I’ve been really working on bringing my glucose levels down and while I have moved in the right direction (I no longer use the two insulins I was taking, but continue to use the two oral medications), am trying to get to a point where it can be controlled without medications. I have just purchased the xtreme fat loss diet and am very happy with it so far. I love the fact that we get a cheat day once a week. The workouts all are awesome. They really target every part of the body. I can’t wait to finish this program and see the results.

I am so excited that someone has finally stepped up to put some honesty into this industry. I have always wanted to use supplements and have been too afraid, or maybe cautious is a better word, to try them! I am a big believer of natural ingredients and natural ways to keep my body healthy. Hey, all the products look great but the protein powder is the one I would pick since I have trouble getting enough protein most days. I’m not too excited about the one I have and would love to test out a different option.
