I’m 42 and extremely overweight and have been for many years since having my children. Trying many diets along the way, losing a certain amount of weight each time only to put it all back on again. One by one knocking my self-esteem and confidence just that little bit more. Suffering from various health complaints as well. I live in the Country on a limited income and no where near a Gym, which also makes life difficult.
I am not a good role model for my children at present, and need HELP so I can be. I desperately need a system which makes sense, step-by-step, offering support, and is not just a diet but has the potential to be a lifetime change for myself and my children. I need to make the change NOW and your program looks like it may be exactly what I’ve been searching for.

I am a 56 year old grandmother with 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. I am also a child birth labor coach with requires many hours of laboring with mothers providing support and hands on comfort techniques which can take its toll on a person who is not in the best shape. That would be me with 50+ pounds to lose. I would love your program to get me into the best possible shape to be able to give my laboring moms all that they need as well as to stay up with the grandchildren and great-grandchild. Additionally, caring for my 6’6″ husband whom is having some major health issues takes alot of physical stamina as well. I have tried eating lettuce and more lettuce and then some more lettuce, pritnear killed my self at the gym daily and well to be honest I didnt lose the weight I wanted to. I have two children and they need me and there just are not enough hours in a day for me to be in the gym. Im also rural so it takes an hour to even get to the gym. HHHHEEELLLPPPP

I am a 61 year old male and struggle with constant fatigue. Working as a carpenter, by the end of the day I am dizzy with fatigue and aching muscles. The more exercise that I do seems to make things worse. I am only a bit over weight with blood profile and male hormone level all ok. I am searching for any program, lifestyle or exercise that will get me fireing again. If the 24/7 program is what I need, bring it on.

I know that I have the self-discipline to follow the 24/7 system because over the course of eight years I was able–slowly–to lose 16 lbs., but despite my best efforts I’ve been stuck at 192 lbs. for the past three years. I have enjoyed the 24/7 updates immensely. They got me psyched to learn more about what food is good for the body and the right way to go about losing weight. See, I love food. Not just love…LOVE. I will eat pretty much anything. In the end though that’s my biggest problem with losing weight. Whatever calories and fat I do burn during the day is very quickly over-replaced with what I eat. I have developed high blood pressure (hereditary) and if I’m not careful about what I eat I could potentially contract diabetes later in life and I’m only 24. To have a program like this would mean a TON. It could help me develop the eating habits I need to stay healthy in the years to come, keep me accountable to said habits and help me to feel better about myself.

I am so ready for the the 24/7 Fat Loss System! I am a 55 yr old male that struggles with bodyfat! Seven years ago I found out I had 40% blockage in my left anterior descending artery (widow maker). I lost weight through excercise & diet, but I have never been able to get rid of the chest and belly fat. I study a lot about nutrition and excercise, and am very satisfied with my workouts, but have never been able to achieve the physique I want and I have come to realize it is because I haven’t found the right formula for nutrition. The knowledge of nutrient timing and never mixing carbs and fats is probably where I have failed. I am excited to learn this system and achieve the look I want by loosing that last frontal body fat!

I have struggled for years to maintain my weight loss; like a yoyo I am; goes up and down. I have tried everything from diets to exercise which worked for a while but I was never able to stabilize my weight! 24/7 weight loss will be perfect for my dreams to come true!

I will be 50 in 2 years. I desperately need to lose 80 lbs, but have failed with every attempt in the last 2 years. I have a 10 year old son with whom I would like to be able to go toboganning with in winter and not be embarrassed to be at the beach in a bathing suit in the summer. As I was running after a suspect having to jump several fences I realized how out of breath I was after just a short time. I am no longer in the Marines and I don’t have the set schedule that once allowed me to stay in great physical shape. I still workout but my workouts lack the intensity they once had. I am a police officer in a large city and I really did have to run after a suspect today and I really was out of breath. He was arrested but it was only due to the help of my fellow officers. Two years ago and 40 pounds I would have had him in a much shorter run with less chance for injury to myself, him, and the public. I truly believe that your structed program is exactly what I need to get back into the shape my job demands.

