I think your program must be the best workout solution on the market today because of the following reasons: Metabolic Resistance Training although does not require a lot of time but is very effective and allows anyone to feel like you have been working out for an hour or more while it actually took you 20-30 minutes to complete the exercises. Moreover the MRT is so intense that I can literally feel every muscle in my body, which tells me that it really works. Like many people here I’ve been fighting the flab for as long as I can remember and tried every diet available. The only way it was controlled was by doing sport.
Now classes as a veteran, sport not as effective as before and to cap it I’ve been told I’ve got Metabolic Sysndrome. So upped the fitness, changed the diet, lost a stone and then—–nothing, no matter what I do it just won’t move!

Despite my busy schedule, I try my best to keep my body fit and healthy. I exercise regularly but even with regular exercise I have a problem eliminating or decreasing my body fat. I am 25 years old and have recently stopped playing sports. since this and an increase in work i have piled the weight on but not stopped working out. i cant seem to get my diet right with alll my busines lunches and dinners. i thnk this would be ideal for me becasue it is a step by step program that would hepl me get on track to my rest of life body which is exactly wht i need. i have also recently had my first baby and thos reqime would help me balance my work home workout life. control is what is missing from my life and this would give that back to me.

I’m a trainer and run a tight professional ship with my clients. However I’ve been training a 52 yr old lady who is 85kg and only about 5’4″ for the past 4 months. She’s about 30kg overweight. I’ve been running a circuit style strength training program 3 x days/week (MWF) followed by 10mins of metcon. She has lost nothing in that time even though her strength, mobility and fitness has improved bucket loads. I can’t get her metabolism to kick in and provide all the nutrition advice I know – even writing her an eating plan. Hi Joel being 58 years and being on a fat loss program for 5 years and still having the problem with losing the last 10 Kilos is a problem with me I have to get other ways of losing this weight doing Dr K. workout but just had some health problems like blood clots come on the screen. so the workout has been cut in half and have to find another way to loose this weight and I thought this was looking great. I am a 54 year young male that can’t exercise due to an inner ear problem in addition to fracturing my lower back and not being able to fully exercise, no situps, leg lifts, sitting, no fast side to side movments. I was always the guy that was in good shape. Somehow things have changed. I am now the guy that comes home after work and sits on the couch and spends time with family while watching the tv.
