I’m an 18 year old student in a family of six who have all been overweight (including myself) since I can remember. I’ve always been fit but for some reason my flab could just never go.
I’ve tried to get the answer on how to lose fat the ‘real’ way but all I’ve ever heard about fat loss is “eat less” or “exercise more” or “dont eat any carbs”. I knew all of these were lies because I’ve seen how they don’t work.
My family actually eats really healthy food. However we eat these foods at the wrong time (as I have learned from the info you have posted) . My whole family have been into going to gym at some stage. The problem is it was only a stage. Why was that? Well of course it was because they weren’t seeing results. We don’t know how to train effectively for fat loss. We have tried fat loss shakes, no eating after 5 o’clock, and I’ve seen my sister literally starve herself. These have worked but not for more than 2 weeks. The results stop and then so does the effort.
The info I have attained by you has for the first time made sense to me. I now understand the situation regarding carbs and carb synching which really got me fired up cause it was this problem I could never solve and it finally came together in my mind. The way in which you have explained it has helped me tremendously and your program will finally bring a stop to my family’s overweight problem. Thanks again for what you are doing. 1. THUNDER thighs (and I mean really, really huge onmygodunbelievablygigantic kinda thighs)
2. Pregnant belly WITHOUT a baby in it
3. Wobbly, jiggly bits EVERYWHERE (lookout, here comes the human jello!)
4. Cellulite (if you look for a picture of cellulite, it would probably be a picture of my legs, arms, tummy, body…)
5. Tried everything (meal shakes, proteins, regular exercise, etc) but still am a contender for the beached whale look.

As a mom & grandma struggling to lose weight it gets very frustrating when I can’t seem to shed the pounds. I need to lose weight 24/7 cuz my life is busy. My wife and I have had 3 kids in the last 4 years. This leaves me with one full time job at work and one full time job at home. Through the pregnancies, I would eat whenever my wife ate, which resulted in a weight gain of almost 50 pounds which I’ve been desperately trying to lose the past couple of years. I’ve since lost a third of that, but find that with every passing month the kids keep me too busy to find adequate and consistent time to exercise the way in used to (running and gyms). I am a mid-40’s woman with all the ‘typical’ problems. (way way too much belly fat, high stress, lack of time, etc.) The qualities I need in a fat loss system are:

The 24/7 programme is perfect for me. I’ve tried to get as much information on weight-loss as possible over the past 1.5 years, and have successfully lost about 22kg’s. my biggest problem is the fact that i work anywhere from 14 – 16 hours a day, 6 days a week. I’m 30 years old and I just recently found out that i’m going to be a father. I am turning 60 in a couple months & am trying to do a better job of taking care of myself. After having been in good shape, at the gym 7 days a week, at age 37 I had a baby on my own. I love your work. Being an ex age group triathlete I was used to lengthy endurance training sessions but these days, with a 4 month old son, I have prioritised my time to stay home more. I work in a globalised job which has no regard for time zones and find sleep deprivation and travel are all contributing to less exercise. I have adapted a number of your fitness and diet routines and have made good gains in very little time. Please help me maximise on my time scarcity by getting fit so I can still have time to care for my wife and baby.

I was always really active as a kid and in my teens I played a lot of sport. However I developed chronic knee problems since I was about 20 from a combination of flat feet, genetic knee placement and the weight just piled on! I committed myself to losing weight when my daughter was born but feel like I missed 10 years of my life where I could have been fit and healthy. I need this program because I have been dieting and eating healthy for 6 months and only lost about 2kg! I am only 21, should be looking my best at this age, but I weigh 93kg. I am also getting married in 2 years (just got engaged) and I want to loojk my absolute BEST!

For many years now I have been battling with my own demons of health issues. I have been to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Mn and there is no cure for my blood disorder. I can only control the pain and no energy through diet and exercise, I noticed that after I started eating right and exercising the pain was so much less I am having less blood transfusions and iron infusions. I suppose that I feel that I need this free 24/7 for my own selfish reasons not to make anyone want me or any family member to be proud of me, yet to help me have more days of feeling better.
