This program is perfect for me now. I’ll be turning 54 in 2 weeks, and need to lose 40 to 50 pounds. It used to be easy for me to lose weight, but now that I’m older, it’s harder. I loved reading about how long it takes to burn 5 pounds of fat on a treadmill, as we got a new one last Christmas, and even an hour a day EVERY day didn’t help much. I just got burned out. I’m more than willing to put the time and effort in when I can see results. This program sounds like it will produce results fairly quickly. It sounds very logical and makes a lot of sense, and it sounds very “do-able”, something you can continue for a lifetime. I like the strategic high-calorie cheat days, especially since there’s a purpose behind them (leptin recovery), leading to more fat loss. I understand (from the updates) about the protein and carbs/or fats. But what I really NEED is the diet manual showing you what types of foods to eat when. I also really NEED the training manual and exercise database so I can start doing workouts that will continue to burn fat 24 hours a day. I NEED this program, because nothing else seems to work.

I am caught in a vicious circle of steroids to breathe causing weight gain causing more pressure on my lungs and hiatal hernia causing more lung problems causing me to take more steroids which add to the belly fat. I am desperately looking for a way out of this circle. Exercise is difficult due to exercise induced asthma. I need help!!!

To be honest with you, I have no idea whether this program is the perfect program for me at this point in my life. I would like to find out though. I know quite a bit about training methods and nutrition and have tried and experienced a lot of methods and programs. All in the name of extreme curiosity, gathering experience and objectively compare different methods. I am very curious to see if your claims about your program are true, or just another overstatement of the results to be expected (as is the case with so many other programs). So, if you want someone to experience and evaluate your program objectively and really compare it to other methods, give me the opportunity to do so.
I’v been exercising now for the past 4 years and have made progress but still am not at my target. Recently split with my ex who always said she loved me how I was and that I didn’t need to change. Wanna show her she was wrong and just how good I can look and how happy I can be

At 52 and in a sedentary job (sitting in front of a computer six days a week, I need something that will work. As you guys seem to be the most believable out there, I want to be in. I’m 6’3 and 125kg (a month ago that was 122kg but I got loose on a large batch of walnuts. I have been 134kg and got down to 112kg about 5 years ago by diet alone but got lazy with the bad eats. You never know, I could become your New Zealand spokesman.

Hi :) First i have to apologise to my grammar because I am from Slovenia and I am not so good in English. I would really like to win this 24/7 fat loss program. 1year ago a gave birth to a beautiful girl and since then, I try to lose weight but no results. In 3 months I have lost 4 kg and my hip / waist dropped 4 inches but some fat around the abs are not going at all. I wanted to get rid of them. Your programme looks suitable for it . If it is available free, I’ll be lucky

I now use Craig’s Turbulence training method which I already see working in terms of muscles therefore my body is more toned but despite training 3 times a week and following a low calories diet, the scale is not moving at all… And I only have 8 weeks to go before my bikini vacation in Thailand…. Thank you for this offer. I do well at following meal plans and eating healthy. For example, it took several months, but I’m now pretty much off sugar and starchy carbs, and I eat proteins, fruits and vegetables every day. However, I need to get at least another 20 pounds off to help my back, and I have hit a plateau which I just cannot seem to break through. I’ve been really determined and I don’t see how I could possibly be eating any healthier. So reading about your new program and how it teaches how to combine foods and when to eat what, looks like it is the answer for me for continued weight loss success.
Over the past four years I’ve been able to lose about 4 stone through “traditional” methods, down from 17 to 13 stone – 36% BF to 17%. Beginning of june 2011 I got myself one nervimpingement on the left side of the neck, offering me radiating pain in the left arm and numbness in three fingers.
This was followed by a foot injury in august and latest a reactive arthritis (Reiters Syndrome) in the beginning of october. Haven´t been able to train decently in five month….
