I am extremely interested in committing my time and energy to utilize a structured system to lose 100 pounds . I have been trying out for over 23 months time many of the different programs out there that seem credible and professional. I’ve found great results with 2 and unsatisfactory results with the rest. Obviously there are only 2 I am telling about to my friends and acquaintances when I am asked about how I’ve turned my health (and looks) around.

I just turned 65 and just found out I’m diabetic and I have gained in 4 years about 80 lbs. (about 20 lbs per year) I have tried for the 2months to lose weight and I’m having a real hard time. I have read your information, and I believe I could lose with this system.

I am finishing up my certification to become a personal trainer and I know that this HIT or interval training along with a good diet is the way to go to burn weight fast while building lean muscle. I at one time did some strength training for athletes and never believed that the standard programs out there did much and I have used a lot of cross training techniques over the years. I hope to specialize with people that have medical issues such as diabetes or thyroid disease as they traditionally can’t lose weight. I have been diagnosed with pre diabetes myself (there really is no such thing, you have it or you don’t) and would like to make this program part of my training in the future.

I’ve been reading as many of your postings as I can and I’m learning *amazing* things that I had no idea about before – like what foods to eat before others because of the way they break down in our systems, and what time of day to have protein & carbs vs protein & fats (but never carbs & fat together) – and my brain is going into overload. I’ve tried to explain it to my friends, but my memory for details just stinks, and I haven’t quite got the ‘Big Picture’ yet. I have been working out one way or another my whole life, being in sports in both college and high school and as a firefighter now. I know it’s important to stay active and fit. I have been struggling with my weight over the last 5 yrs or so(in my 40’s now) and have become quite frustrated with the same old gym routine(plus it doesn’t seem to work anymore). I also have been having a hard time figuring out what diet plan works for me. Nothing seems to work. Your plan sounds like it would be perfect for me and my lifestyle. I would like to be one of those drawn out to 24 / 7 because my big problems with getting my weight while I have to get the cardio up. I am 53 years old and about 90 kg, while the height is 165cm. I train 3 days a week with cardio and powerlifting, but are not able to get the lung capacity to withstand tougher cardio. I really need help.
I just can’t seem to lose those last pounds of bodyfat with the things I’ve tried. I have a good feeling thatt your program will help me to do that.

There is so much fascinating research about carbs, proteins, fats, hormones and metabolism woven throughout your materials, fat loss really is a science. And I want a program that takes all that into account, that makes the most of the body’s systems to burn the maximum amount of fat without losing muscle and wasting time.

I have been following you guys for years now applying all the knowledge you have and have been having success, I have lost about 40kgs so far but over the past year i have not been able to make any more progress at all, ive even put on a bit of weight again, just cant empty off those love handles and belly fat, since it was u guys who started me off, i KNOW u can help me finish it off.

Hie I live in Africa Zimbabwe and in this part of the world people lose wieght but never stomach fat. Its the accepted norm. No one has ever been able to lose belly fat especially mothers who have given birth. The only way we know and have been told to lose belly fat is to tie our stomachs hard after giving birth and sit ups but it never works the roll of fat still comes back.
