pounds. I am 14 months away from my 50th birthday and went on drastic measures to lost 20 pounds. Having been going to the gym my whole life (I am fast approaching 50), I have an ‘okay’ physique. I watch what I eat and train hard. But I don’t see great results. I have been on diets for over twenty years !Look at what I have tried and you can see I deserve another chance !
I will not give up but its tough not getting results…:(
I just keep gradually gaining over the years and really need to lose 28lbs.
Here’s the diets I have tried…..seriously I have been on each of these for a month or longer !(Except #2)
1) Atkins diet…………………..lost 10lbs (ended up grumpy and cross )
2) No food for 2 weeks…………….lost 7 lbs kept fainting(I was 16 by the way )
3) Lighter life for 3 months…………lost over 30lbs and put it straight back on !
4 )Eat everything in one hour only diet….lost 5lbs and nearly all my friends !
5) Raw food diet….lost 14 lbs…felt high and disconnected, weight went back on as soon as I started cooked food again.
6) Eat only when hungry diet…gained 2 lbs……fun !
7) Chew each mouthful 17 times….I did give up on this one after only a few days !
8) 1000 calorie per day diet…horridly hungry all the timebut lost 10 lbs.Put it all back on within a week.
9)Weight watchers…..lost several pounds but felt tired all the time
10)Rosemary Conley low fat programme…..5lbs felt depressed whole time
11) Extreme fat loss… 28days…Felt good… lost 6 lbs weight plateaued at week 3 but stayed on it and weight did not go back on.I stuck to this extreme diet 100% including the extreme amount of exercise, although living in the uk could not get hold of prograde protein powders so used a high quality sustitute…..this may have been the reason for so little weight loss.

Hi I’ve been diagnosed with underactive thyroid and I’m on thyroxin . Dispite eating a healthy diet and doing cardio 3 to 4 times a week I can not shift a pound of the stone and a half I’ve put on. I’m still of good fitness level but ive found no diet is dropping the weight whereas before I never had a problem dropping 3-4lb a week if I’d put on doing and eating exactly what I am now! HELP

I am a 53 yr old female who has been an athlete and fitness buff all my life. I am a huge fan of TT training and the 24/7 fat loss articles I’ve been reading.
