Its easy to see you know what you are doing Joel. I’ve been working out off and on my whole life, but now that I’m in my 50s, its getting harder to keep the fat off my midsection. As a youth pastor, I find it really hard to get enough rest, workout on a regular basis, and the worst is eating right. I still try to do my best, but burning fat 24/7 makes sense to me! I am becoming more and more aware that the fat around my middle may eventually affect my health. Receiving a copy from you would be awesome. I would love to have an opportunity to share with my friends where I learned about burning fat all day/night, every day/night! It would be awesome!

I just wanted to learn more about the 24/7 due to the fact that I have never had to watch what I ate and when I ate it before. I’m now older and my thyroid has apparently kicked in and also those dreaded hormones that you talk about. About 6 yrs. ago I lost 30 lbs and kept if off for about 4 1/2 yrs. Over the past year and a half I have gained 20 lbs back. I used to be able to exercise it right off if I gained a lb. here or there. Now I’m exercising and watching what I eat and still gaining. I need help to understand what I’m doing wrong. Those 45 min. treadmill sessions are not working anymore.

As a kid I was always overweight. As I got older I learned how to eat right and I did Lose the weight. I also learned how to do the correct exercises. I’ve gotten myself to a Great place and I cannot complain and I am grateful for what I’ve accomplished at 40, BUT I know that you have those last little secrets I need to reach that level I am striving for!! It’s been a huge goal.

Now, I’m 21 years old. I need to lose my weight which can bring many diseases to me. I had used too much pills or products that claim to reduce my weight but when I stop it increase very fast. When I started to read all your updates , It’s perfect!!!. Everything you recommend can be easily understand. And I hope that I will get in shape soon.

I am Dick C. Guzman. I’m 58 years old, and live in the Philippines. I work for a pharmaceutical company and my job requires me to travel all over the country, so busy. Despite my busy schedule I try my best to keep my body fit and healthy.
I exercise regularly and do workouts, but even with regular exercise my high percentage of body fat do not go away. I’ve tried dieting and jogging every morning when time permits, but still the fat doesn’t melt off. It has even come to a point that I no longer believe in ads like this. I have come to the conclusion that you just want the money. However, when I read your 24/7 Fat Loss Report, it opened my eyes that my fat loss goals are not hopeless. I am convinced that if the principles you discussed in your report are followed, then I believe body fat will really melt off and that the exercises in your program will really speed up metabolism. However, as they say, “the best proof in the pudding is in the eating”. That’s why, to me, until I have not tested your program, it will remain a myth.

Through the 38yrs of my life, i’ve never been thin, but have always been active in sports, and very fit. I always thought my tummy will always be in my control, and I didn’t mind the heavy thighs. But since i delivered my child 5 yrs back, i have lost control of my tummy.
I’ve just had a surgery for ACL reconstruction. The only way to get my fitness back is to lose all the excess weight from current baggage of 90Kgs.
I would like to try your plan and see if it works better than mine!!

It’s not about fat belly or looking better…it about living longer and happier

Being 58 years old and arrogant with an “apparent abundance of wisdom” has not yielded me the results I aspire for. I am highly motivated, have a BMI of 23, have tried several programs yet have a lower belly and love handles. I have been following the two of you over the past year, I feel that you cut away all the frills (am being polite) and lay it on straight. I think your program will be doable while being surely challenging and I am sure I am up to it. I think it will help me finally reach the end of what, till now, has been an elusive quest for that six-pack and the dream physique.

I have been training hard for the last 4 years on free weights and have at each point found key changes to exercise or diet that have helped me cut through plateaus. Im like most Americans working very long hours to make ends meet. I work 17 hours a day (2 jobs), both im sitting down. Im active and I go to the gym, however I feel because im sitting down for such long hours im not burning as much fat as I want or need. I’ve lost just under 20kgs this year, after nearly a decade of putting on weight and not being able to lose it. I’ve got 20kgs to go. I think this program would help me me succeed because perfectly fits into my current health position. When I started in Feb of this year, my goal was to exercise for 15 mins twice a week, and change my nutrition habits from god-awful to just plain bad :-). This cycle of progression continued throughout the year to the point where I am now doing TT workouts (and some KB “practicing”) min. 4 times a week, moving and getting sun and fresh air every day and my nutrition has improved drastically to the point I am at about 80-85% compliance most weeks. I feel I have earned the right to move forward and step and follow a program like 24/7 fat loss. I genuinely believe now that I could meet the challenge of this program, incorporating the new information I have learned on carb timing, exercise timing, overfeeding and my favourite – not eating fats and carbs together . I have been called my whole life husky, fat, big boned, obese, even morbidly obese, etc. I have worked out my whole life and try me best to eat right and with exercise to look and stay healthy. Hi Joel, I beleive that this programme is for me, cause I have tried everything from weight loss programmes to gym membership and still I’ve managed to stuff that up. I can’t seem to lose the fat belly It’s very anouying and frustrating to try so hard day in, day out and not see good results. I am a middle age marathon runner but is never very slim. Two years ago my left ankle was hurt badly in an accident and I cannot run for about 6 months. Jogging and running has always been my main form of exercise and I packed on about 10 pounds after the accident. Running alone cannot shed weight effectively. I am running much slower now and easily feel tired. I want to burn fat 24/7 and feel light and enjoyable again when I run.

For the last 4 years I have been practicing martial arts. I am now a black belt in jujitsu but the fat on my body doesnt scream ‘deadly warrior’ more ‘flabby couch potato’. I know it’s vain but I need this to increase my confidence so that I can take my life to the next level.
