What Are YOUR Goals?

Posted by Joel Marion

At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post.  All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.

This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.

Read below and respond in the comment section.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.

(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Talk to you in the comments section!

Joel

P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

Hi, I’m 5’2 and 35 year old mom.
My goal is to get down from 58 kilos to about 52 kilos and gain a kilo of muscle ‘within’ that equation.
Following extreme fat loss program
and excercising a minimum of 1/2 hour every day except sundays.

Not quite the level of JM but a 600 % improvement in acitivity and diet adherance for me!

I am 54, 5′.5″ and gotten up to 148 pounds after being caregiver for my mother in law who had cancer. Prior I had never weighed more than 130 and wasn’t happy with that either. Now I just can’t seem to take it off. I want to get back to at least a size 6. I want to lose fat and get in shape. I don’t necessarily want to be ripped, but in shape. I want to have strength and energy to get out and do things like water skiing or surfing! And I want to look sleek and sexy in clothes..and out..LOL!!

Ya Hi, I’m still waiting to hear back from the 4 emails I sent you on how to go about getting a refund. It’s been quite a while now and not even an acknowledgement that you have received my emails. Are you waiting for the 30 days so that you can tell me it’s past the due time??

Thanks for a reminder on the importance of goal setting. I have 2 triathlons to get ready for – 1 in 4 weeks and the second 4 weeks later. I’m not a strong swimmer so I really have to work hard and push myself to swim longer and farther each week. Also I am working on losing fat, my goal being another 10 pounds. I need to focus on my nutritional goals as well….making sure I have the right fuel for my workouts. Yes indeed, I need to write all this down…thanks again

In 16 weeks, I’d love to lose 32 more lbs!
I’m 42 and have been struggling with weight since high school.
I need to eat better and be more consistent with my exercise

I’m 6’3 120lbs. What I’m really wanting to accomplish is losing and burning off that last 10lbs of fat. It’s mostly around my lower stomach and sides. Recently I’ve been eating a lot healthier and doing about 30 min of cardio everyday after I workout . I’ve done some research and have read that the last ten lbs offat is really hard to lose hence why I’m here . I hope that by doin this I can
really get on it and be successful in my 16 week goals.

I am over 50 and will work on the goal to lose at least 50 pounds in the next 3 months (16 weeks) and reduce one clothing size. Problem is knee, hips and ankles have arthritis and I have too much hip and belly fat which is not good. I would like to loose at least 15 to 20 pounds by 18 August when I next visit my doctor.

I have been using the Extreme Fat Loss Diet (done in 8 days from today) in preparation for my upcoming wedding. The numbers on the scale do not represent the way I feel my body has transformed, which is kind of frustrating, and requires a bit of additional motivation to keep pushing through. Ultimately, in the next 16 weeks, I’d like to drop 12 lbs and make a dent in my BF% which is too high. Was hoping I’d accomplish that by following EFLD to the tee, but maybe I need to do Cheat your way Thin for maintenance for 4 weeks, and then another round of EFLD. Either way, I’m not giving up until I get there! :)

I will eat clean (nothing white) 6 out of 7 days for the next 16 weeks, and add more cardio into my workouts for the next 16 weeks also.

I am already 2 weeks into eating less, eating healthier and getting more exercise. My goal over the next 16 weeks is to lose 20 more pounds. I’ve lost 4 and am determined to get healthier and leaner.
