I have learnt that there is no quick easy ways to lose weight. It comes down to hard work and diet. I like to learn and read different “tweaks”, which complement the exercise and diet. Eventually I might have a perfect system from all the knowledge I will have gained!

I have 4 children and until my 4th pregnancy I really didn’t have a weight problem. But for a number of reasons in my last pregnancy I gained an extra 30 kg !! My youngest son has just turned 17 and in all that time I have not been able to shift the extra weight I gained. I have come close a couple of times to about 10 kg of my goal weight but keeping it off is the next big issue I have. Roughly I need to loose about 15 kg to be back in my healthy bmi range. I go to the gym approx 4 times a week and I eat healthy foods but as yet have not been able to put it all together as a program that has worked for me to realize my goals and most importantly keep the weight off ???-HELP

I’m from the Netherlands and hope the free copies are also available for people outside the USA. Although I have been eating healthy (clean eating method) and exercise a lot (3 times running and 2 times bodystep a week) for over 5 years I hardly lose weight. I’m about to hit menopauze I really need to lose that extra weight RIGHT NOW. I am 46 years old and has been struggling to keep a constant weight.
I would love to loose 10kg but being a professional working lady, I am either not eating at all during the day, or eating the wrong foods. I am so interested in your material and through your daily emails realised just how little I know.

I want to burn fat and lower my body fat percentage over next few months and have access to treadmill, cross trainer, rowing machine, exercise bike and a pair of dumbells and would be willing to work several days a week. A few years ago, I weighed in at 415 pounds, and I became ill as my pancreas got “tired”. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks and lost about 30 pounds. i have been struggling to get down below 350, moving back and forth between it and 375. i am hoping this program will help me get past it and move even further down, i need to do this more for my children and myself, I would like to be around for them when they get older. I have been looking for a way to eat healthy, eat things I like & keep weight off. I have lost weight on a few other programs, & I felt great. Being a fresh graduate, i can easily say that my 3 years in university were my unhealthiest. Eating junk food / sleeping at random times / high alcohol intake etc , which led to a beer belly. I am almost 40, I have 5 young daughters, I am self employed, so there isn’t alot of time for exercise. I do martial arts when I can, and train at home when I can. My work involves alot of driving , so a balance between family and exercise is hard to find The information in 24/7 would be a great help to get, and stay, in shape to enjoy my time with my girls. Well I am actually underweight for my height, so why am I here? Well I am a 40 year old mum, I’m a runner and I do resistance training and have been working out on average 5 to 6 times a week for nearly 3 years. My problem is I had a spinal fusion in 1987 for scoliosis, my spine is still curved and genetically I have a really short body and I have always had a tummy. I would like to have a 6 pack – but have never been able to achieve it – I have always had a protruding tummy, the only fat on my body sits on my tummy, sometimes it’s so bad I look pregnant – but I am skinny everywhere else. Even increasing my running distances to around 40kms a week it is not shifting it – but I know it’s because I have a tendency to snack in the evenings – but because I have done all the running – I think I can! It’s a vicious cycle really. I just want rid of my tummy but I need guidance and clear outlines to achieve my goal. From what I have read, your programme sounds very much in line with my thinking, having originally started out on the Body for Life programme, but struggling then with the nutrition plan. since i had to undergo a few operations on my right knee, i finally stopped playing handball and icehockey. unfortunately i did not change my way of eating and so a gained 40 pounds.
