I do weight training and that is going fine, it’s the diet side i have touble with,i don’t eat junk food, i think it’s the right food at the wrong time, there are so many programs out there and this one sounds like its the best, i would love to get rid of the belly that has slowly developed over the last couple of years and to win a free copy of the 24/7 fatloss system would be great.

I need help with burning fat because I have a hard time losing weight. I have polycystic ovary syndrome and have a busy life!

I turn 60 in two weeks and I have been battling my weight since I was a kid. I have tried and failed at numerous diets. After I read some of your posts I looked at the recipes that I’ve been using from the diet books I have and most of them include sugar and other things that should not be used. Your program sounds like it would be a perfect combination of diet and exercise and that is what I need. I just recently retired and need to lose 50 lbs. so that I can enjoy a healthy retirement and be here for my 3 kids and 6 grandkids. I take care of the grandkids a lot and they need me to be around and healthy for them for a long time. I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol and a history or strokes in my family. My mother passed away due to a stroke and I take after her completely. I need to lose the weight before it is too late.

I am about to celebrate my 1 year anniversary of quitting smoking after several failed attempts to quit over 35 years. Each time I attempted to quit in the past, I would gain weight quickly in spite of my best efforts. That is the reason I failed at quitting! I would start smoking to stop the weight gain. It worked, but I never lost the new weight. Last November I gave up cigarettes for good and gained another 40 lbs on top of the previous 40, putting me at nearly 100 lbs over weight. I will be 50 on my next birthday and I am determined to be at my ideal weight. I have lost 40 lbs since April, but it is creeping back on! I think that your program is the ONE that will help me finally reach, and maintain, my health goals.

I have consulted with numerous nutritionists and personal trainers only to find myself still FAT. I’d like to try this program because it offers me the opportunity to benefit from all the research you guys have taken the time to put together. It offers an organized complete diet and exercise plan that I think will stimulate me to accept the challenge of diciplining myself again. I was an aerobic instructor many years ago. I have my own gym space here at home. This would encourage me to get back in there :-)

HI, JOEL & CRAIG, I am @ 33 year now and having a weight of 85 kgs . I was fighting against my fat for the last 2 years from a 100 kg point. By that time body was surrendered to all kind of deadly deseases like Hyper tension, Cholestrol, fatty liver, acid reflux deseas and was taking a hand full of tablets for these deseases every day. 2 years back I started following one diet programme from the internet that was to become 500 calorie deficit every day through diet and work out. It worked well and I could reduce a 15 kg within one year period and reached 85. when I reduce weight my B.P became very low and doctors stopped the medicine for HBP and I am very happy for that. But from that point I couldn’t reduce weight again and whenever I am not @ alert on eating or workout within a week time 3-4 kgs were increasing. My Ideal BMI weight should be 75 kg and I had managed this weight at younger ages of 20-26 and I know I was very healthy & fit that time. I want to go back to that weight but it was not possible even after redcue more calories. But after going through your Email updates in the past one month, I have a confidence I can reach my target weight of 75 kg. 1000 thanks & best wishes for you both & your programme. As an Emergency Services worker, my shifts are long and free time very limited so getting the most out of every workout and meal is essential. I work 5-6 12 hour shifts per week on ambulance as well as 4-5 shifts a month with the Fire Department, each of which are in different cities, therefore a gym membership just doesn’t work for me. A program that I can do at home and use pieces of during downtime at work is the only reasonable option for me. I do need to work on my cardio and strength, and fitness is such an essential part of both of my jobs. I really believe this program would be perfect for my lifestyle and my schedule!

I am about to turn 31 and have been in the military for almost 7 years. I have had surgery on one knee and am trying to avoid having surgery on the other. Between work and school I barely have time to work out let alone figure out how to fix healthy meals that will keep my satisfied and help me lose weight. I have gained 15 pounds since my last deployment and no matter what I do I can’t seem to lose them. I need to get back in shape to keep doing my job and I need your help to do it!

I am turning 50 and have researched numerous programs for healthy weight loss and effective training. I am a recent college grad who once walked around at 210lbs and 7-8% BF. During my last 2 years in college I slowly began to watch my BF percentage double because of bad eating habits (snacking late at night, eating the wrong types of food, etc), a crazy sleeping schedule, not working out consistently and high cortisol levels. Since I’ve graduated, I’ve been working really hard to get back in shape and I do have some results so far. But all the things I did in the past to stay in shape do not seem to work like they once did. I really think your program is what I need. I am really excited to try the MRT and VIIT workouts. After reading your emails, I think there are primarily two things I am currently doing that are holding me back: 1) I’ve been wasting my time in the gym doing low intensity cardio and not reaching the “afterburn” effect that you guys keep talking about, and 2) I have been eating meals with fats and carbs combined. I can’t wait to try out Nutrient Combining, Carb Syncing and Strategic Overfeeding. Since I read your emails, I have begun to introduce Nutrient Combining in my diet and I already see a difference (I am down nearly 1% BF in a week!).

Over the last 3 months I have been more focused and dedicated than I ever have to losing weight. I have lost over10kg through hard work (with the help of a personal trainer) and have cut out a lot of bad foods . In achieving this, I now want to take things to the next level and not only lose more weight but get the body I have always dreamed of. It took me a long time but I finally took the steps I needed to, to change me and I believe the next step is to educate myself with the best knowledge around and after reading your posts each day I believe this program will assist me in taking me where I want to go..

I am a 37 yr old father of four with two high needs kids who are my life. I have dropped 9 kilo’s of blubber over the past year but despite traing my hardest and eating as healthy as I possibly can i can’t seem to shed the last 4-5 kilo’s…. As a teacher i believe in the power of education and over the past six weeks you have provided me with some key points that have alerted me to some serious errors in my eating, but i want to take this to the next level and i truly believe your program will give me the information and power to succeed…..

I was 100lbs overweight when I became unexpectedly pregnant four years ago. I was terrified of that extra weight! How would it hurt my baby or me? Luckily, during my pregnancy I was able under doctor supervision, to lose 50lbs. Both of us, my baby and I, were healthy.
Now, four years later, I’ve gained most of the weight back. I’ve tried to be careful and I’ve tried exercising with a friend, but time constraints often derail me. Frankly I’m angry and anxious; will I see my daughter graduate high school? Can I provide her with the role model in health that she deserves? What will happen if I don’t change for the better?
I research diets, exercise, and health issues regularly. Most of the time, these diets and exercise routines differ so greatly, lambasting each other with dire warnings of horrid disease and injury-inducing problems that I’m almost afraid to try one.

My name is Jimal, a 30 year old lady weighing 85Kg. I’m 164 cm in height and I’m overweight and desperately want to lose about 25 kg. I feel the 24/7 Fat Loss System would be the best thing to have happened to me because working in a corporate world has left me with the two almost impossibilities: having to maintain a great physique and being able to meet every deadline or schedule.

I’ve been a trainer for 20 years now. I currently work with several local schools by leading a circuit class for kids after school that aren’t athletic or fit enough make a team sport. It has been an eye opener to see the amount of young teens that are so deconditioned and highly overweight. Although some of the information may need to be modified for younger teens, I believe your 24/7 program would offer a solid frame work to teach these teens and young adults the proper way to lose fat and be able to create an environment in which they can be successful. Taking control of your body and health is such an esteem and confidence builder. I really hope to make a difference by teaching them what it feels like to be healthy.
