Well, I’m 27 years old and for the last four month I have been lean-bulking , so I have gained 4 kg. I just had my body fat measured and the result was 16,9%. I want to have a healthy body and lifestyle. I have been reading up on tons of websites on how to get the food right and the calories right but the thing is, there isnt very much sites that would produce the type of food that is acceptable to my palate and those in my country.
My family suffers from diabetes and hypertension.A lot of them have moved on and most of it because of a lousy diet. Bad stuff which can easily be solve by eating right. I want to try your program out and if it works for me, then recommend it to my family, hopefully save some of them as well.
Reading these stories really makes me want to throw up. I mean come on – if you really need this, it would be a small amount of money to put out and you would have it in your hands. In my opinion the only story slightly worth considering is if you have no money and in fact actually are reading this blog from a public computer somewhere (which means you have no internet connection at home) and can seriously say that you cannot afford it, and even then its a bunch of crap – since you need an internet connection to be able to take advantage of the online support forum created by these guys.
I’m slightly overweight and I think that what you guys say sounds about right, but have tried a lot of different systems in the last 15 years and I’m just skeptical of the fact that your system would be any different from the ones I have tried. The point of it all being that one has to find the inner motivation and really want to loose that last couple of stones of fat – if you are sure that you can convince me to follow your system I would gladly accept your package for free and if you can prove that the system really is inspiring and that I actually would start to follow it – I would gladly accept my mistake and be willing to tell others about it.
From the side of the world I live in , Kenya, information is power. We are blessed to have alot of organic foods and eat pretty healthy. However the secrets on how to combine all these things to best burn fat 24/7 sounds like is a mystery to me and just what i need as a lifestyle friend. On a personal notel i am a single mum of 7 yrs old twins working practically 16hrs aday, gained alot of weight from their birth and never took it off, combined with poor work eating habits , finding myself diabetic- I NEED ALL THE HELP i can get because i want to become and stay healthy for me and my children.

I lost 20kgs to get close to my goal weight but over the last 18 mths I have moved and am further away from the closest gym and am studying uni online while working so the weight has come back. I am a 54 yr old mum of 5, who had gained 15kgs over years of ill health and toxic meds: finally I had surgery and began the long slog back to my ‘smaller ‘ self. I am a 53yo that has been struggling wioth weith issues most of my adult life. i have dieted and excersised but but the weight back on. Now that I am over 50 am beginning to experience health issues like hypertension. Several family members have diabetes and i want to avoid that too. As a 55 year old, Type 2 diabetic, finding a program that can help me lose the extra 50 pounds that I carry has been extremely difficult. I will be turning 50 in 14 months and I want to be at my best. The best weight for me is around 130 – 135 and I have about 12 pounds to go. While that may not seem like a lot, these are the toughest pounds to lose. This sounds like the perfect plan for my husband and I because we have tried everything else to no avail…… the weight just stays and accumulates. The principles you put forward seem very sound and scientific, and we would like to know how to combine foods properly so we can eat and still lose the flab. My husband’s weight is especially beginning to become a health concern. He rated very low on the lung capacity test needed for the medical for a new job. I’m winded when I go up the 4 flights of stairs to the top of our house. We both need your help.
I’m a disabled Navy Vet that has difficulty working out in a gym and this system is something I can do at home. I believe this is the secret I have been looking for. I have managed to lose a lot of weight but am now down to the last few pounds and they are proving hard to get rid of. For a 55 year old man doing the treadmill / x-trainer for hours a day without any results or a clue how to do better to keep a romantic partner’s interest, an effective weight loss program such as 24/7 sounds like a god send.
