I’m mostly excited about the IC-5 product. I’ve been recently dignosed as being pre-diabetic and my doctor is giving me a couple of months to turn this around on my own before prescribing me insulin medication. The IC-5 sounds like a product that would help me to increase my insulin sensitivity naturally.

I am 47 and find my body is finding it harder and harder to keep up with the physical things I want to do such as playing squash. I also seem to be getting more and more injury prone, hamstrings and other areas.
Is it wishful thinking that these products may help me overcome some of, if not all of, these problems ;-)

Hi Joel, congratualations with your new project. It’s good to hear that there are people like you who believe in real good stuff, all-natural supplements, and not only in the profits there making out of it. Here in Belgium we don’t have much choice in natural supplements, really hard to find and I would love to try them out. Stevia is not a sweetener they use here, it’s still mostly aspartaam. So I’m really looking forward to try the good thing and to speed up my fat loss and achieving my goals. Well done !

I guess it all started back in 2001 (my freshman year of college) when I was just a “skinny fat” 19-year old kid. At the time, I was spending close to 2 hours a day in the gym (now my workouts last about 30 minutes), and despite my efforts, you’d probably never guess I worked out a day in my life by looking at me...
