Hi, I would really love the chance to win this program as I have read through your articles and I believe you have done a lot of research on this subject. This program seems like a well researched scientific based program covering both nutrition and exercise to complete a perfect program which should give fast results.
I exercise twice a day for about 50 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes at a time. My workout program includes 3 weight training days on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays twice a day with 2 cardio rest days in between again I exercise twice a day and I have certainly hit the plateau as I have stopped losing weight despite my hard work. I need a new challenge and this system seems perfect for me!
