Hi Guys! Just came back from a 12 hour shift!!! Hope it’s not too late to participate. I’ve been in school all my life, but never have i learned this much about my body and the physical activities and nutrients that it need to function until I started following the XFLD . I’ve NEVER heard of nor seen ANY program do what you guys do. PERIOD. Thanks to guys, I now know HOW, WHEN and WHAT to eat. I know that I should never eat carbs and fat together, I know that I can eat protein with either fats or carbs. One of the best lessons I’m learning in life is to work smarter, not harder. I see now I need to apply that to taking care of myself. I’m in my 50’s and looking back I shake my head at everything I’ve tried over the years to improve my health and lose weight. The amount of time, effort and money spent is mind boggling. I want results and am willing to work for those results. But, I have less time now than ever to devote to workouts and special meal planning, etc. I see your program as practical, simple, smart! I’m reasonably active and eat pretty well generally. However this year, life threw me a few curveballs that got in the way of my usual healthy routine! During this time I put on a few pounds, but now that I’ve started a new job and things have settled down, I’m struggling to get back into the swing of things fitness-wise. I would like to get this program, because I feel that my workouts have gotten me some results, but not what I would like. The information in this system would be extremely helpful for me to know what I need to do to increase my results. As a busy mom of six, I don’t have a lot of time to devote to my workouts, and I would love to have effective, efficient workouts and the right eating plan to allow me to get in great shape. I’ve had weight issues on and off varying degrees for years, lost way too much around 18years old from bad diet & drug habits then it came back went up and refused to go back down. Biggest problem is motivation which carries to other parts of life also, i feel finding the key to breaking that pattern in fat loss will carry through to other aspects of life.

I’ve eaten very clean for health reasons for over 9 years, including only drinking water or broth. I do not seem to be able to tolerate even vegetable carbs beyond 30-40/day and certainly NO fruit. I would love to be able to eat an apple or berries now and again without going back to being hungry & tired and the evitable weight creep. Are you sure this works for anyone?

I’m 40, and have a nice figure, in general. When I talk about my stomach fat that I just can’t beat, all I hear is “you look fine.” I’ve relentlessly studied all the free info from the 247fatloss website, reports, blogs, and e-mails. It all helps a bit and I’ve seen changes, but it’s a lot of hard work, I lose focus because I just know general theory, and my body still has a lot of improvement it could make. I am 59 this year and have a goal to be 60kgs when i turn 60! I have read some interesting new weight loss concepts based on the 24/7 programe including nutrient combining, carb syncing and strategic overfeeding. Hello Joel, I’m 21 years old and I have been working out for a while now and since I started I have heard and followed “advices” from friends to trainers in my local gym, diets, workouts, you name it, and for almost 2 years of seeing no dramatic results and blaming my genetics I just stopped going to the gym for a year or so, then I decided to try again while on college, I did a lot of research now and reading and since then I gained a lot of weight, muscle and fat, but I finally did it, I transformed my body, I was getting compliments and that got me motivated, then I got across your program the xtreme fat loss diet, that got me really lean (thanks for that!), but some people at the gym or friends don’t get me serious when I tried to teach them what I have learned over the years reading and with your articles, they keep following the trainers advices just because they are “certified trainers” and I know for a fact that what they say it is not the effective way to transform your body and that will lead to people quitting, because that happened to me, so what I would do with your program is follow it and get really lean I mean shredded, I want to look my best, so people take me serious no, so they can trust what I have been telling them to do, also I am a true believer that if you can change your body and transform it the way you want it, you can change and transform your life, that is what I’m trying to do and with your help I’m sure I will burn those last few pounds of fat that divides me from lean to shredded.

I am a 21 years old and I have always been having this big beer belly with me even though I don’t drink. I tried many workout programs but I was never able to work out consistently as you have mentioned I guess, mainly everyone around me, and I literally meant everyone (even my family!) expected that I will fail and should just give up early on. You see, I was always the analyser type when it comes to fitness. I am 30 weighing at 105 kg. I’m huge. My wife is worried about my health, my daughter is afraid that I may squashed her when we slept on the same bed on some nights. I recently became a father and I have a BMI over 35. I have struggled with diets and workouts even though I like working out and I love food. I am a food addict really. Recently I tried a crazy 2000 calorie deficit diet but the lack of structure or knowledge kills me when I plateau. (I also didn’t cheat for 16 days.) I need your help guys. I am 40-years old. When I look in the mirror, I know that I’m very out of shape. I used to be athletic. My fitness levels have been in decline since university. I am a kidney transplant patient and a diabetic. Different diets I
have tried have helped for a while but seem to have a rebound
effect later with more weight gain. They really didn’t give me
the knowledege and reasons (other than weight loss) and facts

I’ll be 45 in 2 days and I believe this would help me finally find the right fit to lose the fat I’ve been holding on to, mostly since having kids, but it was creeping on before that. I’ve been slightly successful the past year or so, but something seems to be missing! Hey guys, thanks for all the info so far. Why do I need it? I’m a helicopter reporter (no, not the pilot. I run the camera and report on breaking news). If–make that WHEN–I lose about 20 pounds, we’ll get to breaking news faster (yes, really), and less strain on the engine/transmission/rotors means less wear & tear…and less likelihood of BEING the news instead of talking about it.
