Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

I’m a 36yo, 5’5″ single mom who is healthy by my doctor’s standards but my goal is to drop 35lbs of fat while keeping my 150lbs of lean body mass in the next 16 weeks.
I am a 26 year old female and I have had 2 children. I gained 50 lbs each pregnancy and lost the weight quickly with my first, but it is taking much longer to get it off since my second. I have about 30 lbs left to lose and would love to get into better shape than I was before having kids. I want to gain muscle, but I do also have a lot of bodyfat to lose. I am only 5’1″ and am about 40% bf. I really don’t care so much about what weight I am I just want to put on clothes and feel and look good in them! I have done your XFLD and lost 8 lbs and I will soon be starting it agian.
Hey joel, im 18 yrs old, 5’5 and i weigh about 155 pounds. My goal is main to get ripped abs in the next 16 weeks, less if possible, and also to tone out my arms and chest.
I am 280 lbs, 5’8″, 44yrs old….already lost 50 lbs, need to lose another 100
My goals would be to lose another 40 lbs
To enter a few more 5K races and complete them
To enter a 10K race and complete in August
To be able to get back into officiating soccer at the youth and high school level next year.
Overall goal is to be down to 175 by next May
I’m 27, 6’1 and weigh 205 lbs.My goals are to loose 10 pounds of fat, gain 5 pounds of muscle, and to start and COMMIT to a healthier diet. I also want to motivate myself to lead a consistently more active lifestyle. The plans and ground work are all laid out (they have been for two months now!) I just have to do it! Really do it! no more start and stop a week later. Thank you for all of the great advice!
My goal is to lose 15 pounds of fat and gain muscle. At 34 years old, 155 cm and 135 pounds, I’d love to see my abs.
I’m already 4 weeks into an 8 week goal of losing 13 pounds by Aug. 8. I’ve already lost 7 pounds. I am 5’4″ and currently weigh 136 pounds. I want to lose the fat from my midsection; most of the fat seems to be internal (visceral) rather than subcutaneous which can cause health problems like diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
I’m 1.70 m tall, weigh 132 lbs and am 8% bf. My goal for this next 16 weeks is to make every day right and conscious nutritional choices. I also want to put on at least 5 pounds of lean body mass and make my bf go down to 7%.
my goal in 16 weeks is to bulk up, gaining somewhere to 10-20 lbs, then start cutting after the 16 weeks. i weigh 142 lbs (i look a lot bigger for my weight ) 10-11% bdf, 5’7″. i plan to eat clean, and to eat other (relatively unhealthy) foods for more calorie intake.
15 lbs and down to 20% body fat is a goal that I know that I can achieve in 16 weeks!
Now at 162. Been loosing 1=2 # per month. My shorter term goal – August 28 – is to loose 4 pounds. That will be 10 # in the last year! Weight is coming off better now. Following a Cheat Day I do a 24 hour fast, followed by 2 days of Low Carb then 3 days of Low Glycemic. Weight loss is dependent upon how regular and hard I am able to exercise. Sixteen weeks from now I would like to “Say goodby to 155” – I like the ring of that.
My 16 week goal is to lose 7kgs, lose fat & add shape and definition to my lower body (ie legs & butt) and get 6-pack abs. Just in time for summer here in NZ and look smokin hot in my bikini on the beach! xxx

In 16 weeks I am a lot stronger and fitter and have lost several inches from around my waist and all over and I’m buying new clothes.
Would like to lose 3 lbs. If I don’t I’m ok…but I’ve kind of plateaued at 138.
I will be 50 in September. I started working on my weight and body fat in March of this year. I have lost 20 lbs so far and would like to lose 15 more as well as losing the “fat pockets” scattered in various and sundry places across my body. I alternate different workouts in the morning as well as a walk/jog/run immediately afterward. I am up to 2 miles so far. I had a complete physical with blood work, ekg, and stress test a couple of months ago and my doc says I am healthy as the proverbial horse.
My goal is to attempt a 5K run in October as well as losing several more inches from thighs, lower abs, and arms.

I want to gain 8 lbs in 3 months with the majority of those gains muscle. I’m not a certified trainer, but my ultimate goal is to help others achieve their fitness goals and recently I’ve been helping a few of my friends do exactly that.
hi, my goal is to lose approx. 55kg, and keep it off. I know its alot of work to be done, and i know that it may take more time, and effort. But its worth trying again. Thank you.
I’m back on cancer meds, which always means weight gain. Usually about 15-20 pounds. This next 16 weeks I am going to do my level best to keep from gaining weight while on this round of drugs. I also want to aim for some sort of work out at least 4 days per week, no matter how sick I’m feeling. I think the exercise will help keep the weight down and will likely help hold down on the nausea.
I am 48 62″ 180 lbs. I cannot get motivated to start. I want to be 120. I have a small frame. I have no energy. I have 2 kids 7 and 9. I want to be tone and lose weight. I just don’t know how to get started and continue. HELP!!!
get personal body weight down to 197-200 (currently 205) ; increase bench press from 315# to 330#..
I will be losing 8 – 10 lbs. The last is the hardest 31lbs so far. And work on firming up my arms.
