At 64, my body has really slowed down. I have Lupus, fibromyalgia,and Raynaulds’ Synrome,just to name a few illnesses I battle. Pain often has me sitting on the couch with my feet up, huddled under an afghan–until bedtime. I am 4’11” tall, On September 5 of this year, I weighted about as close to 200 as I ever want to come. I got a puppy so I would have to work and walk more. Tuesday,11-1-11, I weight 182.2. As it gets cold, I know I will walk less, eat more home cooked meals, and gain back what I labored to lose without your help. I’ve been reading your daily posts for at least 2 years. I trust what you say, and what you promote, and I know 24/7 will work. I have been working out for a long time, but never seem to lose the fat around my mid-section. As a 51 year old Youth pastor, I find it hard to always eat right, get enough rest, and workout on a regular schedule. If I could burn more fat, and learn more about eating right I feel it could help me as I get older, and keep me healthy. I am 53 and have been working out since I was 15. At 23 I attained a black belt and for years have kept myself in good shape. I put on a lot weight when I was ill and not able to do any physical exercise, now I am determined to loose it, and more. I have a kind of skinny/fat body type so it’s hard for me to lose fat (or maybe i was just doing it wrong) but ever since i read that it is possible to cheat only once for the week to get leptin levels back on track, my mother thought that i lost it when i ran outside screaming. I would love to have a free copy of your Fat loss program because over the years I have had three children and the effect is now very visible due to the amount of weight I have gained. After my first born I gained about 16Kg and worked at losing it at the gym where I successfully lost 12Kg of the weight. The circle repeated itself on my second baby who was born with a special condition hence I could not go back to my exercise regime for about two years. When I did it was tougher to lose any weight but I succeeded after about two years. Now I had my third child in November 2009 and started exercising in 2010 April. I am finding it tougher still to shed the weight as I am older 40 years old, more busy and taking care of my children plus I must retain my career (Office job sitting 8 a.m. to 5 p.m) for that is how I support my family as a sole bread winner.

These days, I’m on assignment overseas in a country where I can’t even read most signs, let alone ingredients and working 14+ hour days six days a week. I need to move my weight and lifestyle in a healthier direction as quickly and efficiently as I’m expected to perform at work.
A lot of it starts with my own mentality, truly putting what is important first; however, life has a way of making everything else more important than your own health. Combine that with very, VERY slow results (when I see them at all), it’s easy to get discouraged and put off exercising since it didn’t appear to be working anyway.
My hope with this system is to give it a fair change in addition to the proper attitude and motivation. I look forward to introducing the improved me that is waiting to appear.
It appears from the other websites that offer something similar to your program that it appears to be what I need. And do I need it. I do not want to croak from heart disease, diabetes and kidney failure.

I simply would like to try this program because i tried a lot of other programs and nothing gave me those results which they promised. I never gave up though and am still trying harder and harder. Obviously all of the other programs i tried are lies which are just made for financial goals. This program is just what I needed to build up one of the FIVE F’s of my life – Fitness.
I won’t elaborate on the rest, suffice to say my fitness level has not been close to the ideal level and I thought as long as I swear off unhealthy food and jog regularly, I will get there fast. Man, was I wrong or what!
I started researching and obtained bits and pieces of tips and advices, which I have tried but to no avail.
Strategic Overfeeding? It may raise my leptin level but it sure as hell raises my scale’s value and it never dropped back!
High Intensity Interval Training? Again, done that. It promises the same results in half the time but the reduced training period seemed to have no effect on my weight or my waist.
Diet?Protein?Carb?Atkins? There’s so much info and contrasting ones too, and in the end, you don’t even know what to follow anymore.
