I’m most excited about the IC-5. Working out in a crossfit gym takes a lot of energy out of me and it is tough to refuel without ingesting the Carbs to get my calorie intake high enough to go to the gym day after day. I’m hoping this might be the answer to help me lean out to under 10% BF!!! It will keep the insulin sensitivity high and blood sugar low so I can use more of the food I eat for muscle growth rather than fat growth! Pumped to try it!

There are few protein powders that I can use because of the additives and fillers. There is one line that I’d really like to try! I am in the process of totally revamping my eating to go gluten-free, wheat-free, and more!

On day number 4 of the XFLD. Loving it so far! I’m most excited about the IC-5. As an ICU nurse I have come to realize what an important thing it is to keep your blood sugar/insulin levels on an even keel. Dieting alone is sometimes not the easiest for most of us. Can’t wait to try this product!
The LeptiBurn sounds very intriguing! I am always interested in something to help me find more balance in my life. Metabolism enhancement and appetite suppression are very important to me.