I’ve been doing Crossfit for a year now and my body composition has changed alot, however I need to drop another 15lbs and this looks as if it would work.

This programme would not only be for me but also that my family can use this too! So with your support and my families we can work together to loose that stubborn weight. We all have a goal to loose the weight as our daughter is getting married in February 2012 and one must look good on a daughters wedding day!

I’ve tried posting twice without success, so hopefully this one goes through. I would truly love, benefit and appreciate your system! I’ve always been in great shape; lean and muscular. However, since the birth of my son over three years ago, things began to change for me. I am still pretty much doing the same things, working out everyday(weight resistance every day or other day, as well as run every other day for at least an hour). My nutrition is pretty clean since I have extensive food allergies. Nonetheless, I can no longer see my abs and a belly has appeared! I only indulge in non-dairy dark chocolate and red wine every so often…could this be it?…or is is my age? (35 years and peri-menopausal :( )

I am a 37 yr old mother if 3. My whole life i have battled fat. At my heaviest i was 235 pounds. I lost down to 165 a few yrs ago and have maintained but have realized that there is so much more to learn about nutrition, exercise, and our bodies. I believe your system can help me learn so much more. I thirst for more knowledge but am unable to attend college at this point. I believe your knowledge can teach me so much more than being in a classroom hrs on end.

My wife and I have lost over 30 pounds each following Vic M’s Weight loss program (“31-day …”). It worked, but now we need a program that we can use to keep fit and keep the pounds off. Vics program has exercises that our 70+ old bodies cannot do and many of the menus have items that my wife is allergic to. Your program appears to overcome these problems. Would like to use it.

I am a 65 year old female who has been in a wheelchair since the 1990’s due to a total hip surgery that severed a nerve in my leg causing a dropped foot. When I would walk, my right foot would turn in & I was afraid I would trip over my foot. So I ended up in a wheelchair. Losing weight in a wheelchair is rather hard since I have a hard time exercising. I do try to watch what I eat & the amount I eat. I also try to eat healthy. I know losing weight would make me feel better & your program would help me greatly. I was born with congenital hips & have been having hip surgeries since I was 2 1/2 years old.

My partner and I have explored many systems of healthy eating for weight loss, but my metabolism has slowed and I have become increasingly unfit even though I pay attention to my health. I was already aware that the “secret” of fat burning is linked to our hunter gather days but your report turned on several more lights for us!
I have begun to improve my already “healthy” programme with some of your tips. I love the yogurt and berries! I love simple food and my partner is a brilliant chef who feels deprived if he doesn’t cook for me. This programme would be perfect for us! Understanding interval training began to click with me when I read your take on it. I already rebound 15 minute daily, so I started alternating fast and slow minutes. This definitely made a difference to my weight loss this week.

I have been in a long term relationship and gained 20lbs since, my 2 year old daughter and i have been diagnosed with a lot of food allergies so i find it hard to make foods we can both eat healthly. im out of the relationship now and want to enforce good eating habits on my daughter and I. and of course it would really be nice to be 130lbs. again. the only thing is were bored of eating carrots and cucumbers and the same dishes i make. we need variety and i think this would help us alot

I am 49 yrs old, a student and teacher of the martial arts, in good shape until diagnosed with underactive thryoid 3 years ago, tried everything natural but am on levothyroxine if I stop taking it I instantly gain weight. I do well on meat and vegetable diet but need to do more. I’ve adopted a 16 month old golden retriever and am running with him every morning. Or he is running me every morning. I tried to up the pace every minute or so.. I have to work out at night to or I gain weight. I need to lose 20 lbs around my middle to be a good example for my students and my 16 year old daughter. And so I can feel good about myself and inspire other women my age. Please help! and thanks for all you do!
